If Heaven were on Earth

Andy's POV:

I leapt out of Oli's car the second he stopped, and I pulled Nikki into my arms. She shuddered from the cold and buried her head in my chest, silent tears streaming down her cheek.

"It's okay baby, I've got you, I won't let them hurt you anymre," i murmured, kissing her hair.

She lifted her head so her watery hazel eyes met mine, and the sight broke my heart a little. "Andy, it's not that, my parents, they left me. I can't go home anymore, she sobbed again.

I sighed and glanced up at Oli, who shrugged in response. I had no idea what to do with Nikki, if her parents truly deserted her, then where would she go? Where could she go?

"C-can I stay with one of you tonight?" She whispered, her voice breaking a little.

I I nodded and kissed her head, lifting her into my arms and taking her towards the car.


Oli's POV:

I watched silently as Andy comforted Nikki, and in all honesty, I knew that they belonged together. The way Nikki just seemed to rely on him, how she trusted him entirely. I could never compete with him, but I still loved her. I might always.

When she said how her parents had just left her on the streets, my heart broke, and I wanted to beat the shit out of her fucking parents. Who does that to their only child?

Andy carried her into the backseat and she instantly started to fall asleep, her eyelids drooping adorably. Andy sat in the passenger seat and I couldn't help but just brush her hair back before taking my spot in the driver's seat. Sh was just so beautiful, and not mine.


Nikki's POV:

I woke up in someone's arms, having not even realized that I had fallen asleep in the first place. I opened a bleary eye and glanced up at Andy. I nuzzled further into his chest, breathing in his familiar scent.

Andy smiled down at me and kissed my forehead, making me giggle slightly. "Where are we?" I asked in a small voice.

"My house," Oli said.

My eyes widened and I nearly fell out of Oli's arms.
