Healers and Conjuration Healers
Traditional Healers:
Patti Smith (origin- solo work)
The Great Healer of all the Forest Fae, famed among all the tribes for her unmatched skill. She is a Dawn Fae and a very close, platonic, friend of Alice.
David Bowie (origin- solo work, Tin Machine)
A Dusk Fae Healer known for excelling at everything he puts his mind to, when he feels like it. He's a master innovator. His skill level is unquestionably that of a Grand Healer, but as he works under Patti, custom dictates that no other Traditional Healer should hold a title at a given time within a Tribe. Most tribes are much smaller than the Wild Ones, so this usually doesn't pose a problem. Than again, most Tribes aren't in need of so many Healers, and don't withstand so many attacks, as they aren't protecting the Soul of the Forest. David isn't thrilled at not having a fancy title, he has a bit of an ego, but he's learned to live with it in exchange for getting to learn from the best, and live and work in the Tribe that sees the most action.
Tom Petty (origin- Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, the Traveling Wilburys, solo work, Mudcrutch)
A Day Fae Healer, known for being fairly soft-spoken and his easy-going ways. He's pretty mellow and has a good bedside manner. Tends to try and diffuse arguments and act as a peace-keeper.
Nick Cave (origin- The Boys Next Door, the Birthday Party, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, solo work)
A Dusk Fae Healer, known for his keen skills of observation and his sharp wit. Not a big fan of bullshit, and will just walk away from someone who is pissing him off too much rather than hear them out.
Melora Creager (origin- Rasputina, solo work)
A Day Fae Healer, known especially for her ability with herbs, poultices, and potions. Very chatty, a bit eccentric.
Conjuration Healers ('Conjurers'):
Alice Cooper (origin- solo work, The Spiders, Nazz. the Hollywood Vampires)
Night Fae and famed Grand Conjuration Healer. Regarded by most Forest Fae, including Patti, as the greatest living Conjurer. However, by tradition, the Conjuration Healers remain a sect of the traditional Healers (thus Alice is a Grand Healer, and not the Great Healer). He is renowned for his ability to communicate with the dead, and excels at reading minds. His animal familiar for many years has been a temperamental ceffyl dŵr (a malevolent water horse spirit) that does not like being mistaken for a kelpie. He is very close (platonically) with Patti, having worked together for many, many years.
Dani Filth (origin- Cradle of Filth, Devilment, Carnival Fruitcake, The Lemon Grove Kids, PDA, Feast on Excrement)
Night Fae Conjuration Healer. Dani has been training with Alice for years and is an astute pupil. He has pans for a hell hound as a companion. Gets along fairly well with Andrew.
Ashley Costello (origin- New Years Day)
A younger Conjuration Healer. Uncommonly for a Conjurer, she is a Dusk Fae. She is earlier in her training and has no plans for a familiar as yet. She has a complicated history with Nikki (Misery, the Night Watchman), and is friends with Ashley (Purdy, Second Officer of the Dusk Watch) and Jeremy (Valentyne, the Dusk Watchman).
