The Council
Lemmy Kilmister (origin- Motörhead, Hawkwind, the Rainmakers, the Motown Sect, the Rockin' Vickers, Sam Gopal, Opal Butterfly)
Elder Lemmy is the acting leader and Elder of the Wild Ones. He is impatient, irritable, and drinks too much. However, despite that, his decisions for the tribe have always shown an incredible amount of prudence and acumen that's not readily apparent to the casual observer. Elder Lemmy is renowned for being seemingly immortal in battle, having survived the unthinkable countless times. He can rally soldiers behind him unlike any other.

Ozzy Osbourne (origin- solo work, Blizzard of Ozz, Black Sabbath, Earth, Polka Tulk Blues, Rare Breed)
Elder Ozzy stepped down fairly recently as the leader of the Wild Ones, but kept his honorary title. He was a shrewd, quiet, and wise leader. His input is still sought out by the current members of the Council. The reasons he stepped down were not made public. Most assumed it was health-related, yet he does not appear ill. Elder Ozzy was not incredibly aged... Perhaps Ozzy and Lemmy have a secret?
Ozzy has a long, occasionally contentious history with Tony Iommi, one of the professors at the Training Academy. They are on better terms nowadays. He's always gotten along better with Geezer, another one of the teachers there. Many centuries ago, the three of them went through Training, along with their friend, Bill. The four of them were all on the Night Watch together where Bill lost his life, and eventually Ozzy's path took him to the Council.
Ozzy has the wings of the Indonesian Owl Moth (Brahmaea hearsyi):

Sebastian Philip Bierk "Bach" (origin- Skid Row, Kid Wikkid, The Last Hard Men, Damnocracy, Broadway roles, solo work)
Councilman Sebastian is a Day Fae, and the Voice of the Council (and therefore drinks a lot of water at Council Meetings). He often plays the role of peacekeeper between Council and other Tribal members as well during inter-Council disagreements. Many of the Council members, while wise or skilled, can be hotheads or have a chronic tendency to get into conflict with with one another.
Sebastian gets along very well with Andrew, and has admiration for such a young Fae being able to maintain such focus. He's historically offered him some good pointers on how to interact more smoothly when dealing with Councilmen and other officials, recognizing that Andrew has a temper much as he did when he was a young man.

Nikki Sixx (origin- Mötley Crüe, Sixx: A.M., Brides of Destruction, 58, London, Sister, radio host, photographer)
A Dusk Fae Councilman and former First Officer of the Dusk Watch. When one of the representatives of the Dusk Fae, Johnny Cash, passed away two years ago, the Council asked Sixx to step forward to fill the seat. James (Hetfield), Sixx's Second Officer, became First in Sixx's place, and selected Ashley as his Second.
Sixx has the wings of an Io Moth (Automeris io):
Joan Jett (origin- The Blackhearts, the Germs, The Runaways, Evil Stig, solo work)
Joan is a Dawn Fae. She is a hardliner for justice, and plays a heavy role in the judiciary system whenever trials are held for any crimes that are committed. She also does not eat the flesh of animals, and does not think very highly of those that do.
Joan's wings are delicate and gossamer-like in appearance, but do not be fooled. They are sturdy and she is very swift:
Steven Tyler (origin- Aerosmith, solo work)
Steven is a flashy Day Fae who came from nothing and made it to the top. Now he's the Head of the Merchant's Guild, earning himself a seat on the Council. He also owns a massively popular store for both men's and women's clothes. He's known for his rather sassy sense of humor. He's also very good with money, and a very ostentatious dresser.
