Almost Unbreakable

"Andy!?" I heard my mom yell from outside of the room. Daisy had been in labor for literally sixteen hours and she was about to punch me in the face.

"Go talk to them, I'll be fine." She said, leaning back and closing her eyes. I kissed her head and quickly walked out into the hallway.

"Hey guys." I said, hugging them both tightly. They looked tired, almost as tired as me.

"Oh Andy. How is she?" My mom asked, pulling away.

"She's hanging in there. I feel so bad for her." I shook my head, shoving my hands in the pockets of the blue scrubs I was asked to change in to.

"Can we see her?" My dad asked.

"I don't think so." I sighed, "They won't let anyone but me go back there."

"Well we better be the first to see that baby!" My mom smiled. "Give her our love."

"I will." I said, "Thanks for coming out, it means a lot."

"Like we'd miss it!" My dad laughed. I smiled and walked back into the room. Daisy looked up at me with wide eyes.

"Andy this baby is coming!" She screamed.

"I-uh-what!?" I yelled.

"It's time, go get the doctor!" She said, and let out a shout as another contraction hit. I ran back out and into the chest of the doctor. She was German, but spoke English.

"She-uh-the baby is coming." I said, and she nodded, before running in the room. A few nurses came in after her as I went back to Daisy's side. She was breathing heavily, and immediately grabbed my hand as the doctor started looking at her.

"Okay, sweetie, your going to want to start pushing." She said.

"I can't." Daisy sobbed.

"Yes you can, your completely dilated. I see his head." She said, smiling at her.

"Andy.." Daisy cried, looking up at me. I squeezed her hand and kissed her head.

"Your okay, my love, I promise." I whispered. She nodded and looked up at the doctor.

"Okay, Daisy. Give me a big push." Daisy nodded again and squeezed her eyes as she pushed with all her might. She screamed and I wiped the tears from her cheeks.

"Another, he's coming Daisy." She said and she pushed again. "About two more."

"Andy!" She said, through clenched teeth. I wrapped my arms around her back and grabbed both of her hands. She kept pushing over and over, then all of the sudden I heard crying and my tears fell into Daisy's hair.

"That's him, baby." I said, through my tears. "He's so beautiful." The nurse took him and I watched as she cleaned him off.

"Uh, Mr. Biersack." The doctor said. I looked up at her. "She fell asleep." She said, looking at Daisy. I looked down at he and giggled to see her asleep on my shoulder. I kissed her ear.

"I know your tired love, but I see someone who wants to meet you." I said, watching the nurse come back with Carthan, wrapped in a blue blanket. Daisy's eyes fluttered open and she took our baby from her arms.

I gasped looking into his beautiful blue eyes. "Wow."

"Hi little one." Daisy smiled, as his tiny hand wrapped darling her pinky.

"We've been waiting to meet you." I said, kissing his soft forehead.

"He's so perfect, Andy." She gasped. "So, so perfect."
