Something Wicked This Way Comes

You Took My Life

Allison watched as her sister bolted down to the old barn, her heels falling off her feet as she ran. She looked both ways before following after her as quiet as she could.

"Els.." She heard someone say from inside.

Andy.

They talked quietly, sometimes becoming silent as they assumably kissed. Allison felt jealous but also a little heart broken. She actually really liked Andy and to know he was so infatuated with her sister.. It hurt.

"Elsie, I remember when I was a junior in high school and I watched you walk past me in the hallway the first time. You were this scared little freshman and I wanted so badly to comfort you and help you out but my friends made fun of all the freshman. Not you though. I never let that happen, I fell for you right then and I watched you for years. Anytime I'd see you I got shy and this summer I knew you had graduated and I had told myself I was going to talk to you." Allison felt her heart rip out of her chest. "But then I got this job to help my sister and Dan said I couldn't so I just tried to let it go until you fell off that horse and all of my feelings came back. I spent months working up the courage to finally ask you out and when I did I was the happiest man on earth. Not even your parents could tear me down and I knew that they wouldn't approve. I just have to tell you that.." She shook her head, tears falling down her cheeks. Don't say it. "I'm in love with you Elsie. So entirely and completely in love with you that it hurts to breath sometimes. You're perfect to me and nothing could beat the way I feel when you're with me. I love you, like any other man loves his woman but even more. You're my girl, my soulmate and I can't let you go. Ever."

She ran away- the pain so heavy and awful that she wanted to jump off a building.

She wanted to die.

But unfortunately for Allison, she wouldn't have to kill herself. Someone would do it for her.
Hands grabbed her into the night and dragged her away, gagging her and silencing her screams..for now.

Andy walked through the woods, having taken his pocket knife out for protection. He felt nervous leaving Elsie but he wanted to help whoever was screaming.

The sound seemed to have dissipated but his throat caught in his chest when he saw the one and only, Allison Rossin. Gutted and hanging on a tree. "Oh my god.." He whispered to himself, seeing a bloody knife on the ground. She was dead- obviously but he was taken back by her horrific state. "No. Elsie!" He tried to run but smacked into the chest of a police of officer.

"Oh god Allison!" He heard someone shriek. He knew it was Hallie and Evan crying and more and more people were beginning to crowd around. They probably heard the screams..
"You did this!" Evan cried at the young boy he once thought to be a hard worker. He killed his daughter.

"N-no- I didn't!" Andy said, "I just found her!"

"Andrew Biersack you are under arrest for the murder of Milton and Allison Rossin."

"NO!" Andy shouted, "No, Elsie!" He screamed for his love as his hands were cuffed behind his back.

"Andy!" He heard. "Andy!"

"Elsie!" He shouted back, watching as she came into view. She shrieked at the sight of Allison but ran to Andy. "I didn't do it, Elsie, you know I was with you."

"I know.." She whispered, taking his face in her hands. "He was with me! We were in the barn! He literally left five minutes ago, there is no way it could have been him! You don't have enough proof!"

"This is all we have. I need you to back away from him m'am." The deputy said.

"No, Els, please don't leave me." Andy shook his head.

"I'm not. They can't take you." Elsie said, "He didn't do it." Tears fell down her cheeks at the loss of her sister. Sure they fought but they were family and this couldn't be happening.

"M'am he was the only one here." Elsie shook her head.

"That's because the actual murderer probably ran away! Test the fucking knife for finger prints, you'll see!" She sobbed, wrapping her arms around Andy's neck. She could hear her parents crying and she saw no signs of Carson.

"There is no way he did this!" They heard CC yell from the back.

"How would you know?" The police officer asked.

"I came to this party to help my friend out and watch his girl. He met her at the barn a half hour ago and I saw Allison follow them. She went off on her own while Andy and Elsie were together. You can't seize him if you have no real evidence that he did this and there are two witnesses here that are telling you Andy was with Elsie in that barn." CC stood next to his best friend in fear. He knew what this would do the Biersack family and it was not good. Haley was getting bad and they were horrified that she'd be gone any day. Andy couldn't be in jail while his sister died.

"Even if he didn't do it, he was on Rossin property without consent. I have to take him so please back away." Elsie cried into Andy's warm neck as he looked at CC in horror.

"Everything is going to be okay, Elsie.." He whispered, kissing softly behind her ear.

"No, you can't leave me! We just had sex, Andy!" She sobbed.

"Come on, son." The officer pushed Andy away from Elsie who grabbed CC into a hug and cried.

"It's okay." He whispered to her.

"Elsie, please get my mom!" She heard Andy call to her. "Don't let Haley find out!"

"I promise, Andy!" She cried even harder as she saw Carson finally show up and pull her from CC.

"It'll be okay." He said, hugging her tightly. "He won't be in there long Els.."

"He will if I have anything to do with it!" Evan screamed, "That boy murdered my brother and my daughter-" His voice broke as an ambulance came zooming down the hill.

Elsie wasn't paying attention. She was running up the hill, watching as Andy was pushed into the police car and driven away. She hopped into the first work truck she could find and began zooming in the direction that she knew to be the Biersack trailer.

She hated knowing the news she would have to deliver, especially since it was the first time she'd meet his mother.

Tears fell down her face as she thought over all the times her and Allison had. Her sister used to be her best friend when she was a child but now she was nothing. She was gone.

Maria ran outside as Elsie walked up to the old home. "Elsie Rossin? What's wrong? Is Andy okay!?" All of these questions flew at the young girl as she took in her appearance. She was so beautiful, blue eyes and bright blonde hair. She could see where Andy got his looks.

Elsie glanced down at the dress she had hastily thrown on when looking for Andy. She looked awful and hated that his mother would see her like this.

"Uhm- he's been arrested." She let out a small cry, rubbing her forehead. "I'm so sorry. My sister was murdered tonight at the party and we were down at the barn when she was killed. We heard her screaming and Andy went to see what was happening..." Her words were getting rushed and shaky. "I guess everyone found him standing in front of her and they thought he did it so they seized him-" Her voice broke as she cried even harder. Maria pulled the young girl in a hug.

"Thank you for telling me." She whispered in her ear. "I'm so sorry about your sister."

"Thank you." Elsie wiped her tears away. "I'm Elsie by the way." They both laughed at this.

"Maria." She said, shaking her hand.

"Andy told me to not let Haley find out but.." Elsie shook her head. "I don't know how you could keep it from her."

"He's at the station now?" Maria asked.

"Yes." Elsie nodded, frowning a bit. "I can't stand to think of him in a cell. He didn't do it, I know he didn't. He was with me the entire time!"

"I know, sweetheart. Come inside and we'll figure something out." Maria said, leading the girl inside the old trailer.

"Young man, I don't need you to lie to me." The police commissioner, Anna, slammed her hands down on the metal table as she questioned Andy. He winced back, hating the way the metal handcuffs felt around his wrists.

"I'm not lying. I went to see my girlfriend because I was worried about her. Her father was really angry and I wanted to make sure she was okay. We met in the barn down in the woods and we were together for about a half hour until we heard screams. I went to investigate and saw Allison in the tree with the knife on the ground." The memory left a bad taste in Andy's mouth.

"And Elsie can testify to this?" Anna asked, running a hand through her grey hair.

"Yes, she can. And Christian Coma." Andy nodded.

"Do you have any proof?" She raised her brow.

Andy thought for a moment until realization settled in his stomach. Should he say it? He had too. "We had sex."

"You did?"

"Yes."

"Did you use protection?"

"No."

"Would she agree to a test?" Andy looked down at his now chafing wrists.

"I think she would." He nodded. Anna leaned back and took her tiny glasses off.

"Then let's get her down here."

@anathema
Awh, thank you! I'm definitely still here! I started school last week and it's my senior year so I haven't had a lot of time to post up a chapter. I've actually written about 37 chapters of this story already and ALL of the elements play a really important part in things that happen later on. So, there is a reason they didn't use a condom. There is a reason Haley sick. There is a reason Allison died and I'm really glad that you can see that ;)

I just came to beg you to update, and saw you had this really low rating- what on earth? Someone in particular must have not liked one element a lot. Don't let it get to you. I think your writing is superb. I know it irritates me every time I read a story where they don't use protection unless they specify the chick's on the pill and have a conversation, but frankly, this is fan fiction, and soi feel like it all depends on the context. In the case of this story, it fit the context pretty well and your writing is superior. If they did it continually without a rubber and then were surprised when she got pregnant, or if she gets pregnant just now, and they're surprised, I'd get irritated, but I don't think you'd write that, because you're a smart cookie. So people need to get over themselves. this story is awesome. Come back!
