Mystical Murder

The next sixteen hours we spent on the road, stopping for bathroom breaks and to get food or coffee. It was close to midnight when I decided to stop for the night. I knew for sure we were somewhere in the middle of Utah.

"Um, Jinxx?" Kaylee asked.

"Yeah doll?"

"Are you sure you want to stop for the night? Don't you think that my father will find us?"

"we have one more night on the road. There's only about seven hours between here and LA. We can get a new car as soon we get there. I promise he won't find us out here. Alright?"

She nodded her head. I grabbed our duffle bag and got out of the car. Kailee got out and I locked the car doors before making our way to the lobby. We got a key to our room and I quickly unlocked the door and collapsed onto the bed.

"I'm going to take a quick shower." Kailee said as she grabbed her pajamas from the bag.

"Okay. Keep the door unlocked " I replied.

She nodded her head before slipping through the bathroom door. Ten minutes later, bored out of my fucking mind, I decided I needed temo do something productive. Grabbing a pair of sweatpants, I made my way to the bathroom. I undressed quickly and quietly opened the shower curtain. Stepping into the shower, I wrapped my arms around Kaylee's bare waist and she screamed.

"Jinxx!"

"What? I got bored."

"I'm in the shower!"

"So? I've seen you naked before."

She crossed her arms over her breasts. I turned her around, facing me and lifted her chin so she was looking up at me. i pulled her arms down to her side.

"Why are you covering yourself up?"

"You've never seen me like this."

"What? Naked under a light? You're still absolutly beautiful nomater if I could see your full self or not." I pulled her scared wrists up to me and plaved kisses all over them. "You never have to hide your scars from me. Ever."

She nodded her head. I grabbed the shampoo from behind her and squirted some in my hand and started rubbing it in her long wavy hair. She did the same with me. I grabbed the soap and washcloth. I rubbed the soap-covered cloth across her body. She did the same with me and I finally shut the water off. We stepped out of the shower and I wrapped a towel around both of us and helped her dry off. I got ourselves in our pajamas and back into the main room. I pulled her under the covers and pulled her closer to me.

"Get some sleep Doll." I whispered to her.

"Night Jinxx. I love you."
"I love you too Kailee." I kissed her head before falling sleep.
