I let out a yawn as my alarm went off quietly it was 5 in the morning "gotta hurry" I hopped up and turned my shower on letting the water heat up I grabbed my clothes and set them on the counter I stripped from my pjs and hopped inside letting the water wake me up, I finished my shower and started on my hair trying to keep the blowdryer quiet and pulled it up I applied my makeup and slipped into my clothes, I looked in the mirror at my outfit "perfect" I thought and checked my clock 6:45 I grabbed our demo and slipped my phone into my bag with my wallet and placed the demo in last I walk out to the living room and grabbed my keys from the table "hey you ready?" I looked over at Lane "yes and might I say you look very stunning" he looked down at what he was wearing "thanks" he said Jalex walks out "well we are just a group of beautiful people" Jalex check his outfit out my phone buzzed "I'm here" I smiled "guys Nate's here you ready?" the two nod and we quietly walk out the door closing it behind us "hey guys good morning" Nate says I jump in the front Lane and Jalex in the back "morning Nate" Lane said "morning" Jalex said "morning Nate I missed you" I gave him hug "ahh I missed you to" he says and proceeds to hand us all a cup of coffee "if I remember correctly these are one of your favorite drinks" we all took a sip "mmmm" he was right "it's amazing thanks" he smiled "no problem" and he takes off "so after this meeting let head to my office downtown and talk about the future" he says turning into a parking lot "alright sounds good but can we at least get something to eat first?" I ask he chuckles "yea, nothing about you has changed much has it little one" I smile "nope" I say then look at the building in front of me "holy shit now I'm nervous" I mumble "don't be it's a great experience" Nate said placing his arm on my shoulder "thanks Nate lets go". the four of us walk inside and up to a desk, a lady was sat at a computer when she looked up "hello you guys must be Adrenalize you will be in meeting room number 12 just go down this hallway and take the elevator to the 12th floor and go to the two big doors at the very end of the hallway when they are ready for you the doors will open" she says "alright thank you" so we followed her directions and made our way to the 12th floor, the elevator doors opened and we all stepped out I let out a sigh and pulled my shoulders back I had a smile on my face and started to walk towards the door the guys quickly followed behind me and we approached the doors waiting for them to open I knew if I seemed to nervous they wouldn't take us seriously so now is the time to step up and show no fear, the doors open "please come in" the four of us walk in the doors close behind us as we stood at the end of a table "hello I'm Mark this is Gena, Lori, and Drake" I shook their hands "hello and good morning to you all I'm Axelle this is Jalex, Lane, and our manager Nate" they all seemed to have a small smile on their faces "good morning and nice to meet you all please take a seat and lets start this meeting". we had talked for a while and now we're listening to our demo, we were halfway through the last song which was our cover of David Bowie and Queen when the song finished Mark looked up from his notebook "you know we get a lot of potential bands and artists in here but not one has picked to cover a classic song nor have more then one original" he said "I think it shows us just how serious you are and how much passion you have and there'e nothing I love more then a group with passion" he adds "I agree" Drake said but Lori and Gena remained quiet "Lori what do you think?" Mark asked "I think you guys have an incredible talent" she looks over to Gena "you guys have such a different sound that would really draw in fans" Gena says "well I think that means we are all on the same page" Drake says "I think so as well would you guys excuse us for a moment well we discuss we will call you back in shortly" Mark says we stand up "of course and thank you for your time" I said. as we waited this moment felt like it was going on forever "I thought you said you were nervous you killed it in there" Nate says "oh please they could probably smell my nervousness" Nate just rolls his eyes and the door opens again "please come in guys" so we walk in and take a seat "well Adrenalize we would like to sign you to Fueled by Ramen records" Mark said "just look over this contract and we will have each of you sign it then we can talk" Lori said sliding the contract over Nate picked it up and read it over, he looks over to us and nods he slid the contract over and hands Jalex a pen so he could sign, Lane signed it and lastly I signed it before handing over the papers "well we would like to formally welcome you guys to Fueled by Ramen" Drake says. "goodbye everyone" we headed for the elevator and down towards the lobby "wait before you all leave you have to get your ids" the lady from the desk stops us and pulls out her camera proceeding to take our picture and plugging it into a machine "these passes will get you in the building and you scan them to get into whichever studio you will be using" she hands us all a badge "alright thank you have a wonderful day" Nate says "thank you you guys have a wonderful day as well" we walked out and got into Nate's car "before we go to my office how about we get something to eat first?" he asks "sounds heavenly lets go I'm starving" Lane says
