Jake's room appeared completely darkened save for the entryway lit up by the hallway lights.

“NOW!” Jake yelled.

A spotlight turned on and the harshly bright light overwhelmed my senses as the door slammed shut again.

“Did you see that?” Ashley asked, looking at Andy.

“I’m not sure what I saw.” Andy looked at Jinxx. “What did you see?”

“I heard Jake yell, a light flashed my eyesight into oblivion and I slammed the door shut in my own face.” Jinxx said.

“Yeah.” Ashley leaned against the closed door. “I saw myself kick the door shut after Jake turned a huge spotlight on and blinded me.”

“Well we found Jake.” Andy shrugged and started walking toward his room.

“Dude, what the fuck?” I shouted after him.

Andy kept walking away. “I really don’t want to know what he’s on.”

“Why don’t you open the door this time?” Ashley called out to him.

Andy turned around and looked at each of us. “He probably got bored and hacked the surveillance system, the TVs, and is playing some stupid joke because he can’t sleep.”

“You sound like CC.” Jinxx smiled at me. “Open the door.”

“What did you see?” Andy asked me.

“Light.” I laughed. “I can’t see anything else when that light turns on.”

“See.” Andy shrugged. “You’re both nuts, CC saw the light. I’m going to bed before this gets weird.”

Jake’s door opened slightly. Ashley and I stepped back.

“Fine.” Andy said, crossing his arms. “CUT THE BULLSHIT JAKE!” He yelled and kicked the door open.

“NOW!” Jake yelled. A bright light turned on and I closed my eyes.

“I SAID CUT THE BULLSHIT!” Andy yelled as the door slammed shut. He stepped away and covered his mouth with his hand.

“What’d you see?” Jinxx asked.

“Fuck you guys.” Andy snapped at Jinxx.

“I still saw myself closing the door in my face.” Ashley said.

“I didn’t see anything.” I sighed.

“I saw myself running toward the door as the light came on.” Andy said.

“And?” I asked.

“Then I appeared from behind the door, gave myself the middle finger, and kicked the door shut.” Andy sighed.

“What if we put something in the door to stop it from shutting next time?” Ashley went back to his room.
