If I Stay

Kacee's Intro

By the early age of 6, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was writing his own compositions. He had written his first opera, Mitridate Re di Ponto, in 1770 when he was only 14 years old!

While visiting the Vatican, my pal Mozart heard Gregorio Allegri's Miserere for the first time in the Sistine Chapel. He then proceeded to write the entire score from memory. Outside of the Vatican, it had never been produced.

At the age of 17, Mozart was invited to play in the court of Vienna, Austria. Turns out, the gig suited him.

It's like that saying, "Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans."

Take my dad.

When my 12-year-old twin brother and sister, Jackson & Addison, were born, he quit his band to get a real job. But then he fell in love with teaching. Now he spends his days in the mosh pit that is high school Algebra.

Or my mom, a former roadie, who found her calling as a part-time marriage counselor and a full-time supermom. These days, she only moshes with the twins.

And then there's me. I thought I knew where life was taking me. I thought I had it all planned out.

Turns out, I had no idea.

Notes

I enjoyed If I Stay, so I came up with a BVB version. Props to Watersprite for helping me with the cover photo!

Done! Did you enjoyed it? Hopefully another chapter tonight!

Is this based on the book by Gayle Foreman? If so, you might want to give the author credit in the summary so you can't be accused of plagiarism.
