"Hey Stacy." I smiled at her. She didn't do anything. She was still to depressed about her voice. All she did was listen to music, or draw. "I want to show you something." I took out my MacBook and went on YouTube. I saw a video that the BVB Army dedicated to her. I connected it to the big TV in the room. Stacy could hear it, but she didn't look at it. I read the message out loud. "Hey Stacy, its the army here and we want to tell you something..." It then went to video's of different people from all over the world talking to her. It ranged so much, from young ten year old kids, to 20 year old adults. From boys to girls. They all pretty much said the same thing. 'Stay strong, and never give in.' A small ten year old girl came on. "Hey Stacy, I'm Rose and I heard about your depression. Just three words I want to tell you, NEVER GIVE IN! Don't give in into the sadness of losing your voice. Don't take it as the worst thing in the world. Sue you can't talk now, but at least you can hear, so you can still listen to BVB. You can still see BVB, you can still feel them, I guess you can still smell them, they probably smell like whisky and cigarettes." I saw the corners of her mouth rise. "So you can't talk to them! Right down your feelings! Draw them, type them, express your world through art! Did you know that this weekend, all the members of the BVB Army are not going to talk in honor of you. We are going to draw, write, create art like you do. Don't mope around because you can't scream how much you love the guys, you can express yourself better with art, then with words. Stay Strong Stacy. Love, peace, and Never Give In." Rose covered her mouth and her hand read, '#SSS' #StayStrongStacy I assume. It then changed to a 17 year old boy. "Hey Stacy. I know how it feels to be different. To not be able to do something everyone else can do. As I speak right now, I can not hear what I am saying. I've only been deaf for three months and at first I hated it! It was torture to not hear anything, but especially to not hear my favorite song. I can no longer hear Fallen Angels, or Knives & Pens, The Legacy, Perfect Weapon, NEVER GIVE IN! But you can! I would give anything in the world to be mute instead of deaf! Don't sit around and cry over something that can be worse, you used to not talk by choice! Think of it as that all over again! You're beautiful, really beautiful! Stacy you're gorgeous, and I, like many others, don't want to see a beautiful girl cry and suffer. Show the world that gorgeous smile of yours. Show them that you will never give in! Covered their mouth with '#SSS' written on it. We watched the whole video which was about and hour long. I noticed that all the of them said at the very end, 'Stay Strong Stacy. Love, peace, and Never Give In.' and also covered their mouths with '#SSS' on it. Towards the end of the video Stacy was looking at the TV, she was smiling and crying. It's amazing the effect some people can do. Then there was a message at the end, the final video. "Hi Stacy. You know who we are." I looked over at Stacy and her eyes were wide open tears falling down her cheeks. On the TV was a bunch of rock bands all in one. Telling her pretty much the same thing. 'Stay Strong Stacy. Love, peace, and Never Give In.' then they too covered their mouths. The screen went black a The Mortician's Daughter began to play. Andy read the message out loud. "Stacy. Don't you see how amazing you are, and how much people love you. You just saw over 100 people, including your parents, and favorite bands, tell you so stay strong and that they love you. You are an amazing girl and you need to show the world that! We all love you, and care for you. We don't want to see you crash and burn. Stay Strong Stacy. Love, peace, and Never Give In." Andy read. Towards the end they played all the people who made a video cover their mouth. It went fast, and ended with a picture of Andy and I with the the same pose. I looked over at Stacy and she was crying. She graved her white board and began to write. 'Thank you for not giving up on me.' I smiled at her and hugged her. Wiping her tears away, Andy joined in too. "Did you learn something?" Andy asked. She nodded. *** "That was the best idea you have ever had Eva!" Andy smiled at me. It took me three days to make this whole video. "You helped a lot!" I told him. "You are so perfect." he whispered. "Eva, I love being with you and spending time with you, but I don't want to be your friend..." he put his forehead on mine, "I want to be more..." He slowly leaned in and kissed me. It was surreal, never it the history of my love life, have I ever been kissed like that. It seemed like he poured his love for me into that kiss. I did the same, and I felt the same. I loved Andy, I really did. But I too, didn't want to introduce him as my friend, I wanted more. So much more... "How about we add boy in front of friend?" I told him, but kept kissing him. I felt him smile, "Sounds perfect." he whispered and continued to kiss me. 'Hello world this is Andy Biersack...my boyfriend.' "I could get use to that..." And for once, my inner voice and I, agreed on something.
