Chapter Thirteen: Fight

Vixen, Kitty and the boys made their way silently up to the attic where they could hear crashing, footsteps, and cries of what sounded like pain. Before Kitty knew what she was doing she had taken point beside her sister, swords at the ready, and her adrenaline pumping. She had no idea what was going on or what was on the other side of that door but she knew if Vixen seemed freaked and yet controlled at the same time, she could be too.

Andy and Ashley followed the two sister's leads, not knowing the territory but still willing to jump ahead and protect the girls if need be. Vixen looked back and gave a hand signal for them to stop. The boys knew immediately that there must be a telepath in the room and that it might be listening to their thoughts so they both began to think of random things. Sandra's wedding, the new record they were going to have to work on soon, the new tour, anything to throw it off. Vixen nodded and smiled at the boys, telling them they were doing good. Andy decided to take a peek in her mind and found her thinking of a concert she'd gone to. A Black Veil Brides concert.

Kitty was thinking the same and Andy was surprised he hadn't recognized either girl the day he met them. He'd brought them both on stage and sang with them. God did he feel like a moron.

Vixen snapped her fingers and Andy shook his head, making a note to talk to them about it later. Vixen signaled to them to be ready and the boys got into position before Vixen opened the door and everyone burst in.

Vixen and Kitty were lightning quick and in just seconds the Vampire that was on top if Vixen's mentor had two swords crisscrossed in front of his throat and one behind his neck, while the boys stood on either side, Ashley's shotgun poised near its left side, and the colt pressed right up against its right temple. "Let her go you blood sucking sack of shit," Vixen hissed, pressing her blade down harder.

The vampire retracted his fangs and sighed. "We really have to stop meeting with you trying to kill me Miss Sola," Marilyn said to her mentally. Vixen looked at the vampire shocked. "Uh..."

"Vixen Marie! You better be out of my attic in three seconds or so help me-"

"I'm gone!" Vixen yelped, grabbing Kitty and Andy's arms and running, Kitty grabbing Ashley's arm as they took off.



When the group reached the basement once more they were all laughing. "Oh god her and Marilyn weren't-" Andy started to ask his breathing labored as he leaned against the banister. Vixen nodded giggling. "I think they were!" she answered.

"That was more of Marilyn Manson than I EVER wanted to see!" Kitty said fake gagging. Ashley burst out laughing. "You and me both sweetheart," he said, bringing Kitty in for a side hug and kissing the top of her head like it was the most normal thing in the world. Vixen and Andy smiled as they watched the two, shaking their heads.

Everyone stopped when a door slammed two floors above and footsteps were heard stomping down the staircase. "VIXEN MARIE!" Vixen flinched. "Oh crap," she whispered before yelling up the stairs. "Coming!" She turned to Ashley and Kitty. "Room. Now. Stay there. Whatever you hear dont move till we come back, okay?" Kitty nodded and grabbed Ashley's arm, leading towards her new room. Vixen grabbed Andy's hand and walked up the staircase to meet her mentor and her wrath...



Faith growled as she tried to re button Marilyn's shirt. She was having a bit of trouble seeing as she was shaking with anger and that was making her fingers tremble, which just pissed her off more. Marilyn sighed and walked up next to her, moving her hands away and doing up the buttons on his shirt for her. "Calm down Faith. You being angry like this will only end in violence," he whispered. Faith glared at him but knew he was right. She needed to calm down.

But that wouldnt happen for as Vixen came into Faith's line of sight so did the werewolf she had brought home last night. Faith's anger flared again and her fingers touched the silver knife she had strapped to her thigh. Stealthily, not wanting to tip off Marilyn, she removed it from its sheath, and before her vampire lover knew what was happening, had thrown it at her target. It never reached it though.

Vixen had seen Faith's movements the moment she caught sight of Andy, had heard her thoughts and knew what she was going to do. So when the knife went sailing for Andy's heart, a potential kill shot had it met its target, Vixen timed her counter and grabbed the knife by the tip of the blade, using its momentum to throw it back towards her mentor where it embeded itself three inches into the painted drywall that madeup the wall Faith was two inches from.

Faith's eyes widened in surprise at Vixen's actions before anger took over again. "What did I say about that thing last night?" she snarled pointing at Andy, who just looked at her. "He stays," Vixen growled, and for the first time Andy could hear the alpha tone Ashley had kept talking about, seep into her tone. "So does my sister's mate Ashley. Their my allies and Informants just like Marilyn is yours. Although," Vixen paused and a look of disgust came across her face. "At least I'm not sleeping with mine."

"Ouch," Andy whispered mentally to her. "No offense," Vixen added for him only. "Its got nothing to do with you or who you are Andy, I promise. Its Marilyn and what he-"

"What he is. I get it babygirl. Its got to do with your past. I understand. Did any wolves ever-"

"Not that I know of," Vixen answered, mentally shaking her head. "It was only ever vampires. Vampire bites Michael or the vampires themselves could heal, wolf's he couldn't and I could hide the scars from Michael's whip thanks to Ash. Michael...he didnt like 'damaged merchandise'," Vixen whispered. Andy growled at the words. "I ever see Kuza I'm gonna-"

"Stop." Andy stopped but the rage was still there. Vixen returned her attention to Faith. "I'm taking my sister out ofln a training mission tonight with the boys. Marilyn," Vixen looked at the vampire, pointing to the side of her mouth. "You got some uh-"

"Oh!" Marilyn took a tissue from his black jeans pocket and wiped the blood Vixen had pointed out away. "Thank you," he said, clearing his throat akwardly. Vixen just nodded. "You know of anything that may be in town thats worth hunting?"

Marilyn nodded. "I caught wind of a nest earlier today, again on the west side, they seem to like to hang out in the cemetery over there. No idea why-"

"According to a friend of mine, a new favorite past time for high school kids is trying to stay the night in the cemetery without being run off by the ghosts, or the cops. “Thanks Marilyn." Marilyn nodded and Vixen walked up to him holding out her hand. "Its nothing against you Manson," she said, using his last name this time. Marilyn smiled in understanding. "I know. I heard. And its alright young one." he took her hand and shook it. "I'll calm Faith down and keep her away from the cemetery. You take the boys and your sister out for a hunt," he added mentally. Vixen nodded. "Thanks."

"My pleasure dear," he said, letting go of her hand. Vixen walked over to Faith and stared her down, her hand reaching for the knife. She pulled it out and tossed it in the air catching it by the blade before handing it back to Faith. As Faith took hold of the handle Vixen slammed the palm of her hand against the wall next to her mentors face.

Caught off guard, Faith jumped at the sound her eyes wide. Vixen glared at her mentor, her stormy blue eyes swirling like actual clouds were in her eyes. Faith had never seen this before so she was a little freaked. "The next time you decide to throw a knife at my ally, I will not hesitate to put one of my special liquid silver hollow point bullets in Manson's brain. Got it?" Faith nodded. Vixen grinned wickedly. "Good."

And with that Vixen backed up and walked away back towards her room in the basement, Andy on her heels.

Well THAT escalated rather quickly! I didnt mention I think it was last chapter (everythings running together for me I'm getting these out so fast haha) but the whole thing with Ashley and Kitty. Yeah, thats a thing. The mating. They are technically mates. No they dont have sex or anything like that cause while I may not know the real Ashley Purdy PERSONALLY, I think I do know he wouldnt go and screw a sixteen year old...even if the man does have a tendency to dip his wick in anything that has two legs, tits and a great ass (and not to mention is also totally female the man whore! Lmao Love you Ashley! Haha) anyways things are about to pick up action wise and a couple new characters are going to be introduced in the cemetery. And Taylor will make another appearance!
