Character and background book for Night Watch Series
Protagonists
Andrew (origin- Black Veil Brides, Andy Black)
Andrew is a Night Fae, and Second Officer of the Night Watch. He has spent the last three years in mourning for his beloved Juliet, who gave her life to save the Soul of the Forest during a raid made by trolls. Now all he cares for is his work and protecting the Soul of the Forest. While he has risen quickly through the ranks, becoming the youngest Second Officer, he has become a bit of a social recluse.
Andrew has the wings of the Acherontia moths (Death's head genus moths):
Andrew has antlers, which are very uncommon among Fae. His are like the white-tailed deer:
Eliza(O.C.)
Eliza is a Night Fae and formerly a member of her tribe's Night Watch. She was sent in exile from her home tribe of Merry Willows to the Wild Ones following conviction for what was presumably a heinous crime. Only the Council Members know the full details, and they have deemed her fit for rehabilitation and reintegration into society.
Eliza has mammalian wings that are somewhat similar to a bat's, but red. Upon her arrival in Merry Willows, one is badly broken, and both are heavily damaged.
Eliza has abnormally large horns for a female Fae of her age, at almost a full curl. They reflect a history of both recent and past violence, and the ends are broken and broomed (even less common- most Fae are far too vain to let this happen unless they see exceptionally heavy combat). Her horns, specifically, resemble those of a blackbelly ram.
Eliza is meant to imagine as you see fit. However, I spent a bit of time messing around online, and created a few images, for those of you that would like them, of what she might look like.
