Chapter 12 ~ Friendship Blooming
~Andy's POV~
Today Black Veil Brides had an interview before they traveled to London. Normally London is first on a UK tour but Andy had wanted to leave the UK with a bang, a bigger bang than normal. He sat waiting and watching Ashley and CC messing about whilst getting ready and smiled to himself. they were currently teasing each other about who Allie found hotter.
"It's so me!" CC laughed, brushing his hair. "I found her and she took her pants off dude!"
"Hell N'aw" Ashley yelled "You heard that bra comment" he continued as he pulled his cowboy boots on. Clearly Ashley thought Allie was into him, Ash being the lady's man on the bus he thought he could get anyone, and usually he was right.
"Andy." CC exclaimed. "Who would she choose?" he posed doing a heroic pose while Ashley looked at him like he was an alien.
"Honestly..." Andy said, with his theory's running through his head like a movie reel. "None of you" he confessed unafraid to hurt his band mates feelings.
"Seriously!?" They shouted in unison, holy shit they were difficult at times. "We're the sexiest on this bus" They agreed.
"Jinxx" Andy announced "She'd pick him"
Andy didn't know if they were going to be late to this interview but it was clear CC and Ash did not agree. Only CC, Ashley and Andy were needed at the interview. Which left Jake, Allie and Jinxx alone on the bus. Andy couldn't help but feel like it would be a mess when he got back.
~Allie's POV~
Breakfast fumes were everywhere on the BVB tour bus, bacon, toast and coffee filled the air. Shortly after I had ate my breakfast and Jake had come back, Ashley and Andy has woken up and joined the breakfast chatter. Currently we were discussing the bands new album and the upcoming interview they had today. There was still no sign of Jinxx, which I was grateful for in a way.
"I'll defiantly pick it up" I said cheerfully, smiling at Andy.
"See that you do!" he laughed "Anyway I better wake CC" He sighed before heading upstairs. From the gathering this morning I had learned only CC, Ashley and Andy would be present at the interview. Which left me with Jake, Juliet and Jinxx...
"I better get started on my hair" Ashley winked before sashaying out of the room, grabbing his hairspray on the way. Sassy bastard.
Today was the day I'd see Jinxx. No two ways about it, I was done hiding; we needed to get this over with. Shortly after Ashley left Juliet came down from upstairs holding come clothes. She sat down in the booth with me and Jake before offering them to me.
"I figured you'd want something clean and warm to wear" She said sweetly, grabbing a bottle of water, that was left on the table. I unfolded the first item, a black long sleeved top with a rip near the shoulder, I loved styles like this. How did she know me so well? As well as some simple black skinny jeans.
"Thank you Juliet"
"They aren't much, but they will do until this afternoon" She shrugged taking a swig of her drink.
"This afternoon?" I asked, confused.
"I'm taking you shopping" She smirked playfully, her eyes dancing.
"Juliet... I have no money" I explained slowly.
"Well duh! I'm treating you" She laughed and did a little dance.
"Oh... no... Juliet" I begun. I hated people giving me money. It makes me feel guilty. It's one of the reasons I could never have a date or why I was so inexperienced at love. I wouldn't let a man or anyone for that matter buy me something. It was different with my job, I'd earned the money but even a dinner date was a difficult day at work for me.
"No! not oh no Juliet! she scolded "You need clothes and we can bond!"
"But won't I be going home tomorrow?" I asked
"Now that's something to ask one of your kidnappers" She said giggling at Jake, before frowning at her phone "one of which, whom I love dearly who has just ruined our shopping plans" she sighed.
"Well, If I'm still with you guys on tour maybe we can take a rain check?"
"Sure!" She nodded excitedly before getting out of the booth. "Well, I'll be off! but don't worry, you'll have Jake, Jinxx and Jesse here to entertain you"
"Juliet?" I looked down at my hands "Thank you for everything" I muttered.
"Its okay Allie" she said before leaving.
After Juliet had left, Jake had too to look around town. I'd struggled to find things to do. It was around 2pm and I was sat in the booth bored. Jesse had said Hi and asked how I was before heading back to his bunk nursing a hangover. He was the merch guy of Black Veil Brides and he seemed nice enough. He had brown short hair, and face fuzz. He was attractive in an obvious way too. Fucking hell, couldn't we have one ugly guy on this bus?
It had turned 3pm and I found myself getting up out of the booth. It was torture being sat there and it was making me over think about Jinxx. Where was he anyway? Why hadn't I seen him? I walked over to the messy lounge area, where it was still covered in letters, instruments and bottles of left over booze. I had the urge to tidy up, but it wasn't within my right to. Instead I cleared a space to sit on the sofa and grabbed a guitar. I used to play before the incident. I began plucking and strumming and softly singing, I wasn't the best at it so I eventually stopped and clutched the guitar to my chest as a tear fell down my cheek.
~Jinxx's POV~
After I had got myself out of my bunk I had got some breakfast, supplied by Jesse, I had spoken to Andy, Ash and CC before they were headed out to the interview. So far I hadn't seen Allie which I was both thankful and ungrateful for at the same time. I know its bad to be thinking about her whilst I'm currently naked in the shower whilst washing my hair. But Allie was all I could thing about the past few days. The hot water poured over me washing my worry and grubbiness away, it felt so good to be clean. I hated smelling like ass on tour. I'm just glad I decided to shower when I did because pretty soon, when the crew and guys were back; we would be leaving soon which meant no hot water for 6 to 10 hours.
I finished my shower and put on some clothes before heading downstairs, I began to think and wonder if Allie was staying on tour with us. I was heading to get a drink, ruffling my hair with a towel before wrapping it up. When I heard it, a guitar... that sounded like mine being played. I presumed it was Jake at first until I opened up the curtain into the lounge area.
~Allie's POV~
I had finally wiped away my tears and tried to play again, I was terrible and it was getting me down. The past few days had made my emotions stir like crazy.
I was just about to sigh and put the guitar down when I heard a sigh chorus with my own.
"You never told me you could play" A voice said, making me freeze.
Here's the thing about voices. A lot of voices can sound the same, with impersonators and comedians making a living off it and things. But I'd heard so many voices on the bus that it was heard to tell who was who sometimes, minus Andy and Juliet of course. So I thought it might have been Jake. But as I turned around, I stiffened because stood in front of me looking at me with a faint smile... was Jinxx.
