Soaring Bird

Neveah arrived early to the shoot and was just lounging on a couch reading her favorite book when she heard the door open and turned to see her best friend and Eric walk through the door.
"Why are you here so early?" Eric asks
"Couldn't sleep," she says with a blush on her cheeks.
Eric the always oblivious one says, "nervous about today?"
"Sure..."
The three turn at the sound of the door opening and see Maddox and Rex walking in, Rex looks at Chantel and an instant smile spreads across his face. Allen takes in the same look on his best friends face and he becomes suspicious. He doesn't want this band to flop and if they have any attraction for each other it will not be good. Plus he doesn't trust Rex, he's weird and creepy and he will just hurt her, Allen knows it. He grabs Chantel by the arm and excuses them while he pulls her outside.
"What the hell is going on with you two?" He demands
"What are you talking about?" Chantel asks 'innocently'
"Don't play dumb with me. I see the way you two look at each other. What is going on?"
"What way do we look at each other? I see him as a band member and a decent human being."
"I don't trust him."
"Well you better start because he is a part of this band! Now, I believe we have a photo shoot to accomplish."


Back inside Chantel heads over to a mirror to fix her hair and apply her black makeup. Rex walks up behind her and smiles when he sees her smiling.
"What was that all about?" Rex wonders
"He told me he doesn't trust you and that we look at each other a certain way." she informs
"Oh you mean like this?" he says before proceeding to cross his eyes, stick out his tounge and puff up his cheeks.
"Yes!" Chantel laughs as she tries to pull it off but fails causing both of them to laugh harder
Across the room Maddox is sitting next to Allen and while Allen's face holds a scowl, Maddox can't help but be happy that they are getting along.
"They seem to be getting along nicely"
"Too nicely" Allen snarls.
"OKAY people lets get this going!" yelled the photographer as he walked in the room, Amelia behind him, "you two up, up, up. Who are you?"
"Eric."
"Band member?"
"no."
"goodbye, nobody sees my work until it is complete."
"Excuse me? He is my boyfriend, he stays." Allen demands, causing everyone else to walk over
"Yea his cool, he stays." Rex stands up for Eric
"Hes my friend too"
" I dont have time for this..." says the photographer and he walks out."
"Oh boy, that was the only photographer available today." Ameila announces
"Um no," Maddox says, "haven't you seen Eric's work? Give him a shot."
"Eric you know I love you but we need a professional."
"Give him a chance, give him a chance give him a chance." they all chant
"Fine! Places everyone."

The shoot actually goes well. Chantel is front an center while Maddox stands over her in the back and Allen and Rex are on either side of her. They have a bunch of different shots. Mostly are them being serious, and then they decided to take a silly one so fans can relate. Then their individual shots are the same way. When the magazine shows up for the photos they haven't even decided yet. But they settle on serious group photo and silly individual with quotes.

Now they are all in Chantel's room goofing off and trying to catch popcorn in their mouths. Allen has excused himself downstairs for a drink.
"Hey Allen, sounds like fun up there." Neveah says from the kitchen island.
"Yea I guess so."
"What's the problem?" Ashley wonders
"I think Rex likes Chantel... they have gotten really close and they always give each other this look..."
"Well maybe something happened the night they went to the movies."
"They what?"

Sorry it's not much guys, but I didn't have much time. Im waiting for a friend to pick me up so we can head to the Andy Black concert! I am so excited! <3
