The Dreamer


Andrew. Andy Biersack. The Prophet. I just can't seem to get him out of my head! Ever since that night we talked alone on the rooftop, he won't leave my thoughs! I haven't been able sleep for days. I knew that Deviant was awake, since I know him and Mystic will be changing places within the hour. Maybe I can talk to him about this.

I quietly opened my door, making sure not to wake anyone, expecially since the Prophet's room is right across the hall. I went next door to the Prophet's and quietly knocked. A faint "come in!" Was heard through the wood. I slowly opened the door to see Deviant sitting with his legs crossed on his bed.

"Hey Dream-Marina" he said.

I quietly shut the door and made my way over to where he was sitting. I plopped myself onto the mattress across from him.

"So what brings you to my humble abode?" He asked.

"I need some advice." I bit my lip. "You see, there's this guy,-"

"You mean Prophet?" He raised an eyebrow.

"How'd you know?"

"It's written all over your face!"

"Do you know if it's just me? Or mabe apart of this stupid prophecy?"
"Don't call the prophecys stupid. And I'm not a hundred percent sure. And if it is, Prophet probably would have been complaning like hell of he found something like that."

"Okay. But should I tell him that I like him?"

"Personally, I think you should."

I nodded my head. "One last question. Who's Dragonfly?"

"Juliet. She died in F.E.A.R.'s clutches before we were able to reach her and Ella, Mourner's girl. They were supposed to get married when this whole thing ended, but she was taken and we never saw her alive again. At least she's in a better place now."

"How long ago was that?"

"Nearing two years. I can't believe it's taken the overlord nearly two years to build up his army again."

"I guess so his army was able to destroy us instead of the other way around."

Just then, we started to hear a loud thumping coming down the metal stairs, leading to the roof.

"Guys! You need to get the fuck up NOW! There's shadows making their way towards the wall! We need the Legion to suit up NOW!" Mystic started yelling.

Deviant and I jumped up and made our way out of his room to see the others making their way up to the rooftop. Deviant and I followed and looked out past the wall to see a huge army of shadows making their way towards us.

"Sound the alarms. Get all the women, children, and elders in the bunker as fast as you can." Prophet said.

We all nodded our heads. We made our way into our rooms to suit up. I threw on a pair of black ripped jeans, combat boots, a plain black tank top, and threw my hair up in a high ponytail, leaving my fringe hang around my face. I threw on my leather gloves and tied a bandana around my upper right arm. I tucked my blade into the belt loop of my jeans. I threw on my leather vest, which had a demon face on the back and "Dreamer" above it. There were also tassles on the shoulders and my belt. I left my room and meet up with the others. I was about to follow Mourner down the stairs, when Prophet stopped me.

"Wait." He grabbed a hold of my shoulder. "You're missing something."

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Just, close your eyes."

Confused, I listnened to what he said and closed my eyes. Two minutes later, he told me to open my eyes again.

"There. Now you're just like us. Now let'sget going."

I am so sorry for not updating in forever! I was going to try and update last week during vacation, but I was never in my hotel and it had shitty wifi. I also start school Monday so I'll be busy with that as well. I'll try my best to update every WWednesda during school.
