If Heaven were on Earth

Nikki's POV:

The fucking left. My own fucking parents, the people who are basically responsible for all the shit i do in my life, just abandoned me. Well fuck.

I gape at the direction in which they drove off in, as if expecting for there return any moment. I know they're practically hell on earth, but I still live with than, im still underage to live alone, to be abandoned.

Left without options, i limp back towards the hospital. If I'm going to be abandoned I might as well call Andy or Oli to come and pick me.

I am am hesitant to speak with the nurse at the counter, seeing as she discharged me only half an hour ago, but I've been left with nothing and desperate time call for desperate measures.

"Um, hello, I was wondering if I could perhaps call someone?" I ask, hoping to sound innocent and polite.

The nurse looks away from the commuter monitor long enough to take in my somewhat messy appearance. I hope she doesn't get suspicious and to be surprise, she hands me the phone, telling me to be quick.

I smile and thank her before quickly calling Oli's number, preying that he'll pick up.

"Hello?" A familiar British voice asks wearily and I grin despite myself, "hey Oli. Sorry to bother you, but could you and Andy maybe come and get me from the hospital?" I ask, my voice breaking at the end.

"Yeah, of course, love, we'll be there soon." He says quickly before hanging up.

I smile and and blink back my tears before handing the phone back to the kind nurse who offers me an apologetic smile. Then I turn around and limp back outside where I take a seat on the curb, putting my head in my hands.

What has my life come to? My parents beating and leaving me, strange nurses who don't question why I'm limping or why I need to call someone when I'm clearly underage. And most of all, my chaotic love life where my boyfriend forgets me and chooses to hide me from some of his friends, and this guy who used to be an adsjol but now is actually very sweet.

I just want it all to didappear,
