The car pulled up in front of the cabin. This was where Detective Crane lived. The house was dark. Andy jumped out of the car before it had even fully stopped. Crane's scent was everywhere. He could also smell Lauren. She was here.
He turned to Kevin as he got out of the car. "Go back to your house and wait for me."
"I'm coming with you." He said as he drew his gun.
"I don't do things by the book, Detective. Trust me, you don't want to be around when my dark side comes out."
"I don't care. The bastard has my niece. Fuck going by the book. If you don't kill him, I will." He said as came to Andy's side.
"Alright, but I warned you." He said as he headed for the door. He kicked it off it's hinges and it went flying into the room and crashed into the opposite wall. Kevin looked over at Erica who shrugged and followed Andy into the house.

Andy could smell Lauren's scent even stronger now that he was in the house. He also smelled semen and blood. She had been a virgin. Now he was really pissed. He felt his fangs slide down and his eyes turned red.

He followed Lauren's scent to the basement door. There were six locks on the door. He really didn't want anyone to find out his dirty little secret. Like that would keep Andy out. He ripped the door off the wall and threw it to the side. He led the way down the stairs.

The sight at the bottom of the stairs pissed him off even more. Lauren was huddled in the corner of a large cage. She was naked and covered in cuts and bruises. "P-p-please don't h-hurt m-m-me anymore." She sobbed. He stopped. The bag of blood he'd had earlier had worn off an hour ago. The smell of her blood hit him, making the thirst flare up. He held his breath.

"I'm not going to hurt you. We're here to get you out." Andy said as Kevin and Erica reached the bottom of the steps and turned on the light.
"Uncle Kevin! I knew you'd find me!" She exclaimed rushing forward.
"Lauren! We're going to get you out of there. Just hold on."
"But Uncle Kevin he has the key around his neck."

Andy stepped forward still holding his breath. "We don't need it." he said as he ripped the iron bars apart enough for Lauren to get out. She looked up at him in shock. She must have noticed his eyes and fangs because she slowly backed away. "Lauren it's ok. I'm not going to hurt you. I'm here to help." He said repeating his words from earlier.
"Andy is a friend, Lauren. He's the one who was able to find you. He won't hurt you." Kevin said.

She cautiously stepped through the bars and past Andy. Andy Sighed. Big mistake. The smell of her blood hit him again and he almost lost control. He flashed to the other side of the room away from her. Erica looked over at him and realized what was wrong.
"You haven't hunted." She said coming to his side.
"No, not since Skylar came home. The bagged blood is not enough." He said as he took off his shirt and jacket. "Give these to her so she can cover herself up."

Erica took the shirt and jacket over to Lauren who quickly pulled them on. The shirt came down past her knees covering her completely. Andy looked over at Kevin. "Get her out of here. I don't know how much longer I'll be able to control myself." He nodded and headed for the stairs.

Just before they got there Detective Crane came down. "You're not taking away my shiny new toy. I'm not done with her." he said as he pointed his gun at Lauren and Kevin.

The little control that Andy had snapped and he found himself on top of Detective Crane. He ripped the gun out of his hand and threw it across the room. His fangs were inches from his face. He could smell the blood pumping through his veins. His wings popped out of his back and he flew up to the ceiling carrying the now screaming man with him.
"Get her out of here!" He screamed. And they ran for the stairs.

As soon as they were out of sight Andy threw him to the concrete floor with all his strength. The floor cracked as he hit and he cried out in pain. Andy flew down and landed on top of him. "What's the matter? I thought you liked it rough, judging from the pictures of all those girls you killed." He said as he picked him up and threw him into the wall.

There was a sickening crack as he hit the wall. His head had hit the wall and cracked it open. Blood poured out only fueling Andy's thirst. Detective Crane tried to crawl his way toward the gun, but Andy was already on him again. "She was a virgin, you sick fuck." He hissed "Let's see how you like being tortured."

Andy grabbed the gun and pushed it against Detective Crane's crotch. "You can't rape someone, if you don't have a dick." He said. And he pulled the trigger.

Detective Crane screamed. Andy sank his fangs into his neck taking only enough blood to sate his thirst. He got up off him and stood looking down at him as he sobbed. "Not as much fun as you thought, is it?"


Detective Crane looked past Andy and reached his hand out pleadingly. "H-h-help me." He pleaded. Andy looked up and saw Kevin standing at the foot of the stairs. "Fuck you." He said as he brought his gun up and pointed it at him. He pulled the trigger and put a bullet right between his eyes.

Kevin looked up at Andy as he lowered his gun. "Erica took Lauren back to my house. I thought I'd come back and see if you needed any help."
"How much of that did you see?"
"Enough to know I don't ever want to piss you off."
"I told you it wasn't pretty."
"Yes, you did. We better get this cleaned up. He doesn't have any neighbors so we don't have to worry about anyone calling the police."
"You are the police." Andy said with an amused smirk.
"I am, aren't I? Hmmm, too bad there won't be any evidence when I call for back up. It's hard to solve a murder, when there's no body."
