The Sixth Wild One
Sweet Blasphemy
The Prophet
A week has gone by and I still haven't found anything about Dreamer and I. And to make things worse, Deviant spotted a shadow twenty miles from our headquarters yesterday. Now we know they're getting close to try and attack us again. We had all the soldiers get their gear ready and on high allert incase the shadows try to invade our home. The guys and I have been rotating to check of there were any more shadows getting closer. So far, nothing seemed to be happining. It was my turn to keep watch and I heard the hatch to the roof opening.
"Oh. Hey. I forgot you were up here." Dreamer said.
I leterally felt my stomach doing backflips when she came up next to me. "Its fine. What are you doing up here anyways?"
"I come up here to think. The view helps me clear my mind of any thoughts."
I nodded my head. "So, Dreamer-."
"Could you stop calling me Dreamer? No one else is up here. You don't have to constantly call me by my stage name."
"Why should I?"
"Because. You don't have yo constantly be all high and mughty all the time! You need to loosen up a little!"
"Why? Becauee I was fun and carefree as a teen then I am now?"
"Wait. Your fun and carefree?"
"I was. I need to set a good examole for the young ones."
She turned her head and faced me. "Tell me more about your childhood."
"Like what?"
"Anything."
"Fine. I was really young when I discovered my powers. I always used them in school, when we still had it when it mattered. I was careless about what would happen to me. But that changed when the shadows took my parents and took over my home town. Ohio was what it was onced called nearly a century ago. I ran away and found the other guys here, in the church."
"Can you tell me your name?"
"Again. My name is the Prophet. Top leader of the Wild Ones and the Legion of the Black."
"No! Your real name. The one your parents gave you when you were born?"
"Why do you want to know that?"
"Because. I want to know what happened to you. How you got here. Why you were chosen to become the all powerful Prophet."
I sighed and looked back towards the horizon. The sun was setting, which ment it was almost time to switch with Mystic. Maybe if I told her my name, it would unlock something aboit this strange connection between us.
"Andrew. Andrew Dennis Biersack whas my real name."
"Andrew? That's so formal. You should have been nicknamed Andy. Andy Biersack"
Hmm. I never thought about that. Andy Biersack. That does sound WAY better than Andrew Biersack. I used to hate my name so much because I got made fun of a lot in school because of my name. But Marina made me actually like my name. I guess my parents really didn't give me an awful name. Andy Biersack. The all powerful Prophet. The Legion leader that will lead his army to a finall victory and defeat F.E.A.R. once and for all.
