"How about we grab a pizza and you can watch some tv while I work on my engine?" Dad asked chuckling. He grabbed a coupon and looked at the number grabbing the phone. "Two supreme pizzas and a lava crunch cake!" I said giggling. "Of course sweetheart." He said shaking his head while ordering the pizzas.
I hum and smile looking on the internet for a documentary to watch. When I finally settled on one, Dad came back and sat down with his engine parts in his lap. "Of course we are watching a documentary. I swear you learn more from this that actual school." He chuckles and starts to clean the parts with his rag. Soon the doorbell rang and dad got up grabbing his wallet. "Pizza is served madam!" He laughed opening up the door.

I watched the documentary while chomping down on pizza. Dad kept cleaning his parts, taking a break to take a bite out of his slice. "The ancient Celts often made offerings to their pagan gods for simple things like rain, good harvest and a peaceful year..." The TV droned on and on as I watched looking at the flat screen. A car pulled into our driveway and a car door shut as someone was walking up the driveway. "Hello! I'm home my sweethearts!" Mom called opening and closing the door.
"Hey baby!" Dad called. "We have pizza for dinner!" He said and got up to put away his engine parts. He cleaned his hands and dried them. Mom smiled and kissed Dad on the lips gently smiling and then kisses my head. "Did you fix Andrews' bike baby?" Mom asked getting out a plate and grabbing a slice. "Yeah, and I got a little less than what I charge but hey it's fine." He smiled.
Mom nods smiling and sits down between us. I lay my head on her shoulder and close my eyes tiredly. "Well, did you guys have a good day?" She asked smiling. "Yeah, we've just sat here watching TV." Dad chuckles and holds her close. I yawned softly and soon start to fall asleep. I woke an hour later to Dad carrying me upstairs, laying me in bed. "Good night sweetie." Mom whispered kissing my head softly. "Night Princess." Dad whispered. I heard them leaving and shutting my door. I soon black out tiredly.
