Cc's pov:

It was 4pm and I was sitting in the living room tying my boots. My hands were shaking by the time I finally tied the last one.

I was taking Jess out tonight and I was nervous. I missed her , but she probably doesn't like me like that anymore. I really want this night to change things between us but my conscience is saying it won't.

" stop worrying man" Ashley said with a smirk drawing me from my thoughts. I couldn't help but sense he knew something I didn't.

I sat up and fixed my hair and shirt before I grabbe my wallet.

" I'll see you soon" I said

" go get your girl back!" He screamed as I walked out. I laughed and shut the door letting the cool LA. breeze envelop me.

I got in the car and turned it on then took my phone out. I dialed Jessica's number and it picked up after a few rings.

" hey canceling?" She asked giggling

" never just saying I'm on my way , want me to come in or ?"

" nah wait in the car it's pretty hectic here Matt and James are in a wrestling match at the moment"

I heard a loud crash.

" Matt no!" She shouted pain clear in her voice

" I have to go"

" I'll be there soon" I said

" please hurry" she said stressed and hung up. I wonder what he broke.

I laughed and put the car Into drive. My hands shook as I drove towards the house. Please let this night go right.

Jessica's pov:

" Matt !" I said as I leaned over the broken frame.

" Jess.. In so sorry ill get another frame the pictures still okay" he said frantic next to me but I shook my head crying.

" that was his frame Matt" I said taking the picture of me and John I decided to keep on the living room out of the broken frame.

I looked down at the shattered glass and the black and red frame John made that was now cracked.

I heard a car horn beep meaning cc was here. Matt picked me off the floor.

" I'll pick it up go have fun I'm so sorry" he said wiping my face and kissing me cheek. I sighed

" it's okay Matt I'm not mad"

He smiled and shoved me to the door. I stepped out wiping my eyes and walked to cc's car.

" hey" he said when I got in . I smiled

" hey" I said my voice cracking from crying. Crap.

" woah what's wrong?" He asked worried turning to me.

" oh it's nothing" I said

" hey come on what's wrong" he said holding my face in his hands. I sighed.

" Matt broke the frame that John made and that held the picture of me and him" I said

His face softened.

" I'm so sorry.." He said and I chuckled alittle.

" it's fine I just overreacted" I said

" no , he meant everything to you, I understand" he said and kissed my cheek.

" better?" He asked and I nodded smiling a blush creeping to my cheeks.

" good" he said starting the car and pulling out.


We drove to a steak restaurant that was close by the beach.

During dinner we made small talk and I couldn't help but get drawn into his eyes. Every time he laughed my heart thudded and my body ached for him again. I just wanted him to hug me and kiss me like he did before . I wanted him, I needed him.

We just finished eating and were now waiting for the check.

" so everything ok with Ashley?" He asked and I nodded.

" yeah he just had a weird dream, we both did so we just needed to talk" I said an he nodded just as the check came.

I went to look at it but he took it away quickly.

" cc.." I wined but he laughed putting money in it.

" let's go" he said standing up and I pouted while also standing.

" your so cute" he said chuckling as we walked out.

" let's go walk by the water sound good?" He asked and I nodded.

He grabbed my hand and ran across the street. I laughed and my heart thudded when I realized he didn't let go.

I took a breatheand laced our fingers together my heart pounding . I thought he would move them away but he held right and gave my hand a squeeze . I smiled walking onto the sand with him at my side.


He dropped my hand and i sat on the sand. He moved behind me and sat with his legs on either side of me. I smiled just like it was before.

The sun was setting creating a beautiful sunset. I watched as the waves crashed against the shore
" isn't it pretty?" I asked and I felt cc nod.

" just like you" He whispered In my ear.

This is too familiar. I froze. Just like my dream.

I turned around and looked Into his eyes.The ones I fell in love with before I fucked it all up.

He smiled and brushed the hair out of my face with his soft fingers.

He stared at my lips and my breath caught in my throat. His hands started rubbing my Arms when he came across the scars. I froze.

His face grew puzzled and he looked down at my hands. Ever since that day I've been self harming.

" Jess.." He muttered flipping my arms over revealing the many scars.

I let him look at them unable to move. He wasn't supposed to see them.

His eye stopped at the word love carved In my arm that was faded. I did it the night I left and it was still there.

" I'm so sorry.." He muttered. I felt a tear fall on my hand. I turned my head facing him .

A few more tears fell from his eyes.

" it's not your fault" I muttered wiping his eyes

" yes yes it is.. If I wasn't an idiot.. I wouldn't have lost you.. You wouldn't have ran and this wouldn't have happed" he said and I sighed. I shifted away from him and sat cross legged I front of him. A tear fell down my face. I put my hand on his arm. My heart was beating so fast i thought it might explode.

" cc it's my fault, I ran I'm the one who messed it up okay? It's not your fault" I said and he shook his head.

" no Jess ,don't you blame it on yourself thats all you ever do and look what happened" he said grabbing my arms. He took my wrosts and kisssed them both. More tears ran down my face . The ache for him was stronger. I just wanted to kiss him.

" I'm so fucking sorry" he said

" stop being sorry.." I muttered

" I can't! I can't stop feeling sorry, I can't get over the fact that I ruined everything! I lost the most amazing thing that ever happened to m-"

I couldn't take it. I cut him off by grabbing his cheek and pressing my lips to his. Fireworks. That's all I could describe , the fireworks I missed.

He only hesitated for a second before he grabbed my waist and pulled me closer so that his legs were around my torso. He kissed me harder. My heart was going miles a minute.

I melted into the kiss, I missed this.

After a few minutes we broke apart breathing heavy.

" holy shit.." I muttered a smile on my face as I looked at him.

" that was one way of shutting me up" he muttered and I laughed.

" Jess I fucking miss you, every day I miss you I miss what we had" he said and I blushed

" I -I miss us too" I muttered looking down.

" you so cute when your shy" he said and lifted my chin so I was looking into his beautiful eyes.

" please, give me another chance ,do me the best thing and be mine again I promise ill never hurt you again" he said and I smiled. I pressed my lips to his again. He caressed my cheek with his soft hands. We pulled away and rested our foreheads on eachothers.

" yes, yes a thousand times yes , I miss you so much" I said breathless.

He leaned In again and kissed me with lust.

" want to go back to my house ?" He asked with a smirk..

" planning on getting lucky?" I asked and he laughed.

" not like that, I mean unless.." He winked. I slapped his chest.

" not with purdy purv in the house " I said and he snickered standing up. He held his hand out and pulled me up. Once I stood up he grabbed me again an put me over his shoulder causing me to scream and him to laugh as he walked to the car. He set me down and ran to the other side to get in. I laughed at his child likeness.

Once in he smiled and took out his keys . thats when i noticed something dangling on it.

He took it off and held it in his hands

I gasped when I noticed the chain with the plain silver ring. The one he gave me on my 18th birthday.

" how did you" I started

" you left it on the dresser when you left, I've kept it ever since"

He slipped it around my head and clasped it. I held the ring In my hands with our initials and the script forever In it.

" I remember now, I ripped it off when I was packing." And he nodded.

I dragged my thumb over the 'forever'.

" I meant it when I said forever" he said rubbing my cheek and I smiled

" I love you" I said

" I love you too Jess, I never stopped and I never will" he kissed my cheek and started to car up.

The ride to his house was silent but the good silent. When we pulled up he smiled and got out. I noticed jakes car in the driveway.

He entwined his fingers with mine and we walked in.

We heard laughed from the living room and started walking in.

" I'm home!" Cc shouted

" hey cc how-" Ashley cut off when he saw me. He looked at our hands entwined.

" holy fuck " jake said and I laughed

" are you two finally a couple again?!" Ashley asked and cc smiled at me before nodding.

" oh my god finally I couldn't take it!!! It was so obvious you liked each other still" jake said and I laughed.

" do us a favor and this time communicate if something goes wrong instead of Leaving " Ashley said and I nodded.

" deffinatly" I said


We sat on the couch and started watching the show that was on when my phone went off.

I took it out and saw i had 5 new messages.

Sammi- OH MYGOD FINALLY! YOU GUYS ARE TOGETHER.

Juliet- YOUR TOGETHER AGAIN!

Ella- FINALLY THE FUCKING BEST COUPLE IS BACK TOGETHER NEVER BRAKE UP AGAIN OR ILL BEAT YOU.

Andy- FINALLY!!

Jinxx- heard you and cc are together again;) please stay that way.. Its scary when You two are depressed and lonely . Happy is better:)

I chuckled .

" I take it you sent a mass text out?" I asked and jake nodded

Cc looked at me funny

" check your phone" I said and he took it out. After reading some messages he chuckled.

" we'll that was fast" he said

" we're all going to a bar to celebrate our favorite couple getting back together, you two have fun" Ashley said with a wink standing up.

" I love you" jake said kissing my forehead as he followed Ashley out.

Cc shifted in the couch and smiled at me once the door closed.

Oh god.

" so were alone.." He said and I knew were this was going

" I guess we are.." I said and he smiled. He picked me up and walked swiftly down the hallway while I laughed.

He put me on the bed and crawled on top of me.

" I missed you so much" he said kissing my neck.

" I missed you too " I said smiling.

" your so beautiful" he said rubbing my sides

I smiled and kissed his cheek.

It was 12 and we were laying under the covers smiling at each other.

" I'll text the guys and say I'm staying over if that's ok with you" i said

" mm yes because I don't want you to leave" he said and I laughed. I rolled over and picked up my phone sending a text to Matt before I turned back around.

I leaned against his chest and closed my eyes drifting into one of the best nights sleeps I've had in 2 years.

" Jess.." I heard a whisper and then something warm against my lips. My eyes fluttered open and I saw cc.

" it's 2," he said and I sat up still In one of cc's shirts.

I saw cc sitting in front of me all dressed.

" we're gana have a band practice , so I'm going to drop you off at home on the way, okay?"

I nodded and he smiled before getting off the bed and walking out the door.

I kept On cc's shirt and put my skinny jeans on. I fixed my hair and grabbed my phone and shirt before walking down the hall.

I went into the living room and saw cc and Ashley.

" I need to go pee first then we can go" cc said before he ran to the bathroom. I laughed and stood in the door way Ashley smirked at me.

" told ya" he said

"I know" I said blushing

" I wish my dream would come true " he said frowning slitly.

" hey it will don't worry, youll find her" I said . I hoped at least, that would be amazing

Cc came out and we got in the car. Ashley remained quiet as cc drove. I looked back at him and gave a smile.

" see you later" cc said and kissed my lips as we pulled in

" I love you" he said

" I love you, bye ash!" I said.ash smiled and waved. I hate this Ashley. I wanted the Ashley who through me in bathtubs and joked with me.

I got out and walked in the door. I heard shouts and I walked in the living room seeing the guys watching some hockey game.

" Jess!" Matt shouted jumping up.

" uh hey?" I asked and they laughed

" we have a surprise" James said

" oh yeah ?" I asked they nodded

Cam stood up and took the wrapped square off the coffee table and handed it to me. I raised my eyebrow and ripped the wrapping of. I almost dropped it when I got a clear view of it.

Johns frame was fixed with new glass and the picture perfectly inside.

" oh my god" I said and looked at them as they stood there smiling.

" I fucking love you guys" I said putting the frame down and they ran to me tackling me to the ground

" we love you too! " Sean shouted.
