~ The Sun will Shine Again ~

Star's P.O.V.~

I leaned into Ronnie's ear and began to whisper. "I think I'd be okay with that." He smirked at me and grasps my hand and pulls me through the sweaty, dancing crowd. He shoved my shoulders and pushed me against his black car. His lips met mine in a frenzy, biting my lower lip as I found myself moaning slightly into his mouth. He opened my door for me and let me slide in before going over to the driver's seat.

He pressed the button on the elevator and began kissing me again, kissing down my neck and sucking on my collar bone. A part of me knew I shouldn't do this. I shouldn't get involved with him again. But another part of me couldn't care less. He fumbled with his keys before shoving the hotel door open. Instantly shirts were torn off and jeans were falling to the floor. In just my navy blue bra and bottoms, I straddled his lap and kissed him heavily. "Star.." He groaned deeply as I pressed myself against him.

His tight boxers were nearly off when I heard a faint knock on the door. "Ronnie I just need to-wow uhm..." Ryan froze in his spot, covering his eyes to shield himself from seeing my nearly naked body. My face turned hot pink as I stuttered in realization. "I-I'm sorry. Ronnie I have to go. This...I'm sorry." I yanked my pants up and covered myself with my shirt and quickly walked passed Ryan and Jacky by the door who stood in shock at the scene they had witnessed.

I pulled down my shirt and began to panic. I had no idea how to get home, it was far past midnight, and I wasn't 100% sober. I sighed heavily before grabbing my cell phone from my pocket. Tears pricked my eyes in embarrassment, I gave in to him so easily, quickly. "Star? Where are you? Are you okay?" Xander beckoned me with questions. I let out a sniffle before answering. " I'm okay, just, can you pick me up at Travelodge Hotel? Please." He said he'd be here within ten minutes and hung up.

"Star? Star!" I heard Ronnie's voice. "Are you okay?" I nodded slowly. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to pressure you into anything." I shook my head. "No, Ronnie it's okay. I was in with it to. But Xander's picking me up. So I guess I'll, see you around." Seconds later, I heard a car slam shut. "What did you do to her?!" Xander yelled, storming up to Ronnie and I. "This seems familiar." Ronnie muttered under his breathe.

"Xander, it's okay. I promise. I'm sorry about not coming home, but let's not do this here okay? I'm okay." I grabbed his arm and pulled him away into the car. "I told you midnight. When I said that, I wasn't fucking joking. I care about you Star, and I'd never live with myself if something happened to you." I looked down at my entwined fingers. "I know, I'm sorry. We had to much to drink and we-" "Star, you didn't." I shook my head. "I didn't. I ran out after Ryan and Jacky caught me half naked straddling their best friend's lap."

He struggled to stifle a laugh at the thought. "I'm glad you're okay. But please, call or send me a text if you're not coming home." I nodded in agreement. "Come on Star, we've got a long day tomorrow. We have to go shopping to get supplies and clothes for Warped Tour." "Okay, goodnight Xander. Thank you, for everything." He kissed my temple and walked across the hall to his bedroom.

"Xander, wake up." I whispered, nudging his bare, tattooed shoulder. He groaned and faced the other way. "I didn't want to do this." I went back to the door, and took a running start to pouncing into his bed, making to land on top of him. He yelped and shot up. "You bitch! What the hell happened to being nice about it?" I laughed out loud and pinned him. "I tried, you wouldn't budge." He stretched his arms I've this head, making his muscles tense. "What?" He asked, staring at me with an amused look on his face. "What?" I copied him.

"You were staring, everything okay?" I nodded and poked his nose. "Come on, we've gotta get ready." " I would love to, but my stubborn roommate has decided to sit on top of my chest. So..." I rolled my eyes. "Oh my poor baby." I did in a mocking baby voice. He picked me up by my waist and rolled me over to the other side of the bed. "Get a shower, you smell bad." I teased, pretending to plug my nose. "Oh yeah?" He says, waving his hands around his armpits and scent. I fake coughed and collapsed on the bed.

My outfit was a white tank top under an army green jacket, and black leggings and my vans. Xander closed the front door behind me and walked with me to the car. The ride to the mall took about twenty minutes, listening to Sleeping with Sirens and Pierce the Veil on the way. "What are we looking for exactly?" I question, following him to Hot Topic. "Clothes for you. A book bag. I-D tags for passes. Just Warped Tour stuff." I nodded and began to look at the wall of band shirts. One stuck out in particular.

A black band shirt with a brown and black logo on top. There were five guys on the cover, all covered in war paint and dark hair. I squinted at it, but Xander called my name. "Here, try this one." It was a tan muscle shirt that said "let music set you free. I grabbed it, along with a pair of black shorts and tried them on. I turned in the mirror, and squeezed my waist with my hands. Instead of a frown, a small smile creeped onto my lips.

"They fit, is this what I'm wearing?" He nodded and paid for them. "What're you wearing?" "Just a black muscle tank and some shorts. Oh and before I forget, Pierce the Veil will be there." My eyes lit up. "Seriously?! No way!" He nodded before I threw my arms around his neck. "Oh my god. I'm going to see them. I won't leave there until I do." He smiled in amusement at my fangirling and continued to pay for our purchases. "Warped Tour is in three days. So pick out everything you want to bring, we'll be there for two days to help set everything up, be there, and clean." I carried several bags of clothes and shoved them into the trunk. "I think we've got everything. Ready?" "Ready."

I pulled a bag from my closet and began folding each article of clothing. I sat them slowly into the bag so it wouldn't unfold and continued until I finished. I went into the bathroom and packed my extra toothbrush, deodorant, my contacts and my glasses case and put them in the bag as well. I clapped my hands together once and closed the bag and set it in the corner by my desk top.

Xander made a shrimp Alfredo for dinner and it was absolutely amazing. We sat In a comfortable silence as we ate until Xander's phone began ringing. He held it up to his ear and sat on the couch. I couldn't hear what was said, but Xander's tone began getting quieter until finally he stood up and say back down. "Everything okay?" He nodded and picked at his food. "You sure? I mean, that's not really convincing." He sighed and said he was fine. I decided to let it go and get a shower.

I skipped into my closet and push the hangers aside. I turned my head at the forgotten box on the floor and crouched down to pick it up. I picked the top off and pulled out a large black jacket. My heart yanked at my chest as the smell of smoke lingered after it. I shoved it back in the box and and stood up roughly, hitting my head off the hangers.

I put on Xander's shirt and some shorts and walked out to the living room. "Is that my shirt?" I snuggled into it and nodded with a smile. He smiled back at me and opened his arms to let me lay with him while watching Spider-Man. I fell asleep with his arms around my back and my head on his chest, counting his heartbeats.
