I Guess Dreams Can Come True

“CALL 911!!!” I yelled, and dove for the bath, picking Kate’s lifeless body up in my arms.

“Kate, Kate.. please!” I said, tears streaming down my face. I held her close to my body, and I looked to see blood mostly coming from her wrists. She cut. Luckily we had ambulances always close by since it was Warped Tour. Suddenly 3 men busted through the van door and were taking Kate out of my arms.

“Kate!” I yelled, leaping for her. I ran after them and they put her in the back of an ambulance, I managed to get in the back with her too.

“What’s happening?!” I yelled frantically.

“She’s loosing blood quickly.” They said to each other, ignoring me.

“WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!” I yelled. They stared at me for a moment, then continued to try to help with Kate. What did these fuck nuts think they were doing?! I need to know if she’ll be alright!

“IS SHE GOING TO BE ALRIGHT!?”

“We don’t know! She has about 30% chance now of living! Let us work!” One of them yelled at me in frustration. I looked down and I could see my hands shaking wildly.

“Kate, please…” I whispered with tears in my eyes. I couldn’t lose her. Suddenly the ambulance jerked to a stop, and the back door was flying open, and they were hauling Kate out on a gernie.I jumped out, and ran behind them. Where were they taking her? They finally rushed her into a back entrance, and got her into a hospital room. I was half way in the same room when one of the doctors came up and looked me dead in the eyes.

“Get out.” He said, then slammed the door shut on me. I stood there, stunned, tears rolling down my face, then I broke. I laid down on the ground and cried.

“I should’ve never left you, Kate. This is all my fault.” I sobbed. I laid there for quite some time, then I felt a tap on my solider. I turned around and saw Ashley standing there with red eyes and dried tears on his face. I looked down and saw he was holding a slip of paper. He followed my gaze, and explained.

“Landon.” Was all he could say with his lip quivering. I snatched the paper from his and read it. Once I got to where she spoke to me directly is when I started really crying.

“This is because of Landon.” I whimpered, and stood up.

“I know,” Ashley said, pulling me into a hug. “I know.” Ashley and I walked into the seating area, and I fell asleep in my chair
.
I woke up and looked around.

“Any news about Kate yet?” I asked worriedly.

“Yeah…” Ashley said, tears forming in his eyes.

“Well what the fuck is up?!” I asked hurriedly.

“She didn’t make it, Andy!” He said, crying extremely hard. I sat there, numb for a second.

“K…K…Kate?” I stuttered.

“She’s gone, bro!” He said, sobbing even harder.

“Kate!!!” I screamed at the top of my lungs. I got up, a pool of tears on my face now, and rushed into Kate’s room. I looked over and saw doctors putting a sheet over my lifeless Kate.

“KATE! WAKE UP! KATE, WAKE UP! I LOVE YOU! PRINCESS! WAKE UP!!!” I yelled, running over to her.

“I’m sorry for your loss, sir…” I heard the doctor say behind me.

“Landon. Will. Pay.” I whispered into Kate’s ear.

“I love you so much, Kate. I’ll see you soon.” I said, and ran out of Kate’s room. Ashley stood up.

“Where are you going?!” He asked.

“I need to leave.” I said, running out of the door towards Ashley’s car. Luckily I had an extra set of his car keys. I hopped in, and sped all the way back to the bus. I opened the door quickly and walked into the bathroom, her blood still in the bathtub. I looked away and grabbed her razor off of the sink. I rolled up my sleeve and brought the cold razor to my warn wrists. I started to go limp, so I sat down on the floor.

“I’ll see you soon, Love.” I said, and continued to cut. Fuck, this hurt like a bitch, how did she do this all of her life? Then I felt my body go numb and I was dead.
