Falling In Jake's Arms

Right before we went to the bus. Ronnie asked me something. Little did I know that what he was about to say would change my whole life.“Aurora, you are going to have to chose. Do yo want to live with Jake or stay here?” I was a little confused. “Like how? Are you kicking me out?” He shook his head. “No, I want you to have a choice. And if you do want to live with Jake then go.” I thought about it for a moment. “How about both. I live with Jake and when he goes on tour I get to see you.” I said. “Okay get your stuff. The house is waiting for you.” I saw some tears run down the frame of Ronnie’s face. “Awe don’t cry Ronnie. I’ll be here.” I grabbed a hold of his hand and put it on his chest. “we’ll be together” “In our hearts.” We said in unison. He pulled me into a deep bear hug. “Well, you have my number just in case something happens.” I rolled my eyes. “Yeah, I am almost out of your life. You don’t need to protect me. I have Jake.” “Yeah but I’m your brother, I am always going to protect you.” His voice was shaking as he spoke. “When you turn twentythree, I want be there. I want to be there on your wedding day, and I want to see my niece or nephew.” I looked at him. “You’re going way too far. We don’t even know if we are going to be married or if we are going to break up.” He looked at me weirdly. “Your relationships always last long. I bet you’re going to be married and I bet you it will happen around your twenty third birthday. ” I stuck out my tongue.
“Are you ready bae?” Jake asked from the other door. “Yeah, we just need put these boxes into my car.” He helped me load the boxes and by time we finished both of our two cars were full. I can't believe I had this much stuff. “Damn you’ve got a lot of junk in your trunk.” I chuckled. “Funny joke Jake.” We started to kiss but got interrupted by Jacky.”What about my hug? I am you second brother after all.” I laughed. I gave him a huge hug. It stung my arm a little but I didn’t mind. Then I kissed him on the cheek. “Bye Ronnie I love you and I’ll miss you!” I yelled. We were on the road before I knew it. The drive wasn’t too long. Maybe one, two hours tops. We finally arrived at the house. It wasn’t too big but it was nice. We spent nearly three hours putting everything up. Most of it was clothes and shoes. Good thing Jake had such a big closet. When we finally finished the first thing we did was go to bed. “Good night Jake.” I said as I yawned “Good night Aurora.”
I woke up to find myself still in bed. I turned and looked at Jake. He was still asleep and his hair was a total mess. He still looked great though. I removed his arm from around my waist and went to the bathroom to take a soothing morning shower. I finished in less than thirty minutes. Wow, I wasn’t even trying to rush. I wrapped a bright blue towel around myself and headed over to the closet to find something to wear. I wanted to look nice for my first official day moved in so I went with my short black dress along with my black lace gloves. I pulled my hair into a sloppy ponytail and added on a little perfume.I guess this is the best I can do for now. I went downstairs and made breakfast. It was just scrambled eggs and toast nothing fancy but i’m sure he’ll love it. After I couldn’t wait for him any longer I went back upstairs and tapped him.”Morning sleepy head.” he growled, “Five more minutes.” I started to get pissed so instead of trying to nicely wake him up again I simply smacked his ass.”Ow, fine i’m up.” I smiled. “Finally, it’s about time!” I sat down next to him on the bed. “You smell good.” I didn’t say anything back I just simply pressed my lips into his.
My phone started going off. I was getting a call from Ronnie. Whenever I stay the night somewhere he always calls to ask how it went. “Hello?” “Hey baby girl. How are you doing?” This is gonna be a while “A little sad.” “Why is that?” “You’re not here. Come to the house. it’s not that far away.” “Oh, sorry. I can’t today. We have to rehearse.” “When you do have the time can you come over?” “Of course, How was your first night?” “As soon as we finished unpacking we went straight to sleep.” “Sounds great!” “Don’t you have rehearsal to get to?” “Oh crap I have to go, bye.” “Bye.” I hung up and got to work unpacking the last few boxes that we missed. “Are we finished?” He nodded. “You made breakfast. Yummy.” I smiled. “Why thank you.” We shared a brief kiss.
