You Were Always Mine

"Slash, splash, slash, splash! Blood dripping on bone! Slash, hack, slash. Scream! You're not going home." He sang softly with no alteration to notes.
"You know, I think your singing is a worse torment than the whole slashing and hacking thing." Jinxx spluttered.
Daved laughed hollowly. "Fair. I know you are a man who appreciates tallent." He said with a maniacal smile. The sweet false French accent had vanished; replaced by something similar to the New Zealand accent.
"What will we play now, Daved?" Jinxx taunted
"Oh, I don't know. Are you sure you're up for another round?" Daved mocked.
"Never better." Jinxx growled.
Daved shrugged. "Okay then." He smiled again. "Mmm...so much choice. So many ways to inflict agony on thr delicate human body. You place it right, the tiniest cut can kill" he whispered in Jinxx's ear as he getting pressed the scalpel to Jinxx's throbbing jugular.
Slowly Daved ran the blade along Jinxx's collarbone followed by a quick slash across his chest.
"It's no fun if you don't scream." Daved pouted, jamming the short blade in his arm.
Jinxx gasped but didn't give in. "Sorry I'm such a buzzkill."
"Oh, you will be. Very sorry indeed." He muttered, wandering to his satchel of tools. "Tell me, Jeremy, how attached are you to your fingers?"
"I've actually been meaning to see someone about them. Having 10 is just so last year!" Jinxx sassed dryly.
"Oh. Well I am a qualified surgeon. I am sure I can do you some cut price cosmetic surgery." He laughed hysterically. "Get it? Cut price. Cut. Surgery."
"It's a good one, I'll give you that." Jinxx smiled.
"Let's see what we can do about these fingers. I'll take one from your left, I think. We don't want you unable to play music. That would be a waste of tallent."
The circular saw sprung to life, growling like a vicious dog that had been caged and was now desperate to be off it's leash. It tore through the flesh and bone agonisingly slowly. Jinxx had nothing to bite down on. He couldn't help it. The sound tore from his throat as he screamed.
"Now you are understanding our game, Jeremy."

"Ok, you have seen La Gare Du Nord, La Tour Eiffel, L'arc De Triomph. What else shall we go see?" Genieve asked, walking beside Ashley.
"I don't know. It's your city. I have no clue what the best sights are unless we are discussing women." He admitted.
She laughed. "Then what is the best sight now, Mr Purdy?"
"I think I'm looking at her and asking her to call me Ashley for around the 6 th time today."
"I'm sorry." She giggled adorably. "I know where we can go."
"Lead the way!"

She shepherded him down an old tunnel to an abandoned station. It had beautiful high arching windows beneath which dust particles danced eternally in the light to a never ending rythm none could hear.
"Wow." He breathed. It was glorious. There was something about the windows that tugged at a memory of his, but he couldn't place it.
He joined Genieve sat on the grubby steps which led up to the bricked up door to the outside world.
"So..." she whispered saucily.
"So." He smiled.
"So, here we are. Alone. In an abandoned sub tunnel that nobody except us has seen in over 50 years..."
"And?" He smirked, knowing where she was going with this.
"Well... anything could happen..." she whispered, grabbing his jacket front and slamming his head into a wall, knocking him out. "But you weren't expecting that."
