Buzzkill(er)

«Kill the bitch.»

That one sentence was stuck in Clementine’s brain. She could swear she had heard it somewhere, and it had definitely been regarding Alaska.
Kill the bitch, something in the back of her head would say whenever she saw her with him. It wasn’t right. It was so fucking wrong, why would he even glance at her. Why would he kidnap Alaska when he already had Clementine? She was a much better version obviously she didn’t panic when he yelled at her. She had adapted to him so quickly, almost as if he had gotten into her head and made it snap for her.
She would do anything for him. So why would he bring in this new girl.

Andy would rarely notice if Clementine stood outside the door listening whenever he would go inside to look after Alaska. Hah, “look after”, if blatantly manipulating her into thinking that other girl is just her brain playing tricks on her is even considered as an act of compassion.
She had to admit though, it was kind of fun screwing with Alaska. It made her feel somewhat closer to Andy, the connection they had when they both knew they were playing her just so she would feel useless. It was fun the first times she would have panic attacks. Because it was proof their devious plan worked.
Kill the bitch, now, where did she hear that? The small people in the back of her head were chanting it now.

Kill the bitch.


Kill. The. Bitch.

So she wrapped the sheet around her throat one more time. Alaska’s nails dug deeper into her skin as the air in her lungs disappeared. Andy was standing behind them both, a satisfied and cocky look smudged all over his face.
The darkness in his eyes seemed to be greater this time. He had gotten his will. She finally killed the bitch.
