Forsaken, I Walk The Night Alone

"She should be back by now.." Andy groaned, his foot shaking back and forth. It had been at least twenty minutes since Vale left and he was beyond worried. Especially since Annabelle, Ashley, Jake, Jinxx, Hallie, and their friends weren't in the dining hall.

"Go check on her." Tallie said. He sighed- he wanted to give the girls privacy but this was crazy so he stood up.

He checked outside the cafeteria first with no luck so he looked in the bathroom next- they weren't in there. He started to get worried so he left the building and went outside.

Andy looked everywhere- her dorm, Kelsey's dorm, the cemetery, the classrooms. She was nowhere to be found and he could feel himself getting more nervous as the minutes went by.
As he walked up the steps of the church, he felt his heart beat quicken as he heard yelling and groans of pain.

It couldn't have been Vale, right? Not his beautiful Valea..

"I-I want Andy!" He heard her scream. His eyes widened and he slammed the door open, running up the stairs where he heard everything coming from. He opened a small door at the top and what he saw made him shake with anger.

Vale was tied to a table in only her bra and underwear. Her necklace hung around her neck and Ashley was almost naked besides his boxers. Annabelle, and Hallie watched, laughing.

"What the fuck!" Andy yelled, walking to Ashley and pushing him back.

"Andy!" Vale sobbed, her heart warming. He was standing in front of her- it was really him.

Andy looked over at his love and let out a shaky sigh. She was trembling, and her beautiful body, a sight he'd never seen before other than in Heaven, was bruised and scratched. A line of blood was across her forehead and Andy had a feeling they both knew what was going to happen next if he didn't get her out of here.

Ashley was going to rape her.

"We told you not to leave her alone, Andalus." Said Ashley. Judging by the smirks on Hallie and Annalise's faces, they knew what was going on. Who Andy and Vale were.

He looked down at the floor, pain rising in his chest. He knew he should have gone with her..

Jake and Jinxx had blocked the door and he felt trapped. He was almost positive this had been their plan from the beginning. The only hope they had were CC and Tallie. The Angels had known Andy so long they could usually feel when he was in distress. He hoped they felt it now.
Andy ran at Ash and punched him square in the face. He stumbled back but pushed Andy back with insane force. As he stumbled Ashley grabbed him and slammed him against the table Vale was tied too. She sobbed, tears streaming down her face making her feel pathetic. This was all her fault and now Andy had to get hurt because of it.

As Andy and Ashley brawled it out, Jake and Jinxx came over and pulled Andy away from him. They forced him down in a chair as he struggled against him and clicked handcuffs around him.

They were both trapped now.

Andy looked at Vale to see her staring at him. He must have looked horrendous, his lip was split and his nose was bleeding.

"I'm so sorry." She said to him.

"It's okay." He said, glancing over at Hallie and Annalise. "How could you two do this?"

"Shut up." Annalise said. "Ashley and I are in love." Andy scoffed and shook his head.

"Neither of you have any idea what love is." He spit back. "Love is waiting for two thousand years, not using someone to get what you want." Annalise stood up and smacked him across the cheek.

"Don't you dare." She said. Andy rolled his eyes as he looked past her but she grabbed his chin and forced him to look at her. "We're going to kill your girlfriend and make you watch. Then Ashley and I will rule Hell along side Satan."

"Your not even a demon." He said.

"Yes I am. Ashley turned Hallie and I this morning. Not a tough decision." She smirked.

"H-Hallie?" Vale stuttered, "Why? What did I ever do to you!?"

Hallie only chuckled, "Oh Vale, your not the only one who was born into this family as something else."

"Are you saying that.."

"Satan created me? Yes I am." She grinned, wickedly. "And I'm not afraid to take you, mom, dad, or anyone down. Good luck little angels, because your going to be dead sooner than you can say I love you."

She reached behind her chair and grabbed a knife. Andy could see that it had the special serum on it called Methox. It was the only thing that could kill Angels.

He closed his eyes, willing CC and Talula to come find them. They had to be looking, he hadn't been back for almost forty minutes.

Hallie tossed the knife to Ashley and chuckled. He walked over to Andy and grinned. "I'm not going to kill you yet. I'm going to make you watch me rape this pathetic little angel. I'll show you how useless she is."

"Wait." Andy said, "Just kill me. She's of no use to you once I'm gone."

Jake crossed his arms. "He has a point."

"Ah but we have to have a little fun first, right?" Ashley grinned, wickedly. He climbed on top of Vale who just sobbed and pulled at her bindings. She held her knees together as much as she could to only have them ripped apart.

"A-Andy.." She whimpered as Ashley traced the outline of her underwear.

"Who do you want? Who do you want that can't help you?" Ashley said, forcefully grabbing her private area.

"Andy, I want Andy!" She screamed, looking straight at the love of her life. He had tears streaming down his face and was struggling so hard against the handcuffs Vale was sure they would break.

"Ashley please, you don't understand what real love is. You don't know how much this will hurt." He said, his voice cracking.

"I think I do, and that's why I'm doing it." He ripped her underwear off and she yelled.

"Stop, please!" She pleaded which only made Annalise and Hallie laugh more. Ashley took his underwear off and pulled a condom on his length.

Just as he almost pushed in her. Just as she almost lost her everything a memory began to surface in her mind.

It was when Andy fell. It was the most painful goodbye she'd ever felt and as Ashley tried to take her virginity, something in her changed.

Strength began to brew.

She broke through her bindings and kneed Ashley right in the groin. He groaned and wrapped his hands around her neck and slammed her head against he table. She grunted but pulled back to punch him in the temple and then kicked him again. He rolled off of her, groaning and she immediately ran to Andy. She undid his bindings as quick as she could before Jake and Jinxx came running at her.

Andy stood up and pushed Jake back to only kick him in the face. Jinxx tried to take Vale down but she was a force to be reckoned with now.

She grabbed his arm and flipped him over on his back. She kicked him over and over again until she saw his eyes flutter closed. Jake seemed to be in the same condition.

Hallie and Annalise looked at the couple in fear. They took down three strong male demons, they could kill the girls with their bare hands!

Andy looked over at Vale to see her collapse onto the floor. He bolted to her side and held onto her waist. "Vale? Are you okay?" He asked, she shook her head and laid it in his lap. He took his shirt off and slipped it on her frail body.

He scooped her up in his arms and she fell asleep immediately. He walked over to Ashley and kicked him one more time.

"If you try to hurt Vale one more time, I will fucking blind you. Literally." He said. Andy shot a glare in Hallie and Annalise's direction who cowered back. "Where are her clothes?"

"I-I don't know. Ashley ripped them off." The girls were petrified. How had they done that? How had they knocked them out and where did that strength come from? Vale had been cowering seconds before!

"Watch your back." Andy said to the two new demons. He walked out of the room, trying to shield her body. He would get a hold of CC and Tallie later but Andy had made up his mind.
They were leaving tonight, no matter what anyone said. He had to get Vale safe and this was just the first instance of pain she was being forced through.

He got up to his room and laid her down on the bed. She looked so helpless as Andy sat down next to her and brushed her hair away from her hair face.

He stood up and walked to the bathroom. Quickly, he picked out a black shirt and slipped it on. He grabbed a wash cloth and wet it with cold water. He walked back and laid it on her head.

Her beautiful blue eyes opened and stared up at him. "A-Andy?" She said, reaching for his hand.

"I'm here, baby." He said, "Your safe." Tears fell down her cheeks and he wiped them away.

"What happened?" He asked.

She covered her eyes with her hands, taking in shaky and long breaths. "Kelsey asked me to go outside and talk and I said okay. We went to some alley or something and she said to not be mad at her for this. Then Annalise and Hallie started punching and kicking me. One of their other friends, Reese was there too, but I don't think she knew what was going to happen after she left. They took me up to the room and tied me to that table and then they kept.." She sobbed, unable to finish.

"It's over now." He whispered, kissing her cheek.

"T-they kept showing me things. All they had to do was take my hand and I could see things. Things like you, CC, and Tallie being hung. Or you killing me.." She shuddered. "It was so terrifying, Andy." She pulled him down so he was laying with her. He wrapped his arms around her and she buried her face in his chest. "I-I don't remember what happened when he almost raped me Andy. How did we get here?"

He furrowed his brow and looked at her. "You kind of kicked ass." He chuckled. "You snapped the ropes off your hands and then kicked the shit out of Ashley, then you untied me and we fought Jake and Jinxx together."

"Wow." She laughed. "Go me."

"I-I'm just glad your safe." He stuttered, "It's my fault, I should have gone with you-"

"Don't you dare say that, Andy. It was my fault. I trusted that stupid bitch.." She seethed, shaking her head. "She even told me not to let you come out with me! How stupid am I?"

"Your not stupid, you just trusted her. You think- thought of her as a friend." He said.

"I know but.." She sighed. "She lead me to my death! How did I not see that coming?"

"They probably threatened her." He said, moving the wash cloth down so it rested on her
bruised nose. He frowned. "What else hurts?"

"My arms, my legs, and my stomach." She said, looking up at him. He moved his shirt up on her body to see a huge bruise almost the size of his hand.

"Dear god." He said, tears pricking his eyes. "Buttercup, what did they do to you?" He said, kissing her stomach. She winced just at his touch.

"Andy, it hurts." She whispered.

"I know, I know shh." He said, smoothing her hair down. "We're going to get out of here, okay? You, me, CC, and Tallie. We'll leave tonight, get away from Hallie, Annalise, Ashley all of them."

"O-okay." She said as he cupped her cheek. He moved the cloth back up to her head. "What about my parents?"

"Have they called you once?" He asked, she shook her head. "I wouldn't worry about it then."

"No, Andy, that's not how the world works." She sighed. He took her hands in his.

"Honey, you don't get it. Your not apart of this world." He said, "I wish I could say that your parents love you but deep down they know you aren't theirs. You don't look like your sister and judging by pictures you don't look like them. You're an angel. You were made in Heaven and once you've been restored, everyone forgets you but other Angels and Demons."

"W-why didn't you tell me that?" She asked.

"I was afraid you would leave me." He whispered, softly stroking her cheek.

"I wouldn't have." She promised. "Never." She said, flattening her hand on top of his. "When will I change?" She asked.

"I don't know. I think God will tell me." He said. She nodded and kissed his lips.

"So how do we get out?" She asked.

"We just leave." He said. "You know Mr. Rodgers?" She nodded. "He knows what we are. He would cover for us. He'll tell faculty and the headmaster I was called out and your parents took you out."

"What about Hallie?" She asked.

"He'd handle her." Andy nodded. "He could make monthly calls to your parents and we'll take you around for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Then you'll be old enough to be on your own after that and we run far away."

She stared into his eyes, "I really don't think God wants us to run.."

As she grabbed his hands and they let their heads rest against one another's, Andy knew she was right.

"I just want you to be safe.." He mumbled. She pulled him so he was laying down.

"It's okay.." She whispered. "I'm safe with you." He smiled at her before kissing her quickly.

"I love you." He said, picking up the washcloth again and dabbing her head. She smiled at him and closed her eyes. She was in so much pain and she wished she could just sleep it away.

"So what now?" She asked.

"I want to take you away but we can't do that so.." He shook his head. "I guess we just stay. I won't ever leave you alone, don't go anywhere without me, CC or Tallie. If anything else happens, we're leaving."

"Okay." She nodded.

"Need some ice for that bruise?" He asked.

"Yes please." She said, and he got up.

"I'm going to go to the student lounge. I think there's an ice maker." He smiled, pecking her and leaving the room.

She sighed and leaned her head back. Vale couldn't help but worry someone from the faculty would see them together in Andy's room. She had a feeling Andy had a backup plan since he seemed to always.

A few minutes later Andy came back with a plastic filled with ice. He smiled at Vale who seemed to have fallen asleep. He shut the door behind him and walked over to her.
He pulled up her shirt and pressed the ice to her stomach. "Ow!" She winced, reaching for his hand.

"Hey it's okay.." He mumbled, rubbing her knuckles.

"It hurts to move." She whined. "I don't think I'm going to be able to walk, Andy."

"I know, Buttercup. I'll carry you if I have too." He smiled. She chuckled and he stood up. He stretched his arms and back out. "Do you mind?" He asked, pointing to his back. She shook her head, sheepishly.

His wings flew out again and she bit her lip at their beauty. He laid back down and wrapped his wings around her.

"Feel better now?" He asked.

"Mhm." She smiled, nuzzling her face in his neck. He was still without a shirt and it made her feel heated. He kept one hand on her stomach, making sure the ice stayed put. "That's really cold." She chuckled.

"I know, I'm sorry." He whispered. She was quiet for a moment.

"We can't even get them in trouble because Hallie's dad is the ducking head master.." She shook her head, blowing out an exasperated sigh.

"It's okay." He said, kissing her quickly. "You should sleep. It's been a long day." She nodded, closing her eyes. "Love you.."
