Devils Daughters

We drove to the small coffee shop by mine and Ali's house. I could tell Ali was just as nervous as I was about all of this working out. We couldn't afford any screw ups at this point. Especially considering we still technically had all evidence on us. We needed to wipe the tablet without being seen.

"We're here," we both chirped as Ali parked.

The guys sat up and looked around.

"How far away are we from the venue?" Andy asked as he got out of the car and stretched.

"About an hour, depending on traffic," I answered.

We all walked inside the coffee shop and got our drinks, sitting at a table. The body guards sat at a separate table, still close by though.

We all chatted for a bit, making small talk. Luckily Ali and I were able to pass our nerves off as just still being a little shook up from what happened a few minutes before.

About fifteen minutes into our talking, just like planned, the intercom began playing a similar message to before. The issue was, it wasn't the same voice.

YOU CAN RUN BUT YOU CAN'T HIDE
I KNOW WHERE YOU ARE

I wouldn't have thought anything of it normally, except it wasn't the exact same voice. I just assumed that Ali had changed it for some reason, but then immediately after the message played we heard gunshots, also like planned. However, what we didn't plan on were ACTUAL gunshots.

The glass windows shattered and people started going crazy. Immediately after the guards went to find who had fired, while Ali and I rushed the boys back to the car.

This time I jumped behind the wheel and took off, speeding away from the coffee shop. I looked behind me and didn't notice anyone following us, so that was good. Now Ali was really freaking out, and so was I.

"WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT?!!???!" I yelled to her.

"I DON'T KNOW JUST GET TO THE FUCKING HOUSE!" she screamed at me. We were both scared shitless now.

"That wasn't supposed to happen!" I slipped up as I pulled into the driveway and we ran to the door. Ali unlocked it, and we got the guys inside, running through the house to make sure every single door and window was locked, including the upstairs.

"What wasn't supposed to happen?" Ashley and Andy asked at the same time after we locked everything up. They were standing in the middle of our living room, arms crossed and just staring at us.

Ali and I looked at them, confused.

"Jesse said 'that wasn't supposed to happen'," Ashley stated.

"What wasn't supposed to happen," Andy finished their thought.

"Uhh..." Jesse stuttered, looking to her sister.

"Hey! Eyes over here!" Andy yelled. We both snapped our eyes back to the guys.

"Well..." Ali started, then we both saw a black SUV pull up to the curb outside our house.

This isn't good...

STEP 4: GET THE GUYS ALONE-FAILED?

So what do you guys think? Will they lie their way out of getting caught? Or will they admit to the first part of the plan and try to explain the guys really are in danger? Did the guards manage to follow them after all? Or is the SUV that of the person who really is out to harm the guys?
