Chapter 5: Disbelief
I woke up to find out that we'd be on the plane for about twenty more minutes. I groaned but figured it was better than being conscious for three hours on this damn plane. After a few minutes, I slowly became aware that I had to piss badly. I tapped Jason's shoulder to let him know and he got up, letting me out. As I stood up, looking around, my eyes fell on a group of people on the other side of the plane wearing black sweaters, exception of, I was assuming, the only girl who was wearing a purple flashy jacket. The guy sitting next to her, his hoodie up hiding his face, was leaning his head on her shoulder, scrolling through his phone. I just shrugged and rushed to the closest restroom.
Feeling relieved, I walked out, not watching where I was going, and accidentally bumped into someone, almost falling over. The person grabbed my arm and helped me regain my balance.
"Excuse me, sweet cheeks." I heard the guy say behind me. As I looked up and turned around, all I saw was a flash of long black hair disappear into the restroom stall. Was that...? Nah, there's many guys like that from L.A.
As I walked over and sat back down, I pulled out my iPhone and put in my earphones. We'd only be on the plane for a little longer but the music would help for when we would start to descend. I scrolled through my songs and decided to play something calming. As I felt the plane starting to descend, I chose Carolyn by Black Veil Brides. I always loved the guitar in this song. I started to hum to the pitch and I sang the lyrics in my head, closing my eyes.

As I continued to hum along, Jason tapped my shoulder, and I opened my eyes to realize that we'd finally landed. I sighed in relief and turned off my music, taking my earphones out and wrapping them around my phone.I looked up to see everyone in the plane standing up and I stood up as well.
"You know, you were humming pretty fucking loud." I looked over at Amelia, her newly dyed red hair falling right above her boobs. She was arching an eyebrow and I just shrugged.
"You know how I am with planes." I looked down, but looked right back up as Jason handed me my red bag. He grinned at me.
"At least she didn't sound like shit. It was decent." He smirked. I arched an eyebrow at him.
"Decent? Nigga, you wanna get shot!" He laughed, along with Amelia and Marcus.
"Now there's the Mirc we all know and love," said Marcus, still chuckling.
I smirked and swung my bag's strap over my head, putting it across my chest. As we walked away from our seats, I looked over at where those people had been sitting. Most of them were facing away from me, grabbing their bags. I could only see the girl's face. She looked really damn familiar.
I looked back toward where I was walking, being the last of our group to finally get off the plane. As we walked out of the gate, I spotted the fan who we'd first seen when we got on the plane. He looked at us and grinned.
"Heyy! So I got something for you guys to sign for me!" He looked down and went through his carry-on, pulling out a CD case. It was our EP album that was released just a couple months ago. The cover of the album had a blurred old clock ticking as crows swarmed around it with the name of our band and album title, Something To Miss, below it, "I was planning on trying to get it signed by you guys at Warped but this is just a great coincidence." I smiled at him as I waited to be the last to sign. As I stood in front of him, grabbing the CD from his hand, I heard Amelia gasp.
"Well fuck me!" I heard her walk away as I started my signature, "You guys are the fucking Black Veil Brides!" I froze as I handed the fan back our album. He thanked me and I hugged and watched him as he walked away. I turned around to see Amelia hugging all the guys from BVB, settling on talking to C.C. So they were the mysterious people on the plane. Jason and Marcus were shaking hands with them and I walked up to the group, my heart bursting out of my chest. I wasn't usually one to get nervous (unless it came to things that could possibly kill me, like flying for example) but I was faced with a group of five pretty attractive guys. It was just overwhelming.
I looked up to have Andy's bright blue eyes being the first thing I saw. I wasn't gonna fangirl on this shit. Time to be an indifferent hardass. I smirked.
"Well look at who the fuck it is! It's nice to meet you guys." I casually held a hand out to Andy. He arched an eyebrow but took my hand anyway. He was probably expecting a similar reaction that Amelia had, but I was always a girl to keep her cool. I let go of his hand and looked up to see Ashley grinning down at me.
"Ah, you're that hot chick I bumped into." So it was him. I smirked and held my hand out for him to shake.
"Well I guess I am. Sorry about that." I chuckled. He waved a hand at me.
"Ah, don't even worry about it. I tend to 'accidentally' bump into attractive girls often," He winked at me and I just laughed, letting go of his hand. I stepped towards Jake and Jinxx who'd been talking to Jason and Marcus. They were talking about the plane ride. Jason noticed me and smirked and pointed to me.
"This little girl over here doesn't like planes so she just slept the whole time." I glared at him.
"I have a good fucking reason to! Planes can malfunction and we all can plummet to our deaths man!" They all chuckled.
"You're just paranoid. It's not common for planes to crash," said Jake, still chuckling.
"She's just not someone who enjoys heights," said Marcus, grinning down at me
"Name one damn person who does!" I said pointing to him, waiting for an answer. He just furrowed his brow and shrugged.
"Exactly!" I said, smirking, and they all chuckled again, excluding Marcus. I stepped away towards Amelia and C.C. who seemed to have hit it off pretty well. They were already fucking flirting! As I stepped over, Amelia turned around and looked behind me where Marcus was. I see what she was doing, but she was sadly failing. Marcus was just looking away. She frowned ad then noticed me as I stood in front of her. She smiled.
"Oh hey, look who I found!" she said, gesturing her hand towards him. She winked at me but he didn't seem to notice.
"Hey, it's nice to meet you," I said, holding my hand out. He looked down at my hand and shook his head, looking back up at me.
"I don't do handshakes," He smiled and pulled me towards him, hugging me. I hugged him back and laughed. I leaned back and he let me go, "So I don't think any of the guys asked but you are..?"
"Mircee, and I'm pretty sure Amelia already introduced herself." I pointed at her then pointed behind me, "and the guys behind me are Jason and Marcus. We're in the band Ahead Of Time." I said smirking.
"Ah, I heard of you guys. First year at Warped?" he asked.
"First time playing at Warped? Yes." I said as I put an arm around Amelia's shoulders, grinning. Saying the words again made my stomach flutter and I was getting excited. He smiled again and nodded. He opened his mouth to say something but was interrupted by Andy and I looked back at him as he talked to everyone.
"Guys, we have to leave for the venue! They have to account for all of the bands before the day ends. It's only four now but the sooner we get there, the more time we'll get to party later." He looked over at everyone as we all started moving, then looked down behind him. As he started walking, I noticed him holding hands with the girl with the flashy jacket. That must be Juliet. She wasn't wearing much makeup so that must've been why I didn't recognize her. As I walked near Amelia and C.C., what Andy said went through my head again. I looked over at C.C. with wide eyes.
"You guys are having a party tonight?" I asked. If they were partying, I wanted to be a part of it! He chuckled and nodded.
"Yeah, but just a small celebration party outside our tour bus. You guys are welcome to come, especially you," he said, smirking down at Amelia. She grinned and wrapped her arms around his bicep.
"I'm coming for damn sure! I'd come even if I wasn't invited!"
I laughed and walked faster to catch up to Jason who was a few feet ahead of me, talking to Jake. I slid my hand into his and he looked over. He looked surprised but the expression left his face and he just grinned. I looked up at him and smiled.
"So they're having a little party, you wanna go?" I asked him.
"I heard and I was gonna ask you that, so yes," he smiled and looked back at Jake. I squeezed his hand and looked down. I knew that he was looking down at me.
"Hey, is something wrong?" He said in a low voice. I looked up at him and gave him a small smile.
"I just want to talk to you about something when we have the chance. Not right now obviously, but later."
"Alright." He looked me in the eyes and gave me a soft smile. I grinned as I thought of how to kill the seriousness.
"I still can't fucking believe this!" I gestured my hand toward the BVB guys walking in front of us. He chuckled.
"There's a lot I'm not even believing right now." He said as I smiled.
