Life's Passing

Andy was sitting up in bed clinging to the little jello cup he held in his hands. it was the first thing he had tried to eat in day. Juliet sat at the end of the bed unwrapping the plastic from a spoon. Ashley sat in the little hard chair to the right of the hospital bed. "There you go." She said handing him the spoon. He didn't talk much. It put some strain on him. Slowly he tried to eat the Jello and in spite of everything in the last few day. He did it with success.

CC had been at the police station trying his hardest to try to help out in finding who could have been wearing the hoodie. Jake and Jinxx and John were back at the office in the hotel. Apparently someone let loose the location on the internet and there were hundred of letters and packages coming in that the hotel was not to pleased about. Andy's parents were speaking with doctors letting them know more information that Ashley didn't have. Slowly things were beginning to be sorted out. There was one question that everyone had but for some reason no one was getting an answer.

Ashley's POV

I didn't know why Andy was being so stubborn about this. He knew he could talk to any of us and the doctors needed to know. Did he wake up during the surgery? They had sent us and wave after wave of doctors in to talk to Andy about it but he always said he didn't to talk about it. It was really bad when they sent down the psychologist. Andy actually managed enough strength to yelled at the poor girl. ' I'm not fucking crazy. I just don't want to talk about it! God Dammit." I was shocked. I went outside after that and apologized to the doctor. She seemed okay with it like she dealt with it all the time, and that surprised me.

So now we sat here forcing jello down his throat. Once he started eating he can go home they said. I think he was more excited than anyone else. I guess he was hungrier than he expected. He ate the Jello like it was nothing and then scarfed down the sandwich that was on the little hospital try.

Andy's POV

I eat everything on my plate so the nurse went to go get my discharge forms. I wanted out of this place. I could get the image of me out of my head. That disgusting and grueling face and claw that took away the one thing that still made me happy. I got up and walked around the room while I had it to my self. Since this whole thing started there had always been someone here. It was nice to think that I could be by my self again.

Everyone had been pestering me about waking up. Yeah, I woke up. It felt like hell. The bright surgical lights shining down with my being able to move away from it. The feeling of having someone hands inside you, covered in your own blood with needles and strings. The pain that rushed throughout your whole entire body despite where the actual location of the wound is. They said I had my eyes opened yet I just laid there. I just laid there.

Ashley said CC felt guilty. CC had seen the man before he shot me. Why in the hell would he feel guilty. I should be the one to apologies to him for scaring the shit out of him. Why was he acting so stupid? Why were they all freaking out. This kind of shit has happened to me before. God, I was so tired. I couldn't believe I was thinking this but I kind of just wanted to cancel the rest of the tour. I just wanted to go home and sleep.

Ashley's POV

Andy, Juliet and I were sitting out in the waiting room as Andy filled out his leaving papers. They had to situate his room for the next guy. Andy was being more than prideful. He stood up and poorly walked over to the nurses station and turned in the paper work. He calmly turned down a wheel chair and walked back over to us. " Let's go."

As we walked out of the hospital I saw the nurse Zoe. I waved to her and she waved back smiling. I was happy to have met her. "Fucking the nurses Ashley?" Andy said in a mild tone. "No, you dick. Her daughter was at the show.' I replied back. He nodded his head and began to walk across the street... into a moving car.

"Jesus Christ Andy! " Juliet said as she pulled him back. "Are you trying to kill yourself." He looked over to her and then suddenly flinched away. " Andy whats wrong.?" I asked him. He turned to look at me and backed up a couple of feet. He shook his head back and forth a couple of times before and covered his eyes. " Dude, we can go back inside if you need to. " I spoke. "No!" he said and then opened his eyes again looking around. "Sorry." He turned around to start walking towards the hotel again. We followed behind him looking at each other wondering what was going on.

Andy's POV

I took a step forward to cross the streets when I felt Juliet's hand on my arm. "Jesus Chris Andy!" she yelled while pulling me pack. I looked up to see a speeding car that wasn't there before. It honked as it passed and I turned around to look at Juliet.

I ripped my arm out of her hand. Her eyes were black as night. Her whole eyes. Her skin was paler than normal and seemed to hang on to the bones of her face barley. I pulled even further away from her. I could hear Ashley speaking in the back ground so I turned to him. "Something about going back inside." Ashley looked the same. Skin hanging, only slightly looking like how he once did. His eyes black as night. There was a gash in Ashley's throat that bleed slightly oozing down his shirt.

I covered my eyes I didn't want to see any more of this. I rubbed my eyes hoping that would help and slowly I looked up at my friend and girlfriend. They stood there now normal again. "No." I said. I turned back to the street looking this time and walked in the direction of the hotel.
