Devils Daughters

“Where did you have in mind?” Andy asked.
“There’s a little coffee shop down the road from my house. Its super small and hardly anyone knows of it.” I said, hoping to lure him into my clutches.

He looked at Ashley who just shrugged. “It would be safer than here right now.”
“Okay I’ll be right back.” Andy said getting onto the bus.

Jesse and I did our best to look scared and jumpy. I mean acting jumpy wasn’t that hard, we were on edge hoping to not be caught. Jesse kept smoking while Ashley paced back and forth. I just sat down and tried to clear my head. I would need a clear head to continue on with the plan.

Andy came back out a few moments later. “I talked to some people. They said they are working on tracking down who did this but in the mean time our shows have been canceled until the threat is eliminated. Ashley and I will have Muscles and an extra body guard on us and they guys each get their own also. They also said they think that Ashley and I laying low for a while is good. However we have to get out of here very stealthy and not be seen. There is a car coming for Jinxx, CC, and Jake to take them to a hotel. If you girls could bring your car around we will leave when they do.”

We nodded. Well there was a kink in our plan. None the less it would just be a new challenge to ditch the body guards. We were always up for a challenge.

“We will go get the car then. Have someone open the fence so I can drive it up by bus.” I said. Andy just nodded as we took off.

“So step three is going into action but looks like we have to improvise and find a way to lose the body guards.” I told Jesse as we walked to my car.

She nodded, thinking just like I was. “Well we have to make everything seem normal so let’s just got get coffee. I know Muscles and his back up will be tailing us so let’s just get coffee and if something ‘unfortunate’ were to happen at the coffee shop that distracted them; well it wouldn’t be our fault. Our first priority would be to get out of there and get the guys to safety.”

I could see the wheels turning in her head and I caught on. I threw here the keys.

“Drive over there. I need to hack the coffee shop intercom to re-play the warning at the right time. As soon as that goes off it will play gunshots and everything will be in chaos, that’s when we take off and try and lose the extra luggage.”

Jesse just nodded as we got into the car. She didn’t question me. It was pretty much her idea after all.

“How much time you need?” She asked.
“I’m almost done just go over there like normal.”
She nodded and started the car. It was blasting Falling in Reverse. We didn’t bother to turn it down. Music helped me work anyway.

“I’m in. Give me five more seconds.. and done!” I said just as the fence was opened for us to drive in. I put my tablet in my bag and smiled at CC who opened the gate for us.

Jesse parked by the bus and we got out.

“Damn girl think that was loud enough? I mean I love hearing myself and all..” Ronnie asked coming from their bus beside the BVB one.

“Then why you bitchin’?” was Jesse response.
Ronnie threw his hands up as a sign of surrender, “I wasn’t just don’t want you lovely ladies to go deaf and not be able to hear me later. I mean I am a lyrical genius.”

“Someone is full of himself.” I said winking at him.
“Maybe Asshole should be his anthem and not ours.” Jesse said looking at me and laughing.
“I take offence to that! It’s Mr.Asshole to you.” He said.

“Well then that makes me Pinky and her the Brain.” I said pointing to myself and Jesse.
“Oh trying to take over the world now are we? You girls go big.”

“You know it.” I said, not able to hold my laughter in any longer. “No I’m Ali and this is my sister-not-sister, Jesse.”
He shook our hands. “I’m sure you know this, but I’m Ronnie.”
“Nice to meet you. You are one of the few I look up to. I love your no bullshit approach.” I told him.

We made a bit of small talk until Jake said, “The car is here. You guys ready?” We nodded and said our goodbyes. We all got into the cars and headed off at the same time.

The guys go in the back and laid down. It was easy because I have a big Yukon. I had some little blankets they covered up in hopes that no one would see them. We made it about a mile out and I realized that their guards were tailing us just as Jesse said. However no one else was following us.

“We have a little drive ahead of us so you guys should get comfy.” Jesse said turning in her chair to look at them. “So tell us about yourself.”
