"JALEX!!!!!!!!!" I called as I slammed the door to his room open he had his headphones on and a book in his hands he looks up and placed a marker in his book setting it on the bed he slipped his headphones around his neck "yes?" he asked "I'm bored lets do something" we walk out to the living room and saw Jake sitting on the couch "uhhh hi" I say he just laughs "hey guys what are you up to?" we looked at each other and shrug I heard a ding Jalex looks down at his phone "text from Lane" I nod and sit on the couch "nice pjs" Jake points out I just push him over "why thank you" he starts laughing "don't start something you can't finish" I smirk "well I mean I kicked your ass at call of duty soooooo" Jake gave me a look and stands up turning on the tv he tosses a controller at me "rematch here and now" I crack my knuckles "let's do this". about an hour had past of odd rematches that I kept winning, the last 10 seconds start to count down and I get in a headshot "game over" I smile "I think it's time to call the rematch quits for now" Jake had a look of defeat and mumbles "I'll beat you one day" I smile "you keep thinking that Jake" I turned the game off and Jalex walked out "hey Lane is gonna come over but he's stopping by starbucks do you want anything?" I thought for a moment "something carmel would be great" I say I look over at Jake but he shakes his head "I've got coffee right here" Jalex just nods and walks off "ok I should probably put on clothes that aren't made for sleeping" I thought getting up and heading to my room "be right back guys" I call out and head to my room, I dug through my drawers and pulled out something simple and quickly changed "hey Axe you coming?" I pulled my hair into a ponytail and opened my door "I'm good" I told Jalex "Lane's up in the studio we decided to talk about making a demo" I smile "ok lets go then" so we head upstairs "Jake we'll be in the studio if you need us" he nods "ok don't panic if you hear voices down here the guys are coming over" "ok....where's Juliet?" I ask "she's with Andy" "ok thanks Jake" I head into the studio and close the door behind me "alright let's get down to business" Jalex and Lane smile "to defeat the huns" I felt my hand smack my head "really guys" we just ended up laughing Lane hands me my coffee "thank you Lane" he nods "ok so we need three to five songs for a demo and we have one original" Lane said "actually two I recorded a song by myself last night it'll be easy for you guys to learn" I said "ok let's hear it" Jalex said so I hit play on the saved file on the computer and we sat back and listened to it, "that was awesome" Lane says "it really was" Jalex adds I bow "thank you" "ok so two songs down a few to go, anyone got song ideas?" Jalex asked "well I have a notebook full of lyrics but not so much beats" Lane smiled "and I have some recorded files of beats without lyrics". so we went to work mixing and match beats and lyrics and wrote a song called 'Got Dynamite' "I think we got it you guys ready to ready to record?" I ask the boys nod and get their notes together. Jalex just finished recording his parts which means now all that's left is me "so if a demo is supposed to have three to five songs let's do four, three originals and one cover" I say "that's a great idea what song should we cover?" Jalex asked grabbing some water "how about well I record my guitar and vocals you guys think of a song and I'll think of one that way when we finish we won't have much work left to do" so I grab my things and head in the studio and place the headphones over my ears "ready?" I give a thumbs up and the music starts. I was just at the end of the song when I had an idea for the cover but if I lost focus I'd have to rerecord

I finished the song and placed my headphones down and walk out Lane had his jaw open I look over to Jalex who looked very similar "what's wrong with you two weirdos?" and Lane points to the screen where I saw an email titled 'Let's Talk' I read through it and smacked Lane in the chest he started coughing "is this real?" the two just remained still "yes" I felt myself grin "ok well then we really need to finish this demo, did you guys think of a song" Jalex answers with a yes as does Lane "alright well how about on the count of three we all say our song choice" I say we agree and start the count down "1...2...3... under pressure" we all said simultaneously "wow we really were meant to be a band" we all high five "ok lets do this"
