Two of the Best

Alex’s POV:

When Raven went into the bathroom I had a small heart attack. I knew exactly what she was doing. I stood up and began to go to the bathroom, but was stopped by Andy grasping onto my wrists.
“Alex...Just let her have some time alone…” He said to me with a calm, gentle voice. I was about to explode.
“Do you not remember what happened the last time she was alone? She almost killed herself!” I hissed through clench teeth to him. He just stared at me with a shocked look before letting go of my wrist. I sighed heavily and went into the bunks, sitting down on one and trying to calm myself down a bit.
“Raven...Don’t do anything stupid...please…” I said to myself. Once I heard the shower turn off I went and sat in the sitting area next to Andy, leaning up against him. Raven came out and sat next to CC, and he seemed to be as concerned as I was about her. She was being too quiet for my liking. I stood up and dragged her into the bunks without a word, and I felt eyes staring at us as we left.
“Where are they?” I asked her, staring into her eyes. I looked down when she slid down her sweatpants and I saw the cuts that formed words on both of her thighs.
“Why would you do it Raven? You were doing so well,” It was such a fight to hold back the tears that started to stream down my face. She then hands me her phone and I read the tweets and instagram messages on it.
“Wait here. I’m going to get CC,” I turned off her phone and placed it away from her, going back out to the boys and heading straight over to CC.
“CC...You need to talk and see Raven right now…” I then went back to the bunks and he followed me. I was confused when I didn’t see Raven standing there, but then my eyes shifted to a bunk and found her there.
“Raven, come here, please?” CC asked Raven and I saw her just shake her head. He went over to her and picked her up, bringing her out of the bunk.
“You are none of those things. Don’t even listen to them. In a way, that’s just people showing you how lucky you are to have people like Alex and the band around to support you.” He says to Raven and kisses her forehead.
“Ray, we love you. We don’t want you to hurt yourself anymore.” I said to her, eyes still filled with concern for my best friend.
“Then why don’t you give up your blades, huh? I know you still have them, just like I still have mine. Alex, look. It isn’t that easy, but I’ll try again if you will.” Raven said to me.
“Give yours up and I’ll give mine up,” I said after handing her her phone. She removed her phone case and gave those two blades to CC, while I went into the bathroom to get both of our blades. I gave hers to CC and found that Andy was in the bunks, and I placed mine in his hand.
“We made another deal...these are all that are left…” I said to Andy, tears streaming down my cheek.
“Alex, I will help you get through this. Just know that you aren’t alone and everything will get better, ok?” Andy said and I nodded.
“I-I must be such a bother to you...Concerning you with all of my problems when you need to worry about the band and concerts and everything...I’m so sorry…” I sobbed out and Andy pulled me close. My tears wet his shirt, but he didn’t seem to care. He just held me there for a bit.
“Darling...You aren’t at all a bother. We wanted you to come on the bus so we could all help you...we don’t want you to be in pain like this anymore...all of us…” He kissed the top of my head and I forced myself to smile.
“I love you so much, Andy. I cannot tell you how much you’ve already helped me before I have ever met you…” I told him, trying to stop the sobs.
“I love you, too, Alex…”
