Life's Passing

Ashley's POV

Everyone was groggy this morning as we walked across the street to the hospital. CC looked the worst. His eyes were a little red from crying yesterday, and all the pot. We found a coffee kiosk in the hall way and we loaded up. Juliet texted us the number or the waiting room and after asking three nurses we finally found it. Juliet looked like she had maybe ten minutes of sleep. I walked over to her and draped my jacket around her shoulders. "How are you keeping up." I asked. She nodded. "I'm just kinda going along with it now. It doesn't seem real." I pulled her into a hug. "Its going to be okay." I said trying to comfort her. "Andy's parents are on there way here. Their flight left this morning." She said. I felt bad. I hadn't even though about calling Andy's parents. " Apparently John got a hold of them. " She added.

We sat there watching the little tv that was hung up on the ceiling. Dr. Oz was talking about how you could use cranberries to help loose wait. I felt like it i looked over at Jake he would be taking notes. After an hour went by I looked down to see that Juliet had fallen asleep. "Jinxx!" I whispered to try to get his attention. He looked up from the old magazine he was reading.

"Yeah."

"Move these chairs over here and we let her lay on those." He nodded

CC helped Jinxx pick up the padded chairs and form then into a rectangle. I picked Juliet up and laid her down on the chairs with out her waking up. I moved to sit beside Jinxx and picked up an old magazine as well.

About twenty minutes later a nurse in yellow scrubs walked it with an av cart with trays. " I've brought you guys some lunch." She said with a smile. We rushed her not realizing how hungry we were. I grabbed a second tray for Juliet. "Thank you so much." I said. The guys returned to their seats and dug into the food. "Excuse me, sir." the nurse said. I turned to her and waited for her to speak. "My daughter was at the concert the other night." She said. Oh god. "Ma'm, I'm so sorry. We never meant to put anyone in harm...." They nurse interrupted me by waving her hands. "Oh, no! I completely understand. That wasn't something that would have happened normally. Well, I guess. I just wanted to thank you guys. My daughter, well, she's kind of quirky. Not that I am not proud of her. She just never found her niche in life and now she is in high school which is bad enough, but, she found your music. She's come alive since she has started listening to you guys. I just wanted to thank you. " The woman was nearly in tears. I sat down the plates of food on a near by coffee table and turned around to hug her. " Thank you, and thank your daughter. Because of her we can do what we love everyday. If you're daughter does anything in this crazy would, which she will, we are proud of her as well." The woman broke out in tears. Jake came over to us with a box of tissues and she reached for a couple.
The nurse who we learned her name was Zoe went to go get a pillow and blankets for Juliet then had to get back to work. Juliet continued to sleep the whole time, I couldn't imagine what she was going through. At least we got to sleep last night.

Andy's POV

The blackness didn't go away. I could feel pressure against my side but I didn't know what it was. The demon me had disappeared leaving a dieing Juliet her in front of me. She had finally fallen to the ground with a unsettling thud. I was able to scoot closer to her. I laid down in the puddle of her blood and looked at her pale face. She was so still, he face held no expression, her eyes were closed. I couldn't look at her anymore, it was like she wasn't there. I rolled over feeling the blood soak up in my hair and on my shirts. There was nothingness. Just black.
Then the pressure came again. This time it stung. I flinched to my side but found I was unable to move very well because of the chains that still surrounded be. The pain tugged at my side getting stronger and stronger. Soon I couldn't bare it. Then a light began to shine above me. It was bright to the point where I had to try to turn away. I was scared. Was this me dieing?

Ashley's POV

Finally at about one in the afternoon a doctor and a nurse came into the room. We all stood up and waited for the news. "He's asleep in the recovery room." The doctor said. We all breathed a sign of relief. " There was one complication though. During the surgery Andy woke up. " The doctor said slowly. "What? Is he alright!? " Juliet said scared. i pulled and arm around her to try to calm her down. " Now, he didn't move or anything his eyes just opened. We wont know if he felt any pain or not until he wakes up. " The doctor assured us. "When can we see him? "CC asked just as anxious as Juliet. "Once he wakes up we will check his vitals and then move him back into his room. Until then we ask you to wait here and we will come and get you. "

We agreed and sat back down. " How could they let him wake up?" Jake asked. "What if he felt it all. " CC looked over to Jake as he spoke as the words sank in. I couldn't imagine how scared Andy had to be right now. I knew him to well to know that he wouldn't just be fine in the end of the day. There were times he had trouble breathing after concerts from when he broke his ribs. He hardly got sleep anyways left alone the past couple of days, and the amount of stress that he put onto his shoulders. He tries to act like it was an acciedent that we gained this amount of fame but even if he wasn't in BVB he'd probably be in a deep African jungle trying to help a starving tribe or living in Russia trying to help them gain their freedom. It's who he was.
