Tea Party
The Hatter walks in with a sickening grin, Chesire's tail draped over his shoulders. Andy scrambles to be in front of me. Mad Hatter walks over with a chuckle. He lifts the bed with his index finger and we tumble off. I hover above Andy, Hatter's magic catching me before I fell. I feel a pull on my chain and then I drop onto Andy. "Ow." He mumbles. I scramble off him, my cheeks warming. Hatter chuckles and has us stand up.
I glare darkly at him. "Oh Darling, I liked you better with long hair." He says, my hair growing by the second. In a minute my hair has grown to my hips. I sigh deeply. "Asshole." I mutter under my breath. I grab the hairtye on my wrist and wrap my hair up into a messy bun. "That's the Taylor I know. Come on. It's time for tea." He says with a warped grin. Me and Andy follow behind. Andy weaves his fingers through mine and I smile back at him.
Hatter leads us to a long empty table. He moves out a dark mahogany chair with a purple seat. I feel my breathing catch. Last time I sat in that chair I lost everything in a single word. I walk over and quickly sit down. Hatter pushes the chair in and walks Andy over to the chair across from me. He lifts the table and slips the chain under it. Hatter walks and sits at the head of the table. Everyone files in and sits. Even Chesire. He sits at the other end. Red slips in and sits next to me. She smiles and digs a knife into my side. White sits next to Andy and I see his jaw tighten. "Isn't he just lovely red? We could keep him. Make him our pet." I flinch at the word. Red chuckles. She strikes me cheek with her red lace gloved hands. "I think our girl has a crush on pretty boy there." I suck in my stomach trying to get away from her knife. "Of corse not." I meet Andy's eyes and I try to shoot him a message with my eyes saying I didn't mean it and I was trying to keep him safe. Hatter's eyes twinkle with amusement.
"Lier. You always lie to us. Why Taylor? You lied last time and you lied just now. I'm quiet disappointed in you." I slap her cheek. "Shut up you shit." Red and White chuckle. "Well we love you too Taylor." I look up into her eyes. Big mistake.
"Oh. White our girl doesn't just like him. She loves him." White laughs and Red does too. Her knife leaves my side as they clap. Andy looks up at me with wide eyes. Guess he doesn't remember the other night. I look anywhere but him. I end up looking at my plate. Hatter clear his throat. "Time for tea." Hand cuffs grip my wrists. Everyone squirms for a second then smiles. "Mad Hatter you're such a trickster." He smiles deviously and tips his hat. His four servants come and puts cakes and food on our plates and fill our cups with tea. Our wrists are realesed and the cuffs grip our ankles.
Red smiles brightly at White. They only get along at tea time. I don't touch anything and neather does Andy. "You are all insane." I say blandly. Everyone starts laughing except me and Andy. "Oh honey you already know this." Hatter says raising his tea cup to his lips. My stomach growls loudly and so does Andy's. Chesire smiles. "Hungry dear?" I glare and wrap my fingers around the knife. I quickly throw it and I watch it dig into his left eye. He screams in pain and blood splashes his plate. I smirk, Red and White giggle madly and the Hatter glares deeply at me.
He he grips his knife from his pocket. He stands and walks over to Andy. He grabs him by the hair and smile darkly at me. I feel my throat constrict as I hear the cuffs go back on Andy's wrists. Hatter traces his knife along Andy's left eye. "How would you like it if I cut out his eye? Hm?" Chesire licks his paws. "Pleas Hatter do it. Do it. Cut it out. Cut it out now!" Chesire says, his bloodshot eyes wild and crazy. Hatter smiles at Chesire. He lets go of Andy's hair and walks over to Chesire. He strokes his cheek and smiles. "Oh how I've missed you like this. Wild and bonkers." Chesire cups Hatters cheeks and they kiss. I forgot they used to date. Everyone giggles when Hatter unlocks everyone and picks up Chesire. "Come on kitty." He carries his up the stairs, Chesire's purrs echoing throughout the house. I crawl underneath the table after snatching Red's crown. I hand it to White and then grip Andy's hand. "Let's go!" I whispear in his ear.
We we run out the door and I lead him to the only sanctuary Lucifer ever promised me in this world: Absulme's place. I run in and gasp for breath against the tall mushroom. Andy looks at me with a few beads of sweat dripping down his face. I stand and walk through the mushrooms. He grips my hand and intertwined our fingers. I smile lightly to myself. "Well that was some tea party." I laugh. "Yeah. It was." I say and hear him laugh his beautiful laugh.
