Almost Unbreakable

For All Those Sleeping: Part One.

I struggled against the itchy ropes binding my hands, and feet back. It had been two hours since Daisy left the room, and the only time the mans stupid gun ever left my temple was to set up some laptop. I was pretty sure he was going to make me watch the wedding.

Now I felt the cool metal pressing against my skin once again.
I felt so helpless to Daisy, and myself. I finally got her back, and now I'm losing her again. This time what seemed like for good.

The screen on the computer flashed to a picture of inside of a church. The wedding song began to play, and I watched silently as people began to walk down the aisle. None of them looked familiar until I saw Brett stand up by the alter. I groaned in disgust.

"I'll be outside the door, don't try anything funny, and enjoy the show." The man took the gun from my head, and walked out. I pulled at the ropes harder and harder but they just didn't seem to come free. All of the sudden, I saw a beautiful girl walking down the aisle. The most beautiful girl in the world, wearing a long white wedding dress. Tears streaming down her gorgeous face. Everyone had stood up, probably thinking they were tears of joy, but I knew better. Her father was holding her arm tightly, but I could tell he was hurting her.

He handed her off to Brett, and I saw her visibly start to shake as his hands grabbed hers. I felt like my heart was going to shrivel up and die just at the sight of this. I guess that was the intention of making me watch.

The music stopped playing, and the minister began talking. "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness the marriage of Brett Gilmore, and Daisy Jenkins..."

I felt so disgusted, I wanted to cover my ears, close my eyes and shut it out. But that would only make it worse. I had to figure out a way to get out of here. I looked around the room, looking for anything I could use to cut the rope with. The room seemed fairly empty other than the bed, and chair I was in.

I sighed angrily, and pulled at the ropes again. No matter how hard I tried they didn't budge. I glanced at the screen again, tears coming to my eyes.

"Does anyone have a reason to object to this marriage?" The minister asked the crowd, and I wanted to scream out 'yes!'.

But I didn't have too.

Someone screamed in the back of the church. Not just someone but several voices.

"We object! We fucking object, god damnit!" CC yelled, running to the front of the church, Ashley, Jake, and Jinxx all following. I let out a sigh of relief. Everyone around them let out loud gasps, and were looking at them in disdain.

Daisy's eyes immediately lit up, they all wrapped her in a big bear hug.

"What is your reason for objecting?" The minister asked.

"Our reason is that there is no fucking way Daisy is doing this! Where the Hell is Andy?" Ashley shouted, looking straight at Daisy's mother and father. I was so elated with happiness, they were saving my Daisy.

Suddenly in the hallway outside I heard grunting, and then the door to the room opened. Matt, and Danny stood there looking as triumphant as ever. I noticed the guard guy laying on the ground.

"Andy!" They both cried out, running to unbind me.

"Call the damn police!" I mumbled, and ran out of the room with them hot on my heels. Matt got his phone, and dialed the 911. "Where the fuck are we?"

"In the basement of a church. Ashley, CC, Jake, and Jinxx are stalling time until we could get you out of here." Danny replied.

"They'll be here in ten minutes." Matt said. I nodded.

"How did you guys know?" I asked.

"Ella, and Sammi went to Daisy's old house looking for her, and they found an invitation lying on the doorstep." Danny said, as we all ran up a flight of stairs. I heard the clamoring of many voices until we reached a set of large double doors.

I reach out to push them open, and...
