Suffer In Silence

*Jinxx's POV*

It's been 3 days since they took her away, I haven't been able to go see her. I heard that her family finally visited again, her mum even came this time. I asked the nice nurse how long Koda will be there for, she said two weeks, poor Koda... I should go visit her as soon as I can....

*****Time Lapse*****

Finally I'm being released today, the first thing I'm going to do is visit Koda. After I sign out on the release forms, I ask the lady where the mental wing is. "Go down the hall on your left, when you see the bubbler, turn right down the hall after it, you'll see a sign at the end, it will point you in the right direction", she explains with a smile. "Thanks, I really appreciate it" I say, then off I go, following her directions, easy enough. Once I reach the sign, I head the rest of the way and there it is, thank god, thought I was going to get lost for a second there...

Eventually I found a nurse to ask where Koda is, the nurse was a little bitchy at first but once she realised I wasn't going to drop it, she told me, so now I'm sitting in Kodas empty room waiting for her. The nurse had said Koda's in a session... I really hope whatever it is its helping her... I hear the door open and close, when I look up what I see horrifys me. She's so skinny... oh my god she's a walking skeleton!... Her eyes... usually they were so full of life... but now... now they have no life shining in them....

I rush over and carefully hug her, trying not to break her frail body. "Koda... honey... I'm so fucking sorry... whatever it is you know you can tell me right?", I look into her eyes, but they just look back into mine, as lifeless as before, she doesn't say anything. "Koda?, hun?, please say something..." I plead, but still she refuses to speak. After a couple more minutes of trying to get her to talk, I sigh and give up. Then I get an idea... "Hey Koda, I have a few movies in my bag, I never watched them, wanna watch one?" I ask hopefully, she still says nothing.

"Tell you what, I'll lay them out on the bed and you just point at the one you want to see...", I lay them out and look at her, for a while she does nothing. Just when I'm about to give up, she reaches out a delicate arm, and points to 'Sucker Punch'. "Good choice" I say approvingly, yes, I like Sucker Punch, deal with it. "I don't know what you did to get your own private room, and one with such a nice tv, but Damn girl you did good haha" I joke, to try and lift the mood, I almost catch the tiniest hint of a smile, but it's gone in a second... maybe I just imagined it....

Halfway into the movie she crawls into my lap and buries herself into my chest, turning her head just enough so she can still see the movie. She may be refusing to speak, but this is progress at least. I wrap my arms around her protectively, that's it, I'm coming tomorrow too, I'll come every day if I can, after school, and on weekends too, I will not quit untill she's happy....

Notes

Well here's chapter 13 (technically 16 haha), im so sorry it's late, I've been so busy and stressed over the past week, this is only part 1, im going to try update part 2 as well tonight. If not part 2 will be updated tomorrow or tomorrow night.

In other news Soundwave is on Saturday, im so nervous, I've never been to Soundwave before, only two concerts, im going for BVB, P!ATD, and Greenday, im bringing my sister, are any of you guys going?
