~Stars Can't Shine Without Darkness~

Star's P.O.V.~
I ran up to my bedroom with the girls quickly following behind me. We all stripped from our clothes and got into our comfy clothes until I heard Sunni's phone ring. "I got it!!" I shouted to Sunni as I picked up her phone to see the name 'Andrew <3' on the call.

"Helllo?" I asked over the phone. "Sunni?" I heard him say in a calm, yet confused voice. "Uh. No sorry. This is her best friend, Star. Nice to meet you mystery boy" I said as I heard a chuckle coming from the other side of the line. "Well, Star, tell her I called for me?" Damn, he sounded so familiar, but why? "Hello?" I heard again. "Yes, of course, sorry." I must've been dazing. "Well bye mystery boy" And with that, I hung up.

"Who was it?" Sunni asked, approaching me. "Your mystery boy." Her face showed a light pink covering her cheeks as she listened to my words.

"Come on guys, let's get ready for bed. We have school tomorrow." Violet said in a sleepy voice. "Okay, goodnight girls." I calmly said. "Goodnight!!" They shouted before the dark, and dreamy land of my mind made me fall into a deep sleep.

Andy's P.O.V.~
I decided to call Sunni just to talk. "Helllo?" I heard a girl on the other line, but it wasn't Sunni. "Sunni?" I asked anyways. "Uh. No sorry. This is her best friend, Star. Nice to meet you mystery boy" Star, Star, where have I heard that name? Anyways. "Well, Star, tell her I called for me?" I heard no reply. "Hello?" I asked. "Yes, of course, sorry. Well bye mystery boy." And after that, she, well Star, hung up. Star, I know I have heard that name before. But where??

"Hey dude, you okay?" Jake clapped his hands infront of my face before I grabbed then and told him to knock it off. The guys and I decided to pick a movie and sit in the living room while talking about random girls that Ashley has hooked up with at parties that he always goes to.

Speaking of..."Where is Ashley?" They just looked at me then I saw CC point upstairs. Oh of course, another one. We decided on watching another episode of Orange is the New Black since we missed the last two that were on Netflix.

Once it was over, it was around one in the morning and Ashley and the random girl were still at it. Damnn. I got into my room which just had to be right beside his, so I pulled over my shirt and got into my favorite, black sweatpants, still shirtless. I lay down onto my bed covered in red and black sheets and listened to music. Music didn't seem to over power the sound of obnoxious moans coming from the other room. It's a lot less annoying when your the one doing it, but in this case, I was tired as fuck.

I went over the their door and started pounded "SHUT THE HELL UP!!" I screamed through the wooden door, hearing him return my shout with a deep chuckle as I stormed back into my bedroom and put a pillow over my ears and finally fell into a deep slumber.

Star's P.O.V.~
'It was a cold, winter night on December 1st, as I was sitting infront of my television screen and watching a movie called, The Notebook, alone in my room when out of nowhere, I heard a light tapping on my window from my balcony. I paused the movie and went over to unlock the window. I stepped out into the snow to find him, standing there in nothing but a hoodie, jeans, and some boots. I walked over to him and asked "Andy, what are you doing here? It's in the middle of the night and it's FREEZING" He held out his hand and gave me a small necklace with a heart-shaped locket on it. "Happy birthday, Star." I now had tears filling up my eyes, Andy was the only one who ever celebrated my birthday. "Thank you, Andy." I gave him a warm hug as I turned around and held up my long, brunette hair so he could attached the necklace. I turned around to face him again, this time to give my best friend a kiss on his cheek making it turn into a brighter shade of pink than it already was. I leaned into his ear and whispered, "I always knew you were my hero." And with that, I watched him wave goodbye and climb down the vines to run back over to his house.'
