So apparently that means that someone has hit 'the bottom of the well.' Meaning that someone can't get any lower. As my friend pointed out to me, while the expression is a little idiomatic and doesn't quite translate, a very similar expression in English is to say that someone 'has hit rock bottom.' You can always try a literal translation of an expression and see if the concept gets across. :3

I think it's very illegal in most of the countries. Yeah when you drugs by injection you have a dangerous problem. Sorry saying in portuguese but I don't if in english has a expression similar to "fundo do poço".
