Life of Dakota

*Andy's POV*

First stop was the DIY store then Ikea. We got out the car and walked to the entrance. "So what colour are you planning on painting your room?" I asked whilst we wondered round the paint section. "Hmmm... I think i'll go for crimson, it is one if my favourite colours" she said with a smile. "Crimson it is!" I agreed. Then we walked ti the section where there were different shades of red. I picked out a tin with the words crimson. I stretched my arms out to reach for the tin. Who the fuck puts stuff in a really high shelf where most people wont be able to reach? Luckily i can reach it. I grab the tin then show it to Dakota. "This okay?" I ask her. She examined it then gave a nod. We paid for the paint then left the store. Finally got that out of the way. Next was the furniture store...

*Dakota's POV*

Yay my new room was going to be crimson my favourite colour! Now was the time we bought my new bed and wardrobe. I want it to be unique! I checked out all the beds and checked how comfortable they were. None of them i tried so far were perfect! I sighed... Until i saw one unique bed that stood out. I looked at it in awe then sat on it. Wow! It had a cool head board, which was gold and had swirls and curls. This one was perfect! "I want this one!" I finally said to Andy after half an hour of looking for the perfect bed! "Okay let me get a member of staff, have a look around for anything else that interests you." He said, then walked off. I jumped off the bed and started to wonder around the store.

***TIME LAPSE***

We just left the store and we were on our back home. The person in charge of Ikea said they would deliver everything next week which was exciting. Although i have to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, for now :P "So what school do you go to?" Asked Andy whilst concentrating on driving (we were on our way to the mall!). "I never went to school" i said glumly. "What?! They haven't even applied?" He asked shocked. "No. They only 'home school' me, well that's what they say when the social services come to check on me. They just tell them things they want to hear but don't actually do it or even look after me properly." I said signing. "That's terrible Dakota! Well don't worry, we will find a place for you in a new school. Hopefully nearby." He said reassuringly. I smiled. We arrived at the mall. Wow it was huge!

We first went into Hot Topic to buy band merchandise. I couldn't decide what to buy. But in the end, i bought a Black Veil Brides tank top and hoody, Bring Me The Horizon t-shirt and a pair of black skinny jeans. Just as we finished paying for the items, a girl (aged 16 or something?) screamed Andy's name and ran up to hug him. He seemed a little startled but happy because a fan was here. She didn't seem to notice me as i was standing standing behind me. "Who's that little slut you're with? I thought you was dating Juliet?" She said coldly whilst glaring at me. She noticed me. Wow she was so judgmental. I gasped at the strong word she used against me. "Take it easy girl. I'm not going out with her... She's my foster daughter... I haven't exactly told the press yet because i don't want to be disturbed!" Andy said sternly. The girl gasped as her eyes grew wider. "Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! I didn't know." She said with guilt in her eyes. Yeah bitch shouldn't be so judgemental! "It's okay." I said trying to force a smile. She smiled back. Haha bitch. She turned to Andy and asked him if she could have his autograph. He agreed and wrote his signature on her notebook. She squealed, said thanks then ran off. Woah. 'Fangirls these days' i thought whilst rolling my eyes.

After that we headed down to New Look. New Look has always been my favourite store, when i'm not buying band merch. We went in and i ended up buying loads of clothes: two different coloured skater skirts, blue and black, 6 different coloured blouses, a pair of blue skinny jeans, jewellery, a new black rucksack and many more! I didn't even plan on buying that much, but Andy kept on encouraging me to take them. I sighed as i was defeated. But oh wells, i guess the good thing was that i got loads of new clothes. We paid for the stuff and ended up carrying seven New Look carrier bags to the car... Oops! Then we headed home discussing about what we're doing this week.
