we all agreed not to talk about the email with our family until we were positive of what was happening, we finished the demo and put together a couple copies "let's get some lunch I think there's leftover pizza in the fridge" I said, so we head downstairs and check for any sign of food "Jake did you eat the last of the pizza?" I call out "you guys have pizza?" I looked around and found the box "yea just found some" I pulled out some paper plates and put a slice on each one "do you think they will warm up faster in the oven if we do them all at once?" Lane asked "hmm no idea lets try it" so we placed the four plates in the oven for about five minutes "it worked!" Jalex shouts so we grabbed the plates and I took one out to Jake "thank you" he said taking a bite, we sat around watching tv when the door open "hey guys we're back" Andy called "we have a surprise...oh hi Jake hi Lane" Juliet says carrying something big she set it on the coffee table Andy walks over "we would like you all to meet someone" Andy says Juliet opens the box and out popped a dog "his name is daredevil and he is completely blind" I looked at daredevil and couldn't stop smiling "he's so cute" I say and the little dog jumps into my lap "pretty smart for a little guy who can't see" I thought he proceeds to lay down so I scratch behind his ear and his little tail starts to wag "well it looks like he likes somebody" Andy said I just smile and let the little dog relax "so the guys are coming over we are having a barbecue tonight" "awesome I love barbecues" I said Andy came over and took daredevil from me so I could get up I sent a text to Jalex and Lane to have them meet in my room so once I made it inside not more then a few seconds passed when the door opened and closed again "this is so exciting I mean Fueled by Ramen...what" I sat down on my bed "what time do we go in tomorrow?" Jalex asked "7:30 in the morning" Lane answered "I hope it's worth it" Jalex adds "don't we need a manager?" I ask the boys look at each other "ehh don't panic I think I know a few guys, what about Biles?" Jalex shook his head "as much as I love Biles he is far to busy with your parents and all that" I sigh "oh yea how about Nate?" Lane looked over at me "I know a Nate does he live in LA?" I nod "is his last name Parker?" I ask Lane nods "he's perfect let's call him" so Lane pulls out his phone and dials the number "hello?" I smiled "Natey Boy what's up" Lane asked "LAAAANNNNEEEE" we chuckle "so Nate I have a question for you" Lane says "well what is it?" "I'm in a band and we need a manager you want the spot?" I could hear him laugh "well I am retired so I'm bored out of my mind of course whose in the band?" I smile "NATE" I yell into the phone the line was quiet "Axe? is Jalex there to?" he smiled "hey Nate" Nate just started laughing "you would be in a band together which makes this even better you got yourself a manager" Nate said "yay your the best Nate" I say "I know" I just rolled my eyes "so tomorrow at 7:30 we have a meeting with Fuel by Ramen and we might need a manager "no problem I'll be there with coffee I'll pick you up at Andy's house yea?" "yes but Andy and the guys have no clue we want to surprise them if something does happen" Lane said "ok so I'll text you when I get there see you guys soon I'll be there at 7" we all had a big smile on our face "bye Nate love you" I say he laughs "love you guys" and the call ends "so sleep over?" I ask the boys nod "let's go to my house real quick and get my things" Lane says "ok I'll let Juliet know" so we walk out all the buys were outside and Juliet was sat on the couch with a class of wine "hey Juliet we are gonna grab some stuff from Lane and CC's house cause Lane's gonna stay tonight" I say "do you need us to get anything?" Lane adds "no thank you we are good but be careful and food should be done by the time you all get back" she says "ok thanks see ya in a bit" so we ran out to Lane's truck and take off. "ok grab something that looks professional and whatever else you need" I say as we walk inside I sat on the couch as I waited for the two boys to finish up as I tried to plan out my outfit "alright I'm ready let's go" so we get back in the truck and drove home, as soon as we walk in the door "dinners done" I look at Jalex and Lane "wow perfect timing" so as Lane went to take his stuff to the guest room Lane and I head out back "hey guys burgers are over there and steaks are over here and everything else is on the table" Andy said pointing everything out "ok thanks". we were all helping Andy clean up so it would go by faster and we looked at the time noticing it was 11 "we need to get to bed asap" I whisper to Jalex he checks his watch "shit your right I'll tell Lane and we can try to hurry" so the three of us sped cleaned and quickly went to our rooms, I opened my closet and dug around for something I could wear, it took me about an hour I let out a sigh and laid down on my bed "shit I'm not gonna get sleep am I?" I thought but before long I fell asleep
