Our faith will silence the doubt

Angela looked at Kaili as she paced around their small dorm room. ¨I can’t believe she’s so damn heartless! Ugh! Making me get married, what am I, her slave!? I’ve talked to Valentin about this and he doesn’t like the idea either. He’s devastated, Elizabeth found out and she doesn’t want to see him. To make matters worse he’s depressed. Without Elizabeth he’s like a lost dog. I didn’t know boys could be like that, it’s odd seeing him like this.” Angela frowned not knowing what to say. What could she say in a situation like this? This wasn’t how a teenager was supposed to be living. She guessed those were the disadvantages of belonging to a rich family. “I wish I could help, but this is a very odd situation.” “It’s okay I’m not telling you this because I want your help, I just need to let everything out.” Kaili stared at the door as she heard a knock. She opened it and saw the nurse. “Ugh.” She took the cup full of water and the pill; she quickly took a huge gulp and swallowed. She opened her mouth to confirm she had taken it and slammed the door in the nurse’s face
“That was rude!” “I don’t care, she interrupted my ranting! She’s the rude one.” Angela shook her head as she turned to her laptop and checked her facebook. Kaili started to cough, “Ugh I think I need water, I don’t think I swallowed the pill.” She walked over to the mini fridge and took a water bottle out. She was about to open it when Angela screamed and jumped out of her chair. Kaili started to chock as Angela danced around the room. Angela stopped as she heard Kaili gasping for air. She quickly did what they taught her in health class. Kaili coughed, the pill flying out of her mouth. Angela looked at the pill near the bathroom door. “I told you to stop taking them, you were going to die!” Kaili stared at her, “I wouldn’t have almost died if you hadn’t screamed like a maniac!” Angela frowned, “sorry.” “whatever. What were you screaming about anyway!?” Angela grinned as she remembered. She took her laptop and put it close to Kaili’s face. Kaili winced pushed the laptop away. “Do you want to blind me!?” “Sorry, but did you see!?” “No.” Angela frowned in disapproval. “Black Veil Brides is coming to Tokyo next week! We have to go see them!”
Kaili nodded, “Good luck, I bet you’re going to- Wait did you say we?” Angela nodded excited, “Duh! You have to go with me, I can’t go alone!” “No way you know I hate that kind of music!” “Come on Kaili-chan, please for me!??” “No way!” Angela’s eyes started to water. “ You’re so mean!” Kaili rolled her eyes, “I couldn’t even go if I wanted to. I have to go dress shopping next week.” “Friday night?” “I’m having dinner with the Stumper’s after that.” Angela frowned and sat down feeling devastated. “My dream of meeting the band ruined!” Kaili blinked Angela suddenly looked like someone else. That someone else reminded her of, her? That was impossible; Kaili didn’t remember looking anything like that. That’s when she started hearing the voices again. BVB army…hates the band right? Angela looked at her confused, “Are you okay?” Kaili fell onto her bed. Angela rushed over to her, “Are you okay, what wrong!?” “Calm down, I just…got a head ache is all.” “Maybe it’s cause you didn’t take your medicine? Should I call the nurse?” “Wait!” Angela stopped in the doorway. “It’s okay, it’s going away now.” “Are you sure?” Angela looked at the hallway and then at Kaili as if debating what she should do. “Yeah I’m sure.”
Kaili walked out of the bathroom her hair dripping. Angela looked at her frowning. “Again with the wet hair.” “You should have seen how much pink washed out, it was like I had vomited pink puddy.” Angela mad a face, “Gross.” “I know!” “Come on I’ll dry it.” Kaili sat down and shivered as she felt the warm air of the dryer hit her scalp. She closed her eyes and started to hum. She frowned, there were those voices again. Her eyes flew open and she shook her head. What had that, had she imagined that? She felt Angela staring at her. “What?” “Where you just humming, In the end?” “What’s that?” Angela rolled her eyes, “A Black Veil Brides song.” “I was humming that?” Angela nodded. “Well go figure, it seems your stupid music is stuck in my brain.” “Even I can’t hum the whole song without messing up. You were flawless.” Kaili shrugged, “Whatever.” Angela grinned, “are you sure you’re not secretly a fan?” “No way!” Kaili looked at her phone as she got a message. Angela snatched the phone before Kaili could take it.
“Hmm let’s see. Hello there Princess. I was wondering if we could go out tonight. I need to talk to you, about, the uh, wedding. Pick you up at 8?” Angela smirked, “Aww it’s from your hubby Valentin.” Kaili stared at Angela as she snatched her phone back. “Give me that! And he is not my hubby. Ugh.” She looked at her phone as she got another message. Your mom said it was okay. Pick you up at 8. She already called the school so they’ll let you out. She also said to pack your things for this weekend. Apparently we have some wedding planning to do. D: Kaili chuckled as she walked to her closet. “Well…” Angela spinned around in her chair impatiently. “I’m leaving at 8.” “Cool, are you two going out on a romantic getaway before the wedding?” “No!”
