I got up and stumbled to the kitchen, grabbing the bottle of Jager that was on the counter."I need a drink, anyone want to join me?" All the boys raised their hands. I held the bottle above my head and yelled, "Alright! Lets drink!" ______________________________________________________________________________
I woke with a pounding headache that reminded me of the previous night. I remember that the night was a blur. "Yo! Pass the Jager!" I had called to Ashley who had downed nearly half the bottle. I stood to walk over and get it but swayed before landing in someone's lap. I looked up and saw Vic's beaming, flushed face. "Why hello there handsome! Will you please help me retrieve my alcohol?" I asked, twirling a piece of his glorious hair around my finger. "Kassadie, that's your third bottle, don't you think you should slow down?" Vic asked, helping me off his lap. I shook my head 'no' in a childish manner and somehow managed to wobble over to Ashley, stealing the last of the hearty liquor. Ashley whined and grabbed for the bottle but I stumbled away before he could grab me, laughing. After that, I don't remember much. I looked around and found myself curled around a lean frame. I opened my eyes a little wider, letting them adjust to the sun before I realized that I was snuggling Andy. I jumped away from the sleeping man and landed on the floor with a loud thunk. I quickly exited the room before finding yet another beautiful man in the RV. "K-K-Kellin Quinn?" I stuttered, stumbling in my heels. He chuckled and nodded. "Here, take this." He handed me a bottle of water and two Tylenol. "Thanks." I smiled. I looked around and squealed when I saw an adorable little girl sitting on the couch. "Oh my goodness! Kellin, can I please hold Copeland?" I begged. " If she will let you." He laughed. I moved over to her and picked her up, gently placing her in my lap. " Kellin, I don't think you understand how much I love your daughter. She is so freaking cute!" I gushed, playing with her small hands. Andy walked out and when he saw me he blushed. "What happened last night?" I asked, still playing with Copeland. "You attempted to make out with me and you said I had sexy eyes and things along those lines. " I felt my face redden and I looked down, kissing Copelands head."Sorry." I mumbled,embarrassed. "It's okay." Andy said, retrieving pain meds from Kellin. I tossed the pills in my mouth and swished them down with water before handing the bottle to Andy. "Here." I said, scooting over so he could relax on the couch."Ew, I need a shower." I said, catching a whiff of Jager and tequila. The boys chuckled. 'When did I have tequilla?' I wondered, my stomach turning at the scent. "Here Kellin." I said, passing the baby in his arms. She started wailing and I chuckled under my breath."I'll be right out." I reassured the small girl. I kicked off my shoes that were still on my feet. I grabbed a random set of clothes and padded to the bathroom. I set my clothes down on the counter and something shin peeked out from under my shorts. I pulled them away and sitting in plain sight was a broken eyeliner sharpener. 'Alright. Just one cut, just to get it out of my system. No more after that.' I convinced myself. I peeled off my clothes and held the blade to my hips.
I showered and dressed, wrapping my hair up in a towel. I wandered out and the boys instantly stopped talking once I came into view. "Geez, it's not like I can't keep a secret! Spill! If you don't I will superglue your hands to your..." I stopped, motioning to their family jewels. They paled and Andy sighed. "Fine, but I'm not naming names! So, there is this girl. I really like her but I don't know how to tell her." My heart fell to my feet. Why did you think that he would be interested in someone as ugly and pitiful as you. You are nothing but damaged goods, and no one likes damaged anything. He was right. I'm defective. "I think you should tell her." I got up and walked out the door of the bus. I pulled a cigarette from the pack sitting on the chair next to the door and fell into it, inhaling the smoke from the lit cigarette. " I thought I said-" I cut off Arizona. "Shut up Arizona." I snapped. My head snapped forward. "Don't talk to me like that again." She said. I rubbed the back of my head and took another puff. "So, whats with the additude?" She asked,sitting criss-cross on the couch that still sat outside."Nothing, just let it go." I snapped once more. She flipped me off and looked down at her phone smiling. 'She was happy, why couldn't I be?' He chimed in. Because you don't deserve it. I looked up and saw Arizona looking concerned. "What are those?" She said, pointing to the angry red marks on my hips. I quickly pulled my shirt over them and looked down, ashamed that I had been so careless. "Nothing." I put out my cigarette and went to walk back inside. I felt arms wrap around my waist and Arizonas small figure press against my back."Please stop." I felt warm tears seep through my shirt. I pulled her arms off of me and walked inside. "I'm fine." I said, mostly trying to convince myself. "I know you aren't." She called. I stopped and turned to face my bestfriend. A single, salty tear rolled down my cheek as I uttered the two simple words."Thank you."
