I'd Die For You

*Andy's POV*

"I think it's a good idea, give the boy a chance to take with someone more his age." Oh yeah I should have known my dad would agree with this. I was just walking on one of my recordings when the girls ask to come over. I thought they just wanted to hang out or go do something but to make me go over and talk to the new kid? I would have never thought of this. I seen them moving in yesterday. They seem like a good family. Though Roku said over and over again something wasn't right about Christian's mother. She said the woman what drunk as hell and put up a front. Like she was hiding something.

"And why can't one of you do this? Why does it have to be me of all of us. Why don't we all go?" I just looked at them and my parents.

"Well because you live right next to him and it will be easier if you went over and seen if you could see him. Come on Andy, you know how parents get. If girls go into his hosital, she could really be a right out evil bitch. You need to go over there. Come on, do this for us." I hated when they both team up on me and gave me that sad look. I looked at my parents and of course they agreed with them and I just sigh more.

"Fine, I'll go over there and see what I can find out. But you both owe me." I just closed my eyes before getting my coat on and going out the door. I could feel them watching me from the window. My parents had to go to work so they would leave soon. I walked over to the house and knocked on the door. This wasn't me, but the fact they wanted to make sure this guy had friends. Who better to send me over. I walked up to the door and knocked, waiting for someone to come answer it.

A older man open the door and was looking at me for a bit. "Hello, may I help you?" He seem really nice but I did see behind him the woman that Roku had told me about. She seem to be relaxing from a hangover.

"Yeah, I live in that house and seen you and your family move in yesterday and I was wondering if I could talk to your son if that is okay with you." I was just standing outside thought I had the attention of the woman who was suffering from a hangover. She was watching me and I didn't like the feeling I was getting from her.

"Mike, you should just let him in. Chris needs to get his ass out of bed. I'm tired of him sleeping in late like he always does." She got up and walked into the kitchen. There is something really off about her and I didn't like it at all. If it was up to me, I would keep an eye on this family to just make sure no one got hurt.

"Yeah, his room is in the attic, he's probably still sleeping. You'll see his door, he makes sure to mark his things that let people know where he is." His dad smiled and let me in before going over to the kitchen. I could hear them fighing a bit but didn't know what they were staying.

I walked through the house and up the stairs, when I got to the top I seen this girl that was older then me. I didn't even know he had a sister. "Oh, who may you be? I'm shock that my father just let someone into our house without known them well." She smiles a bit. Totally different from her mother but checking me out too.

"First my name is Andy, 2nd I live right next door to you and is only 15 and I'm here to see your brother." I walked past her, I could tell she was going to get in with the jocks just nice. That could be a issue if she dated one of them. I walked down the hall and seen the door with rock bands on and the name Christian on the door. I open it before looking to se it goes up some stairs. They aren't lying when they said he was in the attic.

As I walk up the stairs, I hear a tiny growl before looking at a pug puppy at the end of the bed. Though I seen that no one was in the room. I looked around the room and seen that he was just another rocker kid like the rest of us were. The little pug got up and was growling more before just barking at me. "Really? I'm not even a threat...." I just sighed more before looking around at the kids room more. He seem like a okay person, he liked a lot of different music and movies, he was a gamer too it looked like.

"Well this isn't normal. Seeing a weird person in your room looking around." I looked behind me and notice a kid with long hair, skinny jeans, and black t-shirt and boots on. He was just a little shorter then me. Then again, I was tall, I was 6'4 and he was just a little below me like 6'2. But was taller then our friend Ashley. "So who the hell are you and what do you want?" He just walked over to the pug and sat down on the bed and picking her up and holding her. She seem to finally calm down with him there.

"I'm Andy, I live next door to you. You met a girl last night. Roku, she was worry about you and came to your house last night to make sure you got home. She would have came over but the send me instead since perants can be weird about having girls over for the first time." I just laughs a bit and kept looking around his room. "You listen to some really good music, other I don't know how I feel about. You really have a lot of different taste of music around here."

"Oh I see, it's nice to meet you then. I guess you know that my name is already Christian. Though you and the others whoever is in on sending you here to check up on me. I'm fine. I have a lot of unpacking to do yet if you don't notice." He feed the dog some food before eating the rest himself and going over to a box getting all his clothes out of it. "So where are the others that wanted you to come over her to bug me. Let me guess at your house, they are trying to make sure that you don't chicken out but yet they can't come here either when I know for a fact that Roku came to my house last night. My mom isn't stupid, she does tell me things." He smirked a bit and I could tell already I was going to like this kid.

"Then come over to my house, come meet one of our other friends Cambria and I can call the guys over. You can meet our group. Just believe me, we are on winter vaction right now. So before you go to our school, it might be best to make friends where you can. There aren't nice people and with our Jake, Jinxx and Ashley. I would be picked on more then I already am." He seem to thing a bit and looked at the pug.

"You be good Lily, I'm going to go out for a bit. I have food and water set up and I'll leave my room open so you can go bug someone to go outside. Dad or Sarah is probably better." He kissed the pug on the head before walking out of the room and I was right behind him. "Mom, Dad, I'm going over to Andy's house. I'll be home later." He called out to them.

"Just don't be out too late. We have to go to the school tomorrow to get you ready to start next week, we also have a lot of other running to do tomorrow Chris. So just be home early tonight." His dad seem nice but his mother was just glaring at him.

"Don't worry, I'll be home around 9 or 10. I'll be next door so don't worry so much about me. It's not like I'm going anywhere far." He smiles and hurry out the door after giving his mom this unsure look. I wanted to know what was going on. I mean I was afraid to ask but I wanted to know. It's just who I am.

"Is everything okay with you and your family? It seems you and your mother has some tense feelings at each other." I know I was pushing my luck about asking him something like that but I wanted to be friends with the kid. Something told me that we would be really good friends.
"Nah, everything is fine. She can be a pain but it's nothing really bad. Don't worry about it. My mom can be really cool sometimes. I mean she got me the pug and left me pick my own room even though my sister would have took that room known that she could get away with boys being there." Sometime told me he wasn't telling the truth about his mother but then again who would if something bad was going on.

We both walked into my house and the girls jumped him as soon as he came into the house with questions and everything. I did notice the drum set up in his room. It would be interesting to get a band going, we were missing a drummer. I had to laugh at him backing away from the girls and their questions. "You know we should call Jess and the guys over. I mean I'm sure they would love to meet him too. Sorry Christian, they can get to be a bit too much sometime." I smirked and Cambria punched me in the arm before kissing my cheek. Not many people know that Cambria and I were dating but our group did and our family.

"I think that's a good idea! I mean I was telling him in the park last night about our group and that he might want to look for people to hang with because this isn't the best area to be different." Roku smiled brightly and I pulled my phone out to text everyone to come. I mean we all had our lovers. Jinxx and Jake even asked to bring Ella and Alice over. I was fine with that I mean you have me and Cambria. Then there is Jess and Ashley. The only single one in our group was Roku and she was fine with that. She never show any interest in dating at all.

Soon there was a knock on my door and I walked over to let everyone into the house and we all decided to go down to my family room and just sit down and relax. We ever all talking about different things that been going on since vaction started. I was sitting there on the sofa, just thinking until I heard everyone starting to question Christian.

"So where did you come from? I mean from the way you act and all. You're not a small town kid like all of us are." Jake was looking at him while we was picking at his fingerless gloves.

"I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. We had to move over here because my dad got a job offer that he couldn't turn down. I mean I rather be back in LA but the looks of things. This job is for the best." I thought he looked like a city kid. Just want not thinking it would be one of the places we all wanted to move to.

"Dude! You came from Los Angeles? We been wanting to go there. I mean we hear that it's really good, the city of fallen angels but even though where dreams come truth!" Jake was in shock and I couldn't help but pay attention now. Christian seem to be relaxing more and telling us all kind of things.

"LA is not that bad, you have your good and bad humans. You have the people that you can call friends and others that you don't even want to deal with. There is a lot out there. Starting a band is easy. I use to be a drummer of a band out there. My best friend and I started a band, we got guitars and bass and everything. Was trying to get gigs and all that." He seem to be happy telling us thing but seem so sad that same time.

"Then what the hell are you doing here then. You could always just run away, go back to your life you had there." Ashley seem to move closer. I could tell already them two would be really close.

"I would, but I'm only 16 and I can't really just up and leave. My parents will have the cops on me as soon as I step off the yard. Anyways, even if I wanted to go back. They got a new drummer and booking gigs. Some friends they turn out to be." He just seem to go and zone out now. Guess there was so things we had to be careful about.

"You know if you want to play drums, we been trying to work on a band. We only need a drummer and while most the people around here don't like rock music. Maybe you can join us. I mean it would be really cool to have the last member we need." Jinxx smiled and he was almost as happy about Christian's answer as the rest of us. He was deep in thinking but I knew he could feel all the eyes on him right now.

"I'll have to think about it. I don't want to be in a band right now. I kinda feel betrayed by my other one." He seem to just zone out again.

"Hey, it's understanding to us. We just thought we would ask you about it. I mean we are all new to you yet and you're not very trusting." Ashley just laughs a bit and Christian looked at him weird.

"What do you know about me? You all just met me. Really I think I should go." He got up and walked out of the room. I heard the front door close and then looked at Ashley.

"Really? You're going to say that to someone that never hang with us before and don't know our personalities?" Roku seem a little upset that Christian had left and I could tel lthat she like him.
"You need to watch what you say to him. Something tells me that Ashley is right, he's not really trusting of people and I think his mom is one of the reasons. We all need to give him time. He's only been here two days. Andy thought it would be good to let everyone meet him and we didn't even get to name basics yeah." She just sighed a bit and was thinking. "He's probably going to stay away from us for a while. So starting next week in school. Maybe we should keep an eye on him."

"That's asking a lot, we already have to babysit Andy from getting his ass kicked on a daily basic...." I glared at Ashley.

"It's not like I ask you guys to do it!" I yelled at him trying to offend myself.

"Dude, relax. I know you didn't ask us to do it. We did it was that stupid jock put you in the hospital two years ago. He's been trying to get you back since your parents fine him for everything. He's really out to get you. It's a good think no one really things of Ella as one of us. Hell even Alice gets to move freely without them even known they are our girlfriends. If anything Ashley, you should keep an eye on the new kid. He's going to be a target for sure." Jake was just looking at him and we knew that if anyone could get closer to him out of all of us. It would be Ashley.

"I'll see what I can do but for now, we should just stay away from him. Roku maybe you can get close to him. But for right now we just need to give him the space he needs. I seen that I really hit a nerve, we all have that point and we all know how we react to it. So Andy, what do we do now then?" He had his arm around Jess who was being quiet as usual when we all got together like this.

"We keep an eye on him from the shadows. If we see something, we jump in but try to stay on a down low. I mean all of us too. Girls don't worry to much about it just go on your normal day things. We will keep an eye on him. At lunch, between classes, before and after school. James will jump and when he does we need to be ready." They all knew that this means that I would be doing this too even if it meant getting my ass kick, though I know James and his buddies. Christian don't.

"Whatever you say Andy, but just know that we all can't be two places at the same time. Unless you both seem to be in one place. And don't go jumping in and being hero, you much love batman but you aren't batman." Ashley smirked at me.

"Fuck you...." I just shaked my head and walked out of the room known they all were leaving. It was late. Though I remember what Christian's parents said to him. That he would have to go places tomorrow and run earns. I walked to my room and decided to relax a bit more. Cambria and Roku decided to walk home and just hang out at Roku's house. Something told me that this was going to get interesting next week.
