Before You Knew Jinxx

“Hi, Sara.” His voice was so beautiful and quiet. Suddenly I felt bad for sounding annoyed. “Hi…” I said. “Sorry for running towards you. I just wanted to say hi before you went to your last class.” He apologized. “I haven’t seen you for a while.” “Oh yeah. I was gone yesterday because of my ass of a sister.” I told him. “Oh yeah. What’s her name?” He pretended like he never met her, though I know he did. “Uhm….Shaina.” I said. “Oh okay. Cool. I might have seen her. Doesn’t she have blonde hair? She looks a lot like you.” He sounded curious. “Yeah she does.” I muttered. I don’t like talking about Shaina. She is annoying. “Well anyways…if you just want to talk about Shaina, I better go to class. It was nice talking to you!” I dismissed him. “Wait! I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to make you upset. I asked her where you were yesterday, and she seemed….upset that I asked her about you.” He told me. “Yeah, she told me you talked to her.” I was annoyed. I knew it was a mistake talking to him. I needed to get to class. “Hey, I am going to class now.” I told him again. “Oh, alright. Talk to you later?” He sounded hopeful. “I don’t know. Maybe.” I said timidly. I didn’t want to talk to him again. I was so mad at Shaina. And I was mad at Jeremy. It was a huge mistake to even talk to him in the first place. I didn’t wait for a response from him. I walked away.
