Life's Passing

Jinnx's POV

I took a deep breath and gave Juliet a tight squeeze before entering the house. I walked in and saw Ashley and Jake sitting in the living too on the couch. CC sat on the first fees steps of the stairs that lead to our rooms. They looked relieved to see us and then confusion on our faces as they realized that only two of us stood here. CC was the first to speak. "Did you guys find him? He was here but then he slipped out the door to quick for me to catch him." CC's voice seemed loud after the quite walk home. Jake eyed me suspiciously as well as Ashley remembering the fucked up demonic version of my self.

Juliet let out a soft cry them and sank to her knees. She left out another round of sobs and the others looked on with confusion. Jake looked at me then. "Is everything alright?" I knew what he was asking and Juliet seemed to respond. Jake's eyes went black and from my guess he was reliving the last few images of Juliet's mind I'm his own. He stood there for a moment and then the next the I knew his hands were around my throat. He held me tight against the wall unable to squirm from his grasp. "You fucking killed him!" He screamed louder than a human could. I felt the house shake a little under his anger and the lights began to flicker on and off. I was beginning to loose consciousness when his hands were ripped off me. I feel to the floor and struggled to catch my breath.

Juliet was standing up in between Jake and I. "Matthew killed Andy. Not Jinxx. He's trying to make you angry now." She said with fierceness. I sat up able to breath a little bit. Ashley looked at me for a moment. "When his was possessed earlier his aura was black but it was purple. Its purple now." He said. There were tears streaming down his face dispite the fact that he was trying to keep his feeling in. I looked to CC. He was staring down at his hands. He was letting out little cries of pain. "He was right fucking here." He whispered.

With out another moments notice Jake ran out the front door. CC stood up and made a move toward the door but was stopped by Juliet. " Let him be alone right now." CC shook his head." HELL NO! Last time I let someone go they died." He said and then ran out the door.

Jake's POV

I felt anger I never had before in my life. I had lost people in the past but it wasn't by someone else's hand. I ran into town not sure of what to look for. I just ran. I wished in that moment that I could run fast like Andy had but I couldn't. I took a right at a stop light not even looking to see if any cars were coming. I heard foot steps behind me but didn't look back. I want to get my hands on something. I wanted to get this anger out. How could Jinxx? How could Matthew? Was this his fucking plan all along? To fucking kill him. How in the hell did this even make sense. I took a left between to banks and ran toward some train tracks. I heard the foots steps behind me still and ran faster. I wanted to get away. I saw a building that looked fairly empty. I ran to the back door. It appeared to be some sort of resturaunt. I looked around and saw only one person. CC. He ran up to me and stopped when he was close enough. " What the hell Jake?" He asked. I hadn't realized I was crying until I tried to speak. "He's fucking gone!" The painful truth of my own words washed over me and I punched threw the fuse box on the back of the restaurant. Sparks flew out and the lights in the building went off. I sank too my knees as the current of electricity moved threw me. I could CC take a few steps back. Once I could moved I followed his gaze. There was a giant hole in the wall. I could see movement inside.

CC tried to grab me in time to get away but just before I got to my feet two girls ran out the back door and spotted us. One was younger and had long auburn hair died black at the ends. The other a little older but not by much. Her hair was brown and her eyes were black. Black just like mine.

She seemed to realize what I saw and shook her head. Her eyes turned back to a warm brown and she held one of her hands out to try to plead me to understand. I moved to speak but a car pulled up behind us. A man yelled over too the girls and asked if they were open. The brunette noticed towards the wall and yelled that they were closed. Fuck. More people to see what I did. The ma drove away angry despite the hole. "Fucking idiot." She murmured. "So, who is the witch?" She asked looking at us. As if on cue to her words another set of sparks erupted and fought fire. Within a few moments the whole back wall was on fire. We all moved away from the flames as fast as we could. The brunette looked at us again. I cant put this out." She yelled. I merely shook my head. I had no idea how to either. I heard sirens going off in the distance and then a loud bang. I looked up to see the whole building engulfed in flames. " There go the fryers." The other girl spoke for the first time. I looked over the fire and felt more pain was over me. I had done this. I stood there looking terrified at what I had done when I felt a hand on me. I looked down to see the brown haired girl pulling on my arm. "Come on we need to get out of here." She yelled at me.

CC and girl number two were already running across the tracks towards what looked liked an abandoned building. I nodded quickly and followed suit. We ran inside and watched threw the broken mirrors as the firefighters tried to put the flames out. It seemed to roar on for hours when finally the roof fell in. "There coming to be looking for us." Girl number two said. Girl number one nodded her head and then her eyes went black. She stared down at the scene for a while and then faded back into her self. "I gave them a false memory. They saw our bodies in there." Girl number two nodded and moved her mouth to try to speak. " What do we do now?" The brown haired girl shrugged. "I don't know." I looked to CC he seemed to be thinking hard for a moment. "You all cant go back can you." They both shook their heads no. " What do you know about demonic possession?" CC asked. I looked at him worried.
