Kaili smiled as she turned the street corner. She looked around trying to find a parking space and frowned. “Seriously?” She saw a hotel down the street and shrugged. She parked in the hotel’s parking lot and turned the car off. “Good work Kaili. I guess this should be considered community work.” She hopped out of the car and yawned. “With half an hour to spare.” She locked the car and walked towards the dress shop. She felt herself falling as her face mad impact with someone’s chest. “ Whoa, are you okay?” She opened her eyes and her eyes met with a pair of ocean blue eyes. Wait, she recognized those eyes. “Andy.” Andy looked at Kaili confused and suddenly smiled as realization hit. “Hello Kaili, nice to see you again.” He helped her up and embraced her in a firm hug picking her up in the progress. “How have you been?” “I’m good, yourself?” “I’m okay.” “What are you doing here in England?” He put her down smiling. “I was going to ask you the same thing.” “Umm…” Shit, Kaili thought. She hadn’t really told Andy or the rest of the band she was getting married. “I came to shop.” “Wow, really? Cool. What’s the occasion?” “ It’s a wedding.” “Really? Whose wedding is it?” Kaili closed her eyes, “Mine.” She whispered. She opened her eyes when there was no reply. Andy tried to open his mouth. But he just couldn’t. Why did he feel like this? He shouldn’t care that Kaili was getting married. His mind was set on Kathie. Yet, he still felt odd. “Andy!” He blinked and looked down at Kaili. “Are you okay?” “Yeah.” “What’s wrong?” “I don’t know. I guess I’m not feeling well.” “Do you want to sit?” “ No, I’m okay. I gotta get to the umm, stage.” “What?” “I mean…” “Stage? Oh, I know. You’re going to play tonight, right?” He nodded, “So you’re going to where the concert is being held?” He nodded again. “Are the guys coming?” “No, they left before me. I had something to do.” “Well…okay. I can take you if you want.” “Gotta find a taxi.” “ Andy!” She held his hand as he looked around. He looked down at her, Let me take you. Really, it’s no problem.” He nodded as they headed to her car. “Where is the concert being held?” Andy told her the address and they drove off. **************************************************************************** Blu stared at James as he paced around her room. “Will you please stop that? You’re making my head spin.” James sat down on her bed and looked at her. “What? James, can you tell me what’s going on already? You made us leave the café where the Parkers where without telling me what was going on.” James let out a soft sigh, “Those Parkers you think you know aren’t the ones you really know.” Blu stared at him, “That didn’t even make sense!” James stood up grabbing her shoulders. “Those Parkers aren’t the real Parkers. The Davidson’s are the real Parkers.” Blu froze; she felt her whole body go cold. “What?” She could barely get her voice to go above a whisper. “How-why do you say that?” James smiled, “I’ve been doing some research of my own. Now, I don’t really think I like that detective of yours. He’s a big fraud.” “They probably tricked him too.” “Blu, open your eyes! There are other bad people besides the Parkers out there.” “Do you have any proof of what you’re saying?” “About the Parkers, yeah. Not about the detective though. But we can fix that.” “How?” James smirked, “Can I use your computer?” James nodded at Blu as he walked out her front porch. “Is the plan clear then?” “Yes.” “Okay. I’ll call you as soon as I can.” “James, please be careful.” “Always am.” Blu watched as James stared to fade from her vision. Safe. It was hidden in the safe… Blu gasped and she felt herself falling. “Whoa, are you alright?” Blu opened her eyes and they met with a pair of pale grey eyes. She smiled at the young girl. “Yes, thank you.” The girl helped her up and smiled. “I thought you were going to faint on me for a minute there.” Blu suddenly remembered and looked to where James had walked off to. He was nowhere in sight. She let out a soft sigh, and quickly took her cell out. She typed a quick message to him and hit send. “I guess you’re alright. I’ll be going now.” Blu looked up remembering. “It’s okay. Sorry I got a bit distracted. Thank you for helping me.” Blu saw the girl had jet black hair, she was a bit shorter than her, and now that she saw her better she noticed that she had contacts on. She wondered what her eye color really was. She was a bit pale and too skinny. Maybe she was sick? “I’m Blu, Blu Sterling.” The girl froze for a brief second, but Blu noticed. “It’s a pleasure meeting you Blu. I’m Kaili, Kaili Pennington.” Blu smiled, “I’m sorry I scared you.” “It’s okay.” Kaili looked at her watch and gasped, “Damn it. I’m late. Sorry Blu, I’ve gotta go. It was nice meeting you, take care!” Blu watched as the girl jogged away. Blu watched the girl and suddenly gasped. “Kaili, watch out!”
