Andy sat in the living room with Skylar. Aiden had surprised them yet again. Though he was only a week old, he had grown to the size of a three year old. He was already walking and talking. They had also discovered that Aiden was telekinetic. Skylar had been right when she said that he would be gifted.

At the moment, Andy was waiting on Scott and CC to get back. He had sent them to keep an eye on Randy. Andy knew that Michael and Austin were unlikely to try anything without Randy's influence, so he wasn't as worried about them.

That didn't mean that he was going to let his guard down though. He had Ash, Evan, Erica, Lacy, and Cayden all posted outside the house. He didn't want to take the chance that they would make good on the plan to try to get answers out of Skylar. Andy hadn't been kidding when he'd said they wouldn't get anywhere near her.

Skylar stood up and stretched.
"I'm going to bed, Andy. I'll see you in the morning." She said leaning down and kissing him.
"Good night, my love. Sleep well." He said kissing her back.

She left the room. CC and Scott came in a moment later. They set down on the couch across from Andy.
"Well, Randy is about to try something stupid." CC said looking at Andy.
"Why am I not surprised." Andy said with a sigh. "What is he planning?"
"It seems he thinks it a brilliant idea to form a hunting party and come after you, Skylar, and Aiden. Why he thinks that will work, I don't know." Scott answered
"They don't plan to do it until tomorrow night." CC added.
"How many?" Andy asked.
"Austin, Michael, Randy, and a few others from the football team." Scott replied.

Andy stood up and began to pace. He really didn't want to give them a chance to try this plan. He didn't want Skylar or Aiden exposed to this fight. The only choice he really had was to go to them before they came to him.
"Ash." He said summoning his friend. Though he had said it normally, he knew Ash would hear him.
"You call." He said walking in the front door.
"Did you hear all of that?" Andy asked turning to face him.
Ash nodded. "Every word. I have a friend who might can help, if you're interested. He's a trickster demon and I'm sure he would love a chance to play with Randy and his friends."
"A trickster demon, huh?" Andy said raising an eyebrow. "Well, this is about to get a lot more interesting. Call him."

Ash disappeared.

"May I ask what a trickster demon is?" Scott asked looking up at Andy
CC chuckled. "You'll find out soon. Just hope you never get on one's bad side."

Ash reappeared next to Andy.
"Well, where is he?" Scott asked Ash.
"He'll be here in a minute. He likes to make an entrance." He answered with a smirk.

Before Scott could reply, the lights begin to flicker and the mirror that was hanging on the wall behind Andy began to ripple almost like the surface had turned liquid. A moment later an arm came out followed by a leg. A second later a guy stepped out of the mirror like it was a door.
"Someone call for a trickster?" He asked with a smirk.
"Yep, it's definitely about to get interesting." Andy said raising an eyebrow. "I'm Andy."
"What's up? I'm Jake. I'm at your service. Any friend of Ashley's is a friend of mine." He answered shaking Andy's hand.

Hehe. Did any of you see that coming? I have many more twists and turns coming soon. I know I'm making Aiden age quickly but I have a good reason. I promise. And even though there's still a lot more to go on this story, I'm already planning a sequel. ;)
