Buzzkill(er)

-1994- "You probably think I'm crazy..." -

"I can't move her, go tell the medics what happened! hurry!" I yelled at the remaining girls. They were all in shock and didn't fully register what I said before one of them took the lead and started running outside. The last two girls gave me a look then followed the first one.

I had to move quickly before the hall would fill with medical people and concerned acquaintances swirling around her and trying desperately to help.
I laid her down and got on my feet, picked her up over my shoulder and started heading for the backdoor.

She opened her eyes slowly, her head was thudding with pain, so was her arm. She looked around the room from her laying position, the lighting was dimmed, and there was another girl sat on her bed. The girl looked skinny and pale, she had black damp hair stuck to her face. a face covered in bruises. She was sitting there wearing nothing but barley there panties, she was so exposed but didn't seem to mind it.
This whole scene filled Alaska with fear, anything else would have been weird. The bed she was laying on smelled familiar. Andy. She remembered what he had done, she could still feel his hand on her forehead, she could still feel the pressure, then the air beneath her as she was falling.

"You've been asleep for two days." The strange girl spoke, her voice seemed strained, and tired. "Why did he bring you here? Who are you?" She crept closer to Alaska.

She didn't know if she could even open her mouth to answer. She was in a lot of pain, and she felt like she was under water.

"I'm supposed to tell him when you wake up. He's fixing stuff for you." The way the girl spoke reminded her of a child.
She proceeded with getting up and leaving the room.
Some talking could be heard soon after, she could hear a dark voice. Andy? Of course it's Andy you dope. Remember who pushed you?

**

Clementine entered the room as I was putting up some of the pictures I had gotten from Alaska's dorm. I had brought them to make this whole place seem more inviting. I had even brought some of her books, a plant, and her favorite teddy bear.

"Your precious princess is awake." Clementine said fast and with a lot of anger. She was jealous, she had told me all about that last night as she was trying to go down on me.
I had just come back from my trip to Alaska's dorm when she had walked straight up to me and started unbuttoning my pants.
I didn't mind all this attention I was suddenly getting. Hopefully Alaska didn't feel bitter about the whole stair pushing incident.

"Cheer up, you're ruining my mood." I snapped back at her. "Please just go lay down." I ordered her like a dog, and she obeyed.
I walked up to the bedroom, where I had laid Alaska out on the bed. I could hear her panicked breathing as soon as I entered the room.
I put on m puppy eyes, and the voice I would use around her. You know, to sell the illusion that she was still safe, and that I loved her.

"Alaska, babe, are you okay?" I hurried over to the bed and sat down as close to her as possible. She looked at me with a face drenched in fear. God, she was gonna have another panic attack wasn't she?
I brushed some hair out of her face.

"W-where am I?" Her voice was shivering. If I had actually loved her my heart would have shattered at how utterly miserable she sounded.

"You're in my home, my bedroom." I lean a bit closer to her, I still got the wounded puppy look plastered to my face. "You stumbled down the stairs, and broke you arm. You probably hit your head as well."
She widened her eyes, as if she just saw the ghost of her deceased pet bunny hovering over my head.

"You- you pushed me!" She sat up a bit, trying to push herself back but the pain in her arm stopped her. I had wrapped her arm in bandage, why? I don't know. It would still hurt like hell. Maybe I wanted to show her that I took care of her.

I raised a concerned eyebrow at her. "What? No? Did you really hit your head that hard?"
She opened her mouth to respond to me but closed it fast. She looked at me like I was some sort of predator, there was no flicker behind her eyes, no smile threatening to burst out. She just looked at me.

"We were heading back to your dorm, you had your face pushed into my chest so you didn't see your step. I called the ambulance but they said it was safe to take you home." I tried to keep my voice calm. I never broke eye contact, I wouldn't want her to think I was lying. Which I was but that doesn't matter.
"I didn't want you to stay at the school alone so I took you here."

"Who was that girl?" Her voice sounded nothing like I had ever heard. She sounded cold, like she was talking to a complete stranger.

"What girl?" I had decided a long time ago that Alaska were not to know about Clementine. I didn't really care for what Clementine knew of Alaska. I made myself seem worried than before. I looked around the room, like I was looking for the girl she's talking about.

"There-" She looked at me, tears starting to fill her eyes. I could tell she was starting to doubt her memory. I had successfully planted different memories in her head. She was not sure what was real and what was not, her anxiety had a tendency to make her remember some things differently than others, so why wouldn't this just be that?
His words confused her.

"There was a girl sitting on the bed when I woke up. Sh-she looked so pained-oh Andy she looked so hurt!" She started crying, I took this as a queue to embrace her, and comfort her. So I did.

We were sat still on the bed for what seemed like hours, it probably did last for hours. She had stopped crying but she was still full of anxiety. She had told me all about how Clementine looked and what she had said. I still acted like I had no idea what she was talking about.

"Alaska..?" I brushed some hair out of her face again, my hand ended up resting on her cheek. "Have you ever experienced anything like this before? I mean, with your anxiety. Have you ever maybe perhaps seen things that might not actually be there?" I was trying to sound as sensitive as possible.
She blinked at me, her eyes were already starting to fill up with tears again. She didn't have to answer with words. I already knew the answer. Of course she had experienced it before, maybe she's not experiencing full blown hallucinations but she had defiantly gotten this question before.

"Theres no girl here. Theres just us." I looked at her eyes. She was believing me, I could tell by the flicker that had returned. She trusted me. I had successfully made her forget about the physical pain I had caused her. I had managed to do that so soon, I must admit, even I thought that was an absolutely fantastic accomplishment!

She laid her head down on my chest again.

"I'm so sorry andy."

"Why?"

"You probably think I'm crazy now. "

"No I don't."

She didn't answer me. She just closed her eyes.

Notes

I don't know what to write. So heres a badly written filler chapter.

I will probably have to skip a lot of time again to have this catch up with my plan.
