*Kia’s POV* Andy kicked the door closed, his anger reverberating through the walls with a boom. He walked to the bed && to my surprise, laid me gently down in the center. Just then another slam of a distant door told me Ashley had gone into his room. “This one?” He said motioning to my right ankle as he sat down close to my feet. I nodded, wiping tears from my cheek. He looked over my injury, moving my foot gently, I cried out the pain, trying to suppress my whimpers by pressing the back of my wrist to my lips. Andy looked up to me, the anger in his eyes melted away as he looked into mine. “Im sorry Kia.. “ He spoke, his voice barley audible. I didn’t say anything, just looked back a him. After a few seconds of staring at me, the awkwardness was too much && he cleared his throat, taking his attention back to my swollen, already slightly purple ankle. He sighed loudly, standing up from the bed. “What?” I demanded as he walked to the door. “It’s dislocated. Gotta fix it” He said, opening the door “What?! No! We have to go to the hospital. You don’t know how to fix this Andy! Please!” I cried, my voice going shrill. He totally ignored me && yelled for CC && Jinxx. “Andy, Im serious! Im not gonna let you touch me, a doctor needs to fix it! If you pop it wrong, I’ll never be able to dance again! Please” Tears were streaming down my face as the boys came into the room. “ANDY! Would you listen to me please?!” Jinxx stood in the door frame as CC && Andy walked to the edge of the bed, CC leaned over me, trying to look at my ankle, he extended his arm out trying to touch && I quickly recoiled, pulling my legs away. This hurt so badly && I yelped at the pain. “Your going to fuck yourself up worse! Sit still Kia!” Jinxx spoke after seeing the pain I was in. I looked from Jinxx to CC, who was obviously angry at my reaction to him a few moments ago. Andy was walking around to the side of the bed && he sat down next to me, the same way he had been before he got up to get the boys. “Andy, please” I cried, my leg starting to tremble for the pain I felt from holding my ankle up away from him. He rolled his eyes at my pleading. “I cant very well carry a missing person into the emergency room Kia” He said, He reached forward && grabbed my calf, I wanted to fight back && pull away but my ankle was killing me && I knew moving it more would make it hurt worse. He gently slid my leg out && turned my foot so my ankle was straight. “We’re just gonna pop it back in, that what they would do at the hospital. Okay?” I looked into down into my lap, tears streaming down my face. “Please.. Don’t.. A-andy..” I whimpered. He totally ignored me && with a snap of his fingers Jinxx was at my side, taking my wrist’s in his hand he pushed me back onto the bed, my arms secured above my head. My inner-fighter kicked in && I started to thrash, doing my best to get him off of me with out moving my ankle. I felt a dip in the other side of the bed && looked to see CC reach to take my ankle, I started thrashing my hips && arching my back in an attempt to get up. “Shh” Jinxx cooed, trying desperately to calm me, my fighting caused him no trouble && he held my upper half still quite easily “It’ll be ok, calm down” He said looking down at me. I felt Andy’s cold hands on the top of my thighs && all my fighting was for nothing, he eliminated my movement with little effort. “That’s a girl” Jinxx said, as I went limp in defeat. CC was manipulating && stretching my foot, the pain was almost unbearable && my cries turned into sobs. “You got her? This isn’t going to feel nice” CC said, && with a nod from both Andy && Jinxx, && a shrill ‘wait!; from me he wrapped his right hand around my heal && his left around the slimmest part of my calf. He tugged quickly && my world went black. “Andy’s POV” “Wait!” She screamed, but it was too late CC pulled with all his might && he ankle aligned with a loud ‘pop’, a scream accompanying it. Kia laid still, her eyes snapped shut as little tears glided down her red cheeks. “That’ll do it” CC said, standing && rubbing his hands together, Jinxx had already let he hands go, but she didn’t move them, she just let them relax && fall in a ring around her head. “Kia” He said “ You alright?” she nodded, her eyes still closed tightly, as she waited for the pain to despate. “Jinxx, go tell Jake to take babygirl to bed. We all have to hunt if Ella is coming” CC said. Jinxx promptly let to do as he was told. “Andy. How long are we gonna keep this up?” CC asked me, I barley heard him, I was watching Kia. “Keep what up?” I said. “This.. Her.. We cant just keep her here forever..She’s gonna get old one day, you know.. She might get seriously sick one day.. Theirs more going on here than you’ve thought about” He said, his voice seriously as stone. I waved him off, but knew he was right. I’d thought a million times of what would become of our little Kia. I mean it could be anything. She could live with us forever, eventually growing old && dieing. She could be killed, one of us getting too zealous && drink too much or maybe my anger will over take me one day && Ill kill her. Or she could become one of us. The venom from our bites could eventually overtake her && she’ll become like us. Or maybe one of us will turn her. Or she’ll sell her soul, like I did. Who knows. Thinking of it scares me. Thinking of it makes me realize how much we’ve taken from her. But it’s too late to let her go free. She stays && lives as a vampire of human, or she dies. “It’ll be fine, CC” I say, blowing off his words && trying to shut up my fears.
