You Were Always Mine

The room tasted overwhelimgly of iron. It was hot, sicky, sweet, sickly. Jinxx could feel the nails in the board each time he breathed, the leather band across his chest was painfully restrictive, cutting into his skin with each heaving intake of air.
"Why fight me?" Daveed asked, sterilising the scalpel with a surgical precision that was almost OCD.
"I don't know anymore." Jinxx sighed, slumping as far as tge restraints would allow.
Genieve snapped up, her pointed chin held high as she regarded him a moment through slit eyes. Her face relaxed then contorted into a sadistic smile as she forced his chin up and kissed his lips a second. "Good," she murmured, "Well done, brother, you broke him for me. We can focus all our attention on the other now."
"Other?" Jinxx asked halfheartedly.
"Yes," she responded, "Your litte Ashley."
"You're lying." He shook.
She drew her talloned hand back and smacked the side of his face, vicious claws raking his skin. "You dare accuse me of being a liar!" She hissed.
"Gen, we have an issue..." Daveed announced.
"What!?" She snapped.
"The cops, they found the tunnel." He breathed
"Merd!" She cursed.

Okay things are nearing an end now, I have a few ways it may play out though so I'm plotting it and it may take a little more than a week, in the mean time I have other stories lined up after this one. I'll maybe add a chapter outlining my possible next ones and ask for a vote. ^-^
